Ophelia has been very kind and looked after Toto for two days. Although Toto is an anxious dog and he was crying from time to time, she kindly let him sit on their bed as this was the place where he seemed more relaxed and I really appreciated that!! She also accepted to extend a bit the drop off/pick up time to suit our schedule as well as kept us updated with photos a description of Toto’s well being. Toto is a bit intense when away from his family and home, but Ophelia never complained and always sent us positive updates which made our stay less stressful.
Our dog Biscuit had a wonderful stay. Great communication and so helpful as we booked the stay very last minute. Super updates with messages and pictures. They were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic dog sitter! I had to make some last-minute changes, and she was incredibly supportive and flexible. She kept me updated on Joy’s status with regular photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend!
