I have left my girl with her for 2 weeks which is a shelter dog, I adopted her at the end of April and it was her first time boarding and staying with a pet sitter. Eva is so organised, she took Oxa to the vet to have her booster, she gave her flea tablets, she has trained her to be more calm and to follow when having walks, she even bought a harness for Oxa and gave it as a gift to Oxa. She gave me advices, considering that Oxa is a shelter dog, which help me a lot. About: I've had dogs since I was about 10, with a variety of breeds including a bearded collie, retrievers, a cross-bred rescue and my all time favourites, labradors. I enjoyed helping my parents train guide dogs too, and have used those skills many times over the years, helping train friend’s dogs when there was a need. I've also got plenty of experience looking after other people's dogs, as friends have often asked me to either babysit, drop in or fully take in their dogs when they've been away, something I've always been very happy to do, the latest being a fun mix with a shitshu with attitude and his very laid back buddy, an Alsatian😄 I don't have dogs of my own at the moment, however I would love to help other dogs if needed and is something I really enjoy doing, sometimes along with my partner. We are both very outdoorsy and love a dog walk, in all weathers! I'm available to help with any services for dogs at weekends (Fri evenings through to Sunday evenings) as I work full time in the week. We live in a house which has a large enclosed garden, and at all times, the utmost care is obviously given, with all rules and requests strictly adhered to. Photos will happily be provided, and I aim to please! As far as I'm concerned, anything else is unacceptable, as it's how I'd want my pets looked after.

About: I had a dog since I was 6 years old and took care of him through his diabetes as he grew older. I can administer insulin injections and eyedrops, and am good at getting dogs to swallow pills. Towards the end of my dogs life, I was able to feed him using syringes so am very experienced with older dogs, and can adapt to the individual needs of your dog. I have also dog sat for younger dogs as well as large dogs, so am able to deal with all ages and sizes. Im a university student, currently at home full time during my summer holidays. This means I will be available most times for pet care and am very flexible. I have a large garden with fences all around, making it impossible for the pet to sneakily escape, whilst providing a fun area for dogs to play in. I have air conditioning inside my kitchen so it will stay cool for the dogs during these hot summer days.

I ensure they get plenty of exercise while also allowing them to sniff and explore their environment, as that’s just as crucial as letting them run freely. One of my favorite activities is playing the “find it” game with treats. It’s a fantastic way to help them settle down after all the excitement of running around! I have a certificate of attendance that I have completed a CPD accredited activity in dog first aid and emergency canine care. I also carry a first kit around with me. As I'm currently living in a flat sadly I don't have a dog of my own but do have 3 fishes all named Gus! Known as the Gus's my wonderful guppy fish. Along side my fish I also share custody of the family dog Pumba (mini Yorkie 11 years old!) who is a lovable dog but lacks a braincell expect when it comes to food! When I was younger we had many family pets including hampers, degus and a very grumpy rabbit. So I would be willing to pet sit for your small furry friends. About: I've had dogs since I was about 10, with a variety of breeds including a bearded collie, retrievers, a cross-bred rescue and my all time favourites, labradors. I enjoyed helping my parents train guide dogs too, and have used those skills many times over the years, helping train friend’s dogs when there was a need. We live in a house which has a large enclosed garden, and at all times, the utmost care is obviously given, with all rules and requests strictly adhered to. About: I am currently studying veterinary medicine at university and have also studied animal behaviour and training though out college. I have grown up and looked after different animals, the animals I have grown up with include pigs, dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents like hampsters and rats, fish, lambs and a skunk. I have also looked after other people’s horses, dogs and cats when the owners go away. I’m a part time university student so I will have plenty of time to be with your pups.
