“Eva is so good, she has been amaizing. I have left my girl with her for 2 weeks which is a shelter dog, I adopted her at the end of April and it was her first time boarding and staying with a pet sitter. Eva is so organised, she took Oxa to the vet to have her booster, she gave her flea tablets, she has trained her to be more calm and to follow when having walks, she even bought a harness for Oxa and gave it as a gift to Oxa. She gave me advices, considering that Oxa is a shelter dog, which help me a lot. She answered to my messages even after the booking.Eva kept me up to date and sent pictures regularly too, which it was so reassuring. I definitely recommmend Eva, she has been briliant!”

For 11 years, I regularly looked after Harvey, including caring for him when he developed diabetes and following his specific routine and care needs. I also regularly cared for my son’s dog, Hugo. “Orsi was an amazing sitter for my 2 year old cockapoo Bonnie. It was the first time she had stayed anywhere for this long and she absolutely love it. She got on so well with the other dogs in Orsi's care and she seemed to settle so well. I got updates everyday including photos and videos which made me feel at ease and was a nice touch. Orsi followed all of the instructions I gave her as she has allergies and takes medication which was great. When I came to pick Bonnie up I was given an overview of what happened and she seemed so happy so I felt so at ease. Will be back available at some point soon!!! ***** I've had dogs since I was about 10, with a variety of breeds including a bearded collie, retrievers, a cross-bred rescue and my all time favourites, labradors. I enjoyed helping my parents train guide dogs too, and have used those skills many times over the years, helping train friend’s dogs when there was a need. I've also got plenty of experience looking after other people's dogs, as friends have often asked me to either babysit, drop in or fully take in their dogs when they've been away, something I've always been very happy to do, the latest being a fun mix with a shitshu with attitude and his very laid back buddy, an Alsatian😄 I don't have dogs of my own at the moment, however I would love to help other dogs if needed and is something I really enjoy doing, sometimes along with my partner. We are both very outdoorsy and love a dog walk, in all weathers! I'm available to help with any services for dogs at weekends (Fri evenings through to Sunday evenings) as I work full time in the week. We live in a house which has a large enclosed garden, and at all times, the utmost care is obviously given, with all rules and requests strictly adhered to. Photos will happily be provided, and I aim to please! As far as I'm concerned, anything else is unacceptable, as it's how I'd want my pets looked after.

Absolutely exceptional and a beautiful human who my dog loved! Lovely family. Benji is normally all over me and no one gets a look in. When we drive home he barks with delight (well I think it's that or letting everyone know that the boss is back - we live in countryside no neighbours lots of wild life/field animals etc .... well .... his efforts at announcing his arrival last night when we finally got home from picking him up from Madhav at 11pm (beyond understanding - delayed flight back) were decidedly below par. Forward to nearly 12 hours after I have a forlorn little cocker poo who's seemingly quite depressed/sad but he's starting to come round. I think he thoroughly enjoyed his 10 nights with Madhav and it was like a home from home and holiday. Lovely people.
Shreya and her husband Arj provided a fantastic home from home environment for our almost 12 year old cockapoo Bramble. They provided thorough updates and gorgeous pictures throughout his stay. He was provided with lots of enrichment activities along with their own Dog Riley who is adorable. I would 100% recommend and will contact again should the need arise.
Elvis spent 2 wonderful weeks in the care of Erika, I had the feeling he almost was hesitating to return home. During his stay he needed a visit to the vets and Erika lovingly took care of him spoiling him with lots of attention. I had daily updates and photos. I certainly will book with Erika again.
We are repeat customers of Aarthi, in fact she is the only sitter I use due to her obvious care and love for our cavapoo Oscar! It is very clear that she adores dogs and is veey knowledgeable about them so I always feel that Oscar is in excellent and trustworthy hands and we can totally relax on holiday. She had a huge garden and Oscar loves playing with her dog Cookie and has a great time with Aarthi’s family. I highly recommend Aarthi!
Craig and Julie are so lovely, both genuinely really caring dog lovers and want your dog to have a 'home from home' stay. They took care in ensuring Casper stuck to his routine for length and frequancy of walks plus feeding times . Their location is surrounded by wonderful walks. I recieved regular photos during his stay, showing his activities, resting and even a paw washing after a fabulous but muddy walk. I highly recommend them and are planning our next stay. Sunny cared for our female husky Nia for 10 days whilst we were out the country - it was the first time leaving Nia and we were a little apprehensive as Nia is true to her breed and can be quite a handful at times! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
