We absolutely adore pets, Our current lifestyle don’t let us have one of our own (yet!). That’s why taking care of furry friends its a real joy for us it fills that little gap in our hearts. We genuinely admire animals. The way they interact with the world, when they play, and how they try to communicate what they feel or need, we love connecting with them through play, affection, and respect for their space. Being around animals just feels natural to us and makes us happy. Taking care of houses allows us to explore new places and experience life in different homes across other cities and countries. Living in someone else’s home gives us a more authentic, local perspective, and makes traveling feel like being part of the community

We had such a positive experience and would absolutely recommend giselle and john. Beannie was clearly very happy and comfortable in their company and received lots of love, attention and lovely walks while we were away. We really appreciated the regular updates and always felt that we knew how she was getting on. Giselle was incredibly communicative, responsible and considerate throughout, and we really appreciated their honesty and how thoughtfully they cared for Beannie. It was very reassuring knowing she was with people who genuinely cared about her. They were also so respectful of our home and left everything exceptionally clean and tidy. They’re genuinely lovely, friendly and interesting people, and Beannie clearly really enjoyed having them around. We would absolutely be happy to have them look after her again!
Viv was amazing, she looked after Peppa and Farusca ( dog and cat) so well, it was the first time leaving our family pets without a familiar face and we had an unexpected situation with Peppa but Viv handled it perfectly, she kept us informed liaised with us when something was needed, we received pictures/ videos. On returning home both pets were happy and relaxed, it just felt they were home. Viv meet us prior to the booking day , we went through the routines, she was just amazing. Will definitely contact her again if needed.
Ziggy had a great visit with Giselle. She’s a nervous energetic dog and Giselle managed to make her feel at home. We’ve already booked our second visit!
We asked Giselle for day care for 2 consecutive days at short notice and she was more than happy yo help. Our dog had never stayed at another persons house before and can also be anxious but this didn't phase Giselle. She was welcoming and happy to meet our dog, Maple and asked questions about her care before I left. Maplee didnt show any signs of anxiety or being frighted at being lwft with someone she didnt know. When we went to collect Maple on the first day, she clearly had a brilliant day and was reluctant to leave. When we returned on the second day, Maple was straight out the car and clearly very impatient to get back into Giselle's home. They clearly had fun on the second day as Maple was reluctant to leave the garden and clearly had no thoughts of wanting to leave. Would definitely ask Giselle to care for Maple again in the future. Thank you for being such a caring person Giselle and allowing us to have a great weekend.
Giselle is always so lovely and caring with our Golden Trufa, she is a young and energetic dog and Giselle has taken care of her really well every time, will definitely book her again!
This was our first time leaving Nesta with someone else. Giselle put my husband and I at ease immediately. Our dog is not the friendliest of dogs and we were worried about how he would behave. Giselle sent us many updates and Nesta seemed to be behaving himself - apart from rolling over in poo twice! Giselle handled the situation well and it must have been very unpleasant for her. Otherwise, we were very pleased with his placement and we have already booked Giselle again for the near future.

Schedule
We’re a couple currently based in Cambridge, England. I’m an engineer and musician, my husband is a scientist and musician too. We’ve lived in four different countries over the last five years: Colombia. Arab Emirates, Scotland and England. We're pretty used to traveling, adapting and respecting every home’s rules. We’re friendly, reliable, and excited to help you feel at ease while we take great care of your home and your beloved animals

Because of our backgrounds in engineering and science, we are naturally very observant and detail-oriented; we make it a point to learn your pet’s unique personality and stick closely to their established routines, whether it’s a specific feeding time or a favorite walking path. We don’t just watch over them; we truly engage with them through play and affection, while always respecting their boundaries and space. We also know how important peace of mind is for you, so we love sending regular updates and photos to keep you connected. For us, it’s about treating your home and your furry family members with the same care and respect we’d want for our own, making the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone
