Golnar was wonderful with our dog, Scully. We appreciated her regular updates and photos during the weekend we were away. Scully was clearly happy, enjoying lots of walks and cuddles on her dog holiday! We really appreciated how accommodating Golnar and her husband were—dropping Scully off at our home since we don’t have a car. Would definitely board Scully with them again!

About: I first became a "dog Mum" 15 years ago to our Westie, Elland, who sadly we lost recently. I sadly was that annoying "Dog Mum" who had pictures of her on my desk and booked holiday for her birthday each year. I took voluntary redundancy nearly 6 years ago so have been fortunate to spend quality time at home with her and take her out and about on our own or with her other doggy friends. Unfortunately she lost her hearing about 3 years ago so learnt quickly how to communicate with her with some basic sign language. She also developed dry eye disease so I had to administer drops 5 times each day. Two of these were determined by time so I had to ensure I was available to give her these on time. The last 5 months of her life, her arthritis worsened so I bought a buggy to help her whilst out for daily walks/sniffs. I have also looked after family dogs whilst they have been on holiday and have accomodated raw feeding for one of family dogs. I live with my husband in a bungalow. He still works but is here in the evenings and at weekends. I work during examination periods at a local college but can accomodate pet sitting around this as dates are known well in advance. My contract with the college is ona casual basis so dog sitting will be my priority. We have used a local dog sitter who stayed in our home when we went on holiday. I therefore understand the importance of providing important information to the pet sitter when leaving the pet. When I first stopped working I volunteered for a local hospice helping support a family who used their services, by walking their dog on a weekly basis to give them some respite and also encourage the dog to socilise. I did this for 12 months. I also volunteered at Wood Green Animal Charity during Covid restrictions. Although I was there to help in the fundraising office, we often had dogs who weren't settling in kennels, come and sit with us in the office for the day. Some were quite withdrawn so I learnt how to slowly gain their trust. I am retired so home all day. My husband works full time but is home in the evenings and at weekends. I do some casual exam invigilating but I know dates for this in advance so will not take on any work if pet sitting is booked. I am happy to be led by the owners on when and what activity their dog (s) are used to so am pretty flexible. I have acess to my own car so can take the dog to any appointments if required. I have a fully fenced in garden (6ft) I live in a village with lots of access to quiet walks in the countryside if required, as well as walks within the village itself. I am happy to book out local secure dog fields if agreed with the owner but this will involve driving to nearby fields. As previously mentioned we live in a bungalow so no stairs. We are based in a quiet cul-de-sac so if your dog is reactive to traffic, should not be a problm here. I have space for a medium size crate if required.

We will most certainly ask Suey to look after Ettore again!

Caroline provided care for our dog during our recent holiday for a week. Our dog is a good boy but he has a tendency to bark and struggles with some other dogs. Caroline went above and beyond with making us feel comfortable about leaving him with her for the week and provided plenty of videos and photos of him during our time away. We are now totally confident in using her services and will do so next time we want to go away.

May is absolutely amazing! She is a true animal lover and an incredibly trustworthy dog sitter. We are so happy we found her,she is an absolute diamond! She looked after our dog, Kuma, for five days while we were on holiday, and we couldn't have asked for better care. Kuma absolutely loves her, and it was clear she treated him as if he were her own dog. May went above and beyond anything we expected. She brushed him every day, cleaned his teeth, washed him with suitable products, and even spoiled him with delicious treats. Most importantly, she kept us updated throughout our trip with regular messages and photos, giving us complete peace of mind. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we couldn't be more grateful. We highly recommend May to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and dedicated dog sitter. Thank you so much, May!

Erin and Andrea did an excellent job of looking after our little pug Peanut whilst we were on holiday. Andrea sent regular updates with photos and videos throughout the week and Peanut had a great time on walks, playing games and hanging out with Püs their pug. Erin and Andrea were also helpful and flexible about pick up and drop off times despite us having to change these last minute due to delays with our flights and trains. Thank you both for everything - we would whole heartedly recommend them :)

Janet and Bruce are just extraordinary. Their love of dogs is reflected clearly in the care and attention they gave my boy. I was nervous to leave my dog as he’d only been away from me once before, but I have no hesitation in saying I would ask them to watch Jack again in a heartbeat. They are calm and experienced, and sent photos and videos during his stay, as well as making sure he was happy as can be with lots of exercise, play, and cuddles. It was obvious how much Jack loved his time there when it was time to collect him, too. I highly recommend them if you want a couple who will care for your dog(s) as if they were their own. I couldn’t be happier and wish I could give them extra stars! Thank you both so much.

During her stay, Sasha sent photos of Holly nearly every day - these reassured us that Holly had settled in and was having a good time. Becky was a great cat sitter for our cats over Christmas. They both used to be feral, so strangers make them very nervous however, Becky was very respectful of this and looked after them without giving them any extra stress. Becky also went the extra mile when we were delayed getting back due to the storms. Will definitely book again!

About: Caring for animals has always been important to me. I’ve spent time looking after dogs for family, friends, neighbours, plus my own, in the past. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved whilst their owners are away. From daily walks and playtime to maintaining routines. I provide reliable, attentive care and treat every dog as if they were my own. I am currently a stay at home mum, with both of my children at school. Therefore, I can be flexible and my days are free for long walks and playtimes. I have a large, safe and secure back garden. Dogs are free to roam all parts of the house except the bedrooms. Dogs are allowed on sofas for cuddles if needed.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and have been personally caring for them for over 10 years. I trained my own Labrador from a puppy into the lovely adult she is today, so I’m confident with puppy behaviour, routine and gentle guidance 🫶🏼. Unfortunately I had to leave my Labrador, Maisie in the care of my parents, as I moved from Ireland to here in the UK, which has left me missing her terribly and wanting to give that love to other’s dogs 💗 I’ve also cared for senior dogs, including my childhood dog who was deaf and partially blind, which taught me patience and attentive care. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pet as if they were my own! I currently work part-time, which means I’m fully available for walks and drop-in visits on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am–8pm. I’m happy to accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening visits within those hours and will always aim to be flexible where possible. I always stick closely to their usual routine to keep them feeling safe and comfortable. Whether it’s walks, feeding, toilet breaks or playtime, I make sure they get plenty of attention and care. I’ve raised my own Labrador from a puppy, so I understand how important consistency, patience and positive reinforcement are. I aim to leave both pets and owners feeling happy and reassured.

About: Hi there, My name is Alanna and I am a research nurse in Cambridge. I currently live in Newmarket but I am originally from Lancashire. I have grown up with many pets over my lifetime from rabbits, to dogs, to cats. I love all animals but cats share a special place in my heart. So much so that once I got my own place it wasn’t long before my partner and I adopted two cats of our own; Bella and Albie. When we adopted them they were semi-feral but with a lot of love, time and patience they have come out of their shells and are now permanently by our sides. I know how stressful it can be leaving your fur babies at home and I understand how important it is to feel like you have left them in good hands.

About: I've grown up always having cats around. First it was Minty, who my parents adopted just as I was born. She lived a very happy 16 years. And when I was 14 we took on 2 wonderful black sister kittens- Inka and Misty. They are still happy and thriving to this day at my mum's house in Soham. I live in Newmarket now, but when my mum and her hubby go away, they always turn to me for the cat sitting, knowing they've left the house in very capable hands. And, knowing that the cats will be in very cuddly arms! 2 years ago my mum adopted the senior cat Mabel. She has a few issues, the poor thing. But, she's an absolute delight and I always look out for her, and give her the special treatment that she deserves.

About: Hi my name is Steve and I have years of experience looking after friends' dogs and cats. I grew up with a labrador and (together with my wife and daughter) have been the proud owner of Sam, our (now almost) 7 year old cockapoo. Sam is very friendly, loves nothing more than chasing a tennis ball and cuddling on the settee with a blanket. I work from home and enjoy going for daily walks with Sam around the village and nearby Country Park, so your pet will have plenty of company and exercise during their stay. Your dog will also have full access to our enclosed rear garden, with plenty of space to play, and free access to the downstairs of the house. I am available for day care and boarding in our home, during the week and on most weekends. Before committing to any new bookings, I would like to meet your dog to ensure that your dog is happy to settle with our dog. Please contact me for any questions. I work from home and enjoy taking our dog for daily walks around the village and neaby Country Park, ensuring your dog will have plenty of company and exercise. Your dog would have free access to an enclosed rear garden with plenty of space to play and would also have full roam of the downstairs rooms (inluding access to comfy settees and blankets).

About: I am a psychology student with a flexible schedule. I have had pets my whole life, most notably my German Shepard, Zara and Staffordshire bull terrier, Byson but some honorable mentions include Minnie and Molly the mice and Alice and Rosalie the twilight themed bunnies. I also walked a small dog for money during my gcses. I live in a 4 bedroom flat with a balcony but there are grassy areas outside and a big park near by for walks, we are all pet lovers. I am completely free on Tuesdays, fridays and weekends for pet sitting and I can fit walks and drop ins around my lectures on Monday. I do not drive so dogs would either have to be dropped off or willing to ride the bus with me :)

About: We are a family for four with a clean, tidy home, hard floors, rugs, and a good-sized, securely fenced garden that’s perfect for zoomies or gentle strolls. We’ve owned dogs for over 22 years, both small and medium breeds, and they have always been cherished members of our family. We have previously bred a litter, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and we’re experienced in puppy training, agility, nutrition, and caring for dogs with chronic health conditions. We’re also confident in recognising emergencies and knowing how to respond. Whether your dog enjoys long walks to burn off energy or shorter potters for your golden oldie, we’re happy to adapt to their individual needs. Our love of dogs extends beyond our own home— we organise an annual village dog show and are passionate supporters of animal rescue. We do have consistent house rules: dogs aren’t allowed on sofas, beds, or upstairs. If your dog already follows similar boundaries, we’ll happily maintain them during their stay. No limits on cuddles, tickles and attention. Over the past few years, we’ve sadly gradually said goodbye to our entire pack, all of whom lived to wonderful old ages. They gave us countless adventures, companionship, and treasured memories. Although we’re not quite ready or in a position to welcome another dog of our own just yet, our home feels empty without them, and we miss the joy, fun, and comfort that dogs bring. We’d love the opportunity to give your dog the same love, care, and attention that we’ve always given our own. We both work full-time, but one of us works from home with flexible hours, while the other works just a few minutes away and regularly pops home during the day. This means your dog will enjoy plenty of company, attention, and regular comfort breaks throughout the day. Our evenings and weekends are largely spent outdoors, whether relaxing and playing in the garden, kids activities, exploring local walks, or spending time with our horses. Dogs staying with us will be included in our active family life, with walks, playtime, adventure, and lots of human companionship, while a meeting their routine, exercise, and rest needs. Secure, fully fenced garden for safe play and exercise. We’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether they’re crate trained or not. If they prefer a cosy den rather than a crate, we have a comfortable ‘dog’ room where they can relax. You’re also very welcome to bring your dog’s own bed, blankets, or favourite things to help them feel settled and at home during their stay. In fact we’d think it odd if you didn’t.

About: I love dogs and cats, they love me in return. They contribute to my mental health. I've always been surrounded with pets. I've recently lost my best friend, Falco, you can see him on most of the pictures. I'm still grieving him so I wouldn't be able to get another dog. But I still need to be in contact with pets, hence this profile. I don't have many reviews because I created this profile a month before adopting Falco and I only came back to the UK in July! I like to believe Falco had the best life, we lived in England and France together, our bond was magical. He was part of my everyday life, I've chosen my job so that I would have a lot of free time to take care of him and go on long walks. He was part of every plan : going to the café, going on holidays, going to parties, he lived them all. You can count on me to take good care of your loved ones. I am a teacher, so I have a lot of free time. I've chosen to do this job to spend most of my time with my best friend Falco, he died six months ago. I usually work 8 to 4 but not every day and I have a lot of holidays! I would never give less than 4 walks a day to a dog, with at least 2 long walks (unless asked differently). I live in a 45m² one bedroom flat in a quiet village. There's a park literally in front of the house, and a forest next to it. The river is close, I have a car. We're going to have so much fun!

I have a Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Diploma, basic first aid skills, and a whole lot of common sense. I'm a vegan whose love for animals is unmatched and I've been entrusted to look after other people's animals for years. This includes cats, dogs, chickens, and fish. Though I would be comfortable with providing care for any animal (within reason, of course!). Pets that I've had myself include cats, hamsters, chickens, a snake and a dog. I'm confident, capable, and I have a big heart I am currently working part-time as a Data Annotator and a Graphic Designer. It's flexible work, and I decide my own hours, so I certainly have time for any-and-all of your pet-related needs! To do so brings me so much joy. And I'm always eager to make new connections, so please feel free to drop me a message I'm excellent at following all instructions to the letter. And, I believe that transparency and communication are the most important things. It's easy for me to zip to and from appointments on my bike. And, I'm always chock full of energy, ready to give my best to everything that I do. I'm a very empathetic person, with a calming and gentle presence. I have a great way with animals- always trying to meet them where they are at. That being said, I am still able to be stern with a dog, and take control of a situation if necessary for safety reasons

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about 9 years old, I would be left alone at home to care for 2 dogs and they ranged from small dogs (French bulldogs) to big dogs (English mastiff’s). I have a deep love for dogs, they have always been a big part of me and I’ve always had a dog growing up and would always be playing with them every chance I got! I am currently looking for work so I am available pretty much all the time! Would love to take car and walk some dogs to fill my time and so other people have the chance to go out and do things! I unfortunately cannot care in my own home as I have a cat who does not like dogs at all and for the dogs protection I would like to keep them away from my home as I would not like them to go home with any scratches or injuries. The dogs safety is what matters and I wouldn’t like someone else’s dogs having injuries, I have never looked after a dog and they be left with injuries. I make sure that I protect pets with my life as I am very much an animal based person!

I’m currently at home from university and so I have plenty of free time to care for your dog. I am available to walk your dog any days of the week and will give them plenty of cuddles and treats (only if their mom or dad allows it ofc!). There is also a large nature reserve two minutes away from which is the perfect place for your dog to sniff to their hearts content. I have a fenced garden for your dog to roam around in as well as a dog of my own to keep them company. His name is Louie (Lou Lou) — the most lovable dog you will meet. Finding someone who treats your dog with love and dedication is rare, which is why I'm thrilled to have found Freya who not only ensures my dog is happy but also goes on long walks to make sure she expends all her energy while I'm at work. It's a relief and a joy to know my furry friend is in such good hands.

About: I'm very good at reading body language of animals in general. I'm around 100kg's, so am comfortable handling (most!) larger breeds. I can be available most the day to give your dogs plenty of attention, as I often work from home. Attributes: Energetic breed experience (Border Collies and Spaniels) - Can handle large breeds - Work experience at Cambridge Reptiles - Trained at Pets at Home (ex part-time job) - Enjoys long walks - Empathetic - Experienced with: Small mammals (Bunny's, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs), Reptiles, Amphibians, Tropical Fish and Ponds. I'm a freelance photographer, so I pet sit around my own schedule, being very free during some periods of the year. I can schedule pet sitting easily around my work. "Ollie did a great job caring for Hobie and Clove. I was very impressed by his understanding of dog behaviour and he kept the house in top condition whilst we were away." Independently Insured for myself and (if ever required) a replacement sitter for: Pet Care Services - Dog Walking (For walking up to six dogs) - Dog and Cat Grooming - ToothBrushing - Dog - Hydrotherapy - Dog Training - Pet Behaviourist - Pet Boarding - Pet Microchipping - Pet Minding - Pet Sitting - Pet Taxi - Pet Transportation "I knew Ollie through friends and he helped me out when I went on holiday. He loves animals, took great care of my Sprocker Cooper, and completely understood his needs. I came back to a happy dog and tidy home. Ollie is conscientious and reliable- 100% recommend!" Since meeting at university, Ollie has been a close friend for 10 years now. He is a great guy, super friendly, trustworthy and responsible. Ollie looked after my cockatiel for 2 months when I worked abroad. I trusted Ollie totally and was not surprised when I returned to find my cockatiel healthier and happier than ever. "For as long as I have know Ollie, he has been animal mad. His wealth of knowledge combined with his professionalism and attention to detail makes him a superb Pet and house sitter." "Oliver has looked after my dogs on several occasions, for periods of up to 2 weeks a time. He is very caring person and l would recommend him to anybody wishing good care for their pets!"

Rocio took great care of our dog during an overnight stay. She has a big backyard and plenty of toys to keep the dogs entertained. Our dog instantly took a liking to her and was very reluctant to come back home ?

I chose to take Chase to Stephen because his first question was if we can have an introductory meeting before we take him there. It was reassuring to me and the rest of my experience with him remained the same. Stephen and his family gave a loving home environment to our Chase. He was allowed to stay on the settee, got walks and got a friendly doggie company in their dog, Sam. Stephen kept me informed with messages and photos, he was transparent and told me that Chase was a little nervous initially, but then settled down so I didn’t have to worry, I knew he was in good, trustworthy hands. I will book with Stephen again when we’re going away.

Jack took such wonderful care of my little Pinta 🐶🫶 I could tell from the very beginning that she was in the best hands. He sent regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while she was away from me. Pinta is a very spoiled little girl and definitely needs a lot of attention and affection, so I’m always a bit careful about who I leave her with. But with Jack I could see she was truly comfortable, happy and very well looked after. It meant a lot to know she was getting so much care and attention. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend Jack to anyone who wants their dog to be looked after with genuine kindness and love. We will absolutely be coming back to him again. Thank you so much, Jack! ✨🐾

We are so grateful to Vicky & Amber for hosting our lovely Mini during our vacation! It’s been last minute request and all went so well at the end! Mini was taken a good care, with daily photos and videos shared with us. We were so pleased to see her enjoying her time and lots of play with Mowgli mastering tug of war 😆🐾

We decided on a last minute trip out of the country. Anna worked with us every step of the way and made sure we were always in the know with our girl. She would send daily updates and photos. It was a peace of mind while we were away to know our dog was being loved and cared for by such a lovely family. Will use Anna again for boarding in the future.

Our dog got along great with Rai, he is definitely missing her a bit after going home! It was clear that our dog was in great hands and had a good time with Kinga.
