“Chloe and her family took excellent care of Layla who had a wonderful time! Lots of long walks and cuddles, I know she settled in happily. Thank you for all the photo updates too. Will definitely rebook.”

About: Sadly we lost our boy a year ago, so since then we have been looking after lots of doggies to get our fix of walks and cuddles. We both grew up with dogs and brought our children up to be dog lovers. We love taking our borrowed pets for lots of walks over the fields and playing with them in our garden. I have put 15 years of experience in my profile to reflect how long we have owned a dog together in this house. 45 years of dog loving makes me look far too old! We have been actively dog sitting since Harry died a year ago. My husband and I are both home all day so we can give your dog our full attention at all times. Occasionally our children may be home from university (one of whom is training to be a vet) and both girls love being around dogs, and always have lots of cuddles to give. We had a dog for 15 years until recently and understand the need for a dog safe house and garden. Our house is open plan so dogs often come up to our room to sleep at night, but they could be shut into our hallway if you would prefer. We are surrounded by fields so long country walks are a pleasure.
“Melanie took such a good care of our Coco, was very considerate, sensible and super friendly. Coco seemed very happy and comfortable at Melanie's house and her family are just lovely! She also gave Coco a cute panda toy that Coco just adores. Couldn't recommend Melanie enough and will definitely leave Coco with her when needed again in the future.”

“Millie kept in touch with us throughout our dogs stay. Very happy with the service she provides. Very welcoming family, lovely home and our dog always enjoys his stay. Wouldn’t leave him with anyone else. Millie is the best!”

About: I had my own dog for over 16 years, he is still very much missed, and now I borrow other people’s. I currently dog sit a miniature Schnauzer in term time. Plus I have recently been given a black Labrador, Barney, he is very good with other dogs and would normally come with me when house sitting. I am available for pet care seven days per week and have my own transport. I am newly retired and can spend all of my time caring for pets. I have an enclosed rear garden and live in a village location with plenty of varied country walks on my doorstep. I have my own dog, who is very friendly.
“Cannot imagine any family or friend I would trust with taking care of my dog, with the same peace of mind when she stays at Lauren and Matt’s place. Although we’ve become friends at this point. Thanks again guys!”

“Sarah took really good care of Joey, he was really happy when i saw him and full of energy, he’s also been a lot calmer since he’s come back and can’t thank her enough for looking after him as I know he can be a handful”

About: Neil and I are passionate animal lovers offering a calm, loving environment for dog boarding. We cared for our Beagle for 12 wonderful years before she sadly passed away due to illness, which gave me valuable experience with dog care, routines, and companionship. We’ve also looked after family dogs including Cockapoos and Labradors, and regularly care for our neighbours’ cats and dogs while they are away on holiday. Since we’re not quite ready for another dog of our own yet, Rover feels like the perfect way to continue sharing our home and care with dogs. I work from home full-time, and Neil predominantly works from home as well, so there will almost always be one or both of us at home with any boarded dogs throughout their stay. We have a large living area with patio doors leading to a secure, fenced grass garden that dogs can enjoy all year round. Because we work from home, we’re able to give dogs plenty of attention, companionship, and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. We can also take dogs out for walks during breaks, lunch, and in the evenings, so it’s very normal for dogs staying with us to enjoy up to three walks a day depending on their needs and routine. We’re also happy to adapt to older dogs or those who prefer a slower pace and quieter routine. Neil and I provide a safe, calm, and loving home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. As one or both of us work from home most days, dogs are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, regular walks, playtime, and care throughout their stay. We have a secure fenced grass garden and always follow each owner’s routines and preferences carefully, including feeding, walks, medication, and any special requirements. We’re also happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind while owners are away.
“Sonia C. looked after my dog, Wicket, over the Christmas period from the 17th to the 2nd and did a fantastic job. She was reliable, caring, and made sure Wicket was well looked after while I was away, which gave me real peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog sitter, and I will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“When searching four someone’s suitable to watch our two dogs, we had the choice of several sitters. Lucky for us Laura was prompt in her responses so we moved forward and met with her. After meeting Laura and her dog, we knew that’s where we would like our dogs to go because you can tell her love for her pets which we hoped would continue onto ours. She kept us up-to-date with the going on of our dogs with photos and texts, she was honest if there was an issue, and again, she was prompt with replies. As long as Laura continues to pet sit, we will be using her again.”

“No words to describe how wonderful Aleksandra is. She really took great care of our dog. He stayed with her for 8 days and she updated us everyday with pictures and videos which was really assuring. She was flexible throughout and we are really glad we found a good home for our dog when we are away next time. Would definitely recommend her.”

“Floyd had a great time seems very relaxed when we got home looks lovely and glossy and well fed. Such a lovely family and he went to a birthday party 🥳 thank you so much such a weight of my mind when I go away”

“Thank you so much to Billy & Paige for looking after our little dog Poppy. Poppy is 13 and it is the first time we have ever left her with anyone other than family. We had a family wedding abroad so needed to book Poppy into a loving home to look after her whilst we were all away. We were very apprehensive about it but Paige & Billy certainly put our minds at rest. We had an introduction meeting beforehand which certainly put our minds at rest. Poppy loved her stay and we had regular updates & photos. Would 100% recommend Billy & Paige to anyone looking for a loving home for their pets. We would definitely use their services again. Thank you from all of us and Poppy ❤️”

I chose Chloe to look after my dog as she seemed very down to earth, knowledge and kind. She also has 2 little girls who are very keen to have a dog to play with! Chloe send me daily updates and pictures And asked anything she wasn’t sure about. I was very happy leaving my dog with her and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

My fourth time leaving my 2 babies with Thaiza and her family and I just wanted to say how wonderful they were with my babies and so understanding. Having a family emergency, they have waited for me until almost midnight to get the babies to their home. Thaiza kept me informed on their wellbeing and sent pictures. I have totally peace of mind when my babies are with them. 5*

I can honestly say that Katryzna was outstanding in looking after my elderly dog Bailey. I had total peace of mind in leaving him with her. She sent photos and updates daily. He was very chilled and relaxed and well cared for. I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Total Star 🌟

My lab Bailey had an amazing stay with Florence. I was caught out last minute when my previous sitter cancelled. Florence got back to me super quick, and even made herself available for a meet and greet at the park before Bailey’s stay. Bail looked like he had the time of his life while I was away, Florence sent through some amazing photos and it was great to know he was having a ball. It’s always hard leaving your pup, but Florence genuinely made Bailey a part of the family, and he loved Bonzo’s company during his stay. Couldn’t recommend Florence highly enough, Bailey was so well looked after, and I’ve already booked him for my next trip away!

Charlotte and her family welcomed Talli into their home just as if they'd always known her. The regular picture updates gave us the confidence to know she'd settled in and wasn't stressing at all. We can highly recommend Charlotte and would have absolutely no hesitation in using her again.
