She takes him on doggy adventures and sends photo updates which is great when I am away with work or on holiday, putting my mind at ease knowing he is in good hands. Alice provides the attention, engagement, and care that he needs without question, and sometimes I think Buddy prefers her to me! (which is as high a compliment you can give as a pet owner). Alice is courteous towards my property and she makes me feel at ease when she is in my home, something I was anxious about when arranging a dog sitter. Very respectful and I trust her with the key safe code which makes the process even easier when I am away with work at short notice. She is great with dogs and genuinely treats them like her own, and it’s lovely that she takes the time to update me via photos. Having Alice look after your pet is like having their best friend over for a play date, and she is genuinely such a lovely person who is always willing to go the extra mile. I recently booked her to stay with Buddy while I was away for a week, and she was even kind enough to put the bins out when she saw the neighbours doing the same. Buddy is an ex-racing Greyhound who has some specific breed traits, and I have complete confidence in Alice walking him on lead with a muzzle, and she takes the time to understand your dog’s temperament. It was amazing how quickly he took to her. Genuinely lovely sitter who clearly adores her time with your pet, and gives everything that human touch so it feels more like a friend coming over than someone providing a service. Talking to her about her own family pets and the variety of animals she has cared for previously is reassuring that I am dealing with somebody who has a genuine love of animals. Highly recommend for visits or stays.”

“We think Coco and Oona would happily have kept us on holiday for another week! 😂 Jessie looked after our two girls, Coco and Oona, for a week while we were away, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better sitter. She followed all of our instructions, kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and gave the girls plenty of exercise, attention and cuddles. It was obvious from every update how much she genuinely loves animals. We've used pet sitters before and, although they've all been great, we've often noticed our dogs start to miss us after a few days. This time was completely different. Coco and Oona looked so happy and relaxed throughout the week that we started joking they might not want us to come home! To top it all off, we came home to a house that was absolutely spotless—honestly, even tidier than when we left it. It's rare to find someone you trust completely with both your pets and your home, but we can honestly say we've found our forever pet sitter. About: Hey! I am a 21 year old student veterinary nurse, completing my apprenticeship at a local practice. I have been dog walking and sitting for people locally for around 5 years, caring for them before or after work. I studied A levels in Animal Management and have worked since then at a doggy day care centre caring for over 20 dogs at once, whilst also at a farm. I also have two cheeky terriers. Therefore, I am used to a lot of mischief! I also own a lovely cat and have done numerous cat sittings too, staying at the clients house :) it’s fair to say, my life revolves around these four legged creatures- including rabbits and guinea pigs too! I am working full time at the moment, however I work both early and late shifts. Therefore I am happy to visit/ walk your pet before work, or if I’m on a late shift; in the evening afterwards. I am also available some weekends to stay over if needed!:) I currently am not looking after animals in my house due to my naughty terriers being enough to handle by themselves! I live next to the River Cam, which makes me nearby to all the local commons for your furry friends to run and have space. I also have a fenced and gated back garden for security and welfare of our fur babies. I do also own a cage should that be the way your pet is accustomed, nevertheless everything else would have to be provided by you and the way your babies are cared for is customized by how you/they like it. Unless emergency care/ last minute, I recommend/prefer a meet and greet before any decisions are made, to see how we fit.
