I have over 30 years of experience caring for pets, including both dogs and cats. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and I truly understand how important they are as family members. Over the years, I have cared for up to three cats at a time, including sibling cats, and I am very comfortable managing multi-pet households. Since living in the UK, I have continued caring for both cats and dogs, including pet sitting in owners’ homes as well as hosting pets in my own home. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs, including administering medication, helping with recovery routines, and providing gentle, attentive care when they need a little extra support. I am calm, responsible, and very attentive to each pet’s personality and needs. Whether your pet is playful, shy, elderly, or needs medical care, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is being cared for as if they were my own!

Forest can be quite demanding, not just in terms of his need to play ball, but for much love and affection. Maria and her daughter were more than up to the task. They took care of Forest, even during the hottest week of the year this far. When I picked him up, he was happy to see me, but he looked happy and well cared for. Zero doubts on rebooking with Maria. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy.
We found Maria through Rover.com when we came to Cambridge for a graduation ceremony.We needed day care in a new place as a matter of urgency. Maria was so lovely with Hazel all through.We felt safe leaving her with Maria though it was the first time she had met our dog.We receive picture updates regularly.I would recommend her gladly and hope to book with Maria again.

Rosario has looked after my dog Canela several times while I’ve been away, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better sitter. She takes such great care of her, giving her plenty of love, attention, and cuddles, and really making her feel at home. What I appreciate the most is how thoughtful she is! She keeps me updated with messages and photos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She genuinely loves animals, and Canela absolutely adores her. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I work from home, which allows me to be fully present and flexible in my availability throughout the day. Because I am at home most of the time, I can provide regular attention, feeding, playtime, and supervision without pets being left alone for long periods. This also allows me to adapt easily to each pet’s individual routine and needs. I am generally flexible during weekdays and weekends, and I am happy to accommodate both short-term and longer stays depending on availability. My lifestyle is calm and home-centered, which makes it ideal for caring for cats and dogs who need consistency, companionship, and a relaxed environment.

I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment for all pets, whether in my home or in the owner’s home. I work from home, which means pets are never left alone for long periods and receive constant care and companionship throughout the day :) In my home, I live in a ground-floor flat with direct access to a large, secure internal garden. This gives pets a safe outdoor space to enjoy fresh air and gentle exploration under supervision. I also live very close to several parks, which is ideal for dogs who enjoy walks and outdoor time. I always make sure pets feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe, and I carefully follow their usual routines, feeding schedules, and any special instructions provided by the owner. Whether caring for pets in my home or in theirs, I treat every animal as if they were my own, ensuring a calm, secure, and loving environment at all times.
Un día normal
A typical day with me includes walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I love keeping dogs both physically and mentally active. We’ll play different games, explore new smells around the neighborhood, and enjoy the nearby park. I also make sure there’s time to relax, with lots of affection and a calm, safe environment.
