About: Hi there! We’re Katie & Dan, and we’d love to look after you dogs in our own home in Meppershall . We are very experienced owners and love all dogs. We live in a large detached house in Meppershall, with plenty of space and a secure & safe fenced back garden. We both work from home, so our schedule allows us to look after your dog/s during the day, for the evening or overnight stays, whilst you work, attend an appointment, have social occasions or go away on a trip. We have two medium size hounds who are Petit Basset Griffon Vendeens. Sonny is 5 and Clara is 18 months old. If you live local to Meppershall you may have seen us out walking them in the village & fields. They are extremely friendly & happy dogs who are happy to welcome furry friends into their space to hang out & play. We will only accept bookings after you’ve brought your dog/s round for a visit and have met us and our dogs , to make sure your dog/s are happy & comfortable here and get along ok with our two. We will include daily walks within your pets stay, either solo or group , depending on what’s best suited to your dog. We have lots of experience looking after dogs, both our own and friends & relatives . From puppies to senior dogs. Including looking after dogs with long term conditions such as diabetes and epilepsy, so we’re comfortable giving medications as directed if required. We will send you regular updates and photos/videos on your pet’s stay, so you can see they are happy & well cared for. Please get in touch if you have any questions We are available on weekdays for doggy daycare, except some Tuesdays. We can also offer weeknight dog sitting, and overnight stays. We have some weekend availability for both daytimes and overnight stays. We can have dogs for longer stays during your holiday with some advanced planning We will look after your dog/s as you would at home in their usual routine. Please give us instructions on all their liked & dislikes, feeding, medications, walking, play & exercise, sleeping routines and we will follow the same at our place. Sonny & Clara will be here to be best canine companions too and help them settle in.

About: I have grown up with dogs and our wedding present from dad was a beautiful black lab. Family all love dogs and the open countryside. We have one dopey old lady lab who is shy but caring. Fully insured and will provide lots of fun, exercise and petting for your best friends. I have recently retired early so have plenty of time to walk and play with your dogs. I can brush throw sticks and just have fun with them. I occasionally go to the beach with my lab and they would be welcome to join in the splashing. Rest also good in our sunny fenced garden I have a large fenced garden overlooking quiet countryside. I can cage if they/you like for rest otherwise the ground floor home is all theirs to share.

About: Neil and I are passionate animal lovers offering a calm, loving environment for dog boarding. We cared for our Beagle for 12 wonderful years before she sadly passed away due to illness, which gave me valuable experience with dog care, routines, and companionship. We’ve also looked after family dogs including Cockapoos and Labradors, and regularly care for our neighbours’ cats and dogs while they are away on holiday. Since we’re not quite ready for another dog of our own yet, Rover feels like the perfect way to continue sharing our home and care with dogs. I work from home full-time, and Neil predominantly works from home as well, so there will almost always be one or both of us at home with any boarded dogs throughout their stay. We have a large living area with patio doors leading to a secure, fenced grass garden that dogs can enjoy all year round. Because we work from home, we’re able to give dogs plenty of attention, companionship, and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. We can also take dogs out for walks during breaks, lunch, and in the evenings, so it’s very normal for dogs staying with us to enjoy up to three walks a day depending on their needs and routine. We’re also happy to adapt to older dogs or those who prefer a slower pace and quieter routine. Neil and I provide a safe, calm, and loving home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. As one or both of us work from home most days, dogs are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, regular walks, playtime, and care throughout their stay. We have a secure fenced grass garden and always follow each owner’s routines and preferences carefully, including feeding, walks, medication, and any special requirements. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care Lennox received during his 4-day stay with Stephanie ! From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly responsive and confirmed the booking right away, which really put my mind at ease. Throughout the week, she kept me updated with plenty of pictures of Lennox having a great time, which I really appreciated. It was clear that Lennox loved spending time with her gentle giant Kano . The two of them got along so well, and I could tell Lennox was having a blast. When I picked him up, it was obvious he’d had an amazing time.
