I currently work part-time and mostly from home, so I’m around during the day for walks, feeding, and company. This means your dog will always have company.

Safety, trust & environment
I take safety and trust really seriously, and would love you to feel completely comfortable leaving your dog with me. I have a have fenced backyard where dogs can explore and play safely, and would always supervise outdoor time. Inside, your dog will stay in a calm, homey environment with plenty of attention. Before any booking, I would obviously love to chat about your dog’s character, routine, and any important do’s and don’ts (for example: recall, food rules, reactivity, separation anxiety, or quirks). I’m happy to follow your training approach, keep to feeding and walk schedules, and accommodate any specific needs or preferences.

Information Max Lasse S. would like to know about your pet
Obviously I would like to know how your dogs reacts to other dogs, kids, roads anything else. I am very comfortable with all breeds, but know that everyone has a specific character, for me and the dig it would be good to know how to create an overall calm and save environment. Otherwise, obviously anything to do with health issues any other instances that have made you anxious before would be good to know.
A typical day
Again, I mostly work from home at my desk. However, I already go in walks an runs myself to get out of the house to have a break myself. Hence, every two hrs I will have to get up from my desk. If your dog would be able to accompany me on those walks that would be a plus for me.

Pet care experience
I just finished my PhD and suddenly have much more time on my hands while working from home and miss having dogs around. For about four years, I’ve regularly looked after friends’ dogs, doing walks, play, and overnights, one of which had a lot if separation anxiety that me and her parents managed to lesson over the years together. However, I recently moved back to Cambridge, after living up in Edinburgh for 2-3 years and no longer see my friends’ dogs as often. Hence, I’d love to welcome your dog instead and give them the same warm, reliable care as I was able to do up in Scotland.
Reviews

Max was an absolutely amazing host for our nervous dog. Him and his partner took great care of Thor and made us feel so comfortable and happy leaving him there overnight. They were really accommodating and gave lots of updates of him having a great time.
Lasse is an amazing dog carer! I have seen him taking care not only of own pets but other friend's pets and he is the most loving, caring and patient human being. I would not think twice in chosing Lasse if they have availability. A plus he loves outdoors so he will make sure your dog has some nice walks.
Lasse is the most friendly and patient person I’ve seen with my two Poms! He’s always playing with them and knows how to calm them down when needed. There isn’t many people I trust with my two babies :) but he is defo one of my trusted dog minders!
Lasse regularly looked after our long-haired miniature dachshund, Turnip, and we honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. Anyone who knows the breed will know they require A LOT (endless?) patience, and real attentiveness — especially with their long backs and stubborn little personalities. Lasse always took such good care of Turnip, and she absolutely adores him. Any time she sees him she goes completely giddy with excitement, which says a lot. Lasse also always took Turnip on several walks every day and regularly sent us photos of them both adventuring. As an owner, it’s genuinely reassuring to receive these updates and to see how happy she is with him.
