Our routine is flexible, calm, and built around the dog’s usual feeding, walking, and rest schedule. Our home is relaxed, clean, and dog-friendly, with a secure garden for supervised outdoor time. We keep routines clear and consistent, follow owner instructions closely, and only take on dogs we’re confident we can care for safely and attentively. I am comfortable administering medication and taking care of senior pets, as well as providing enrichment for younger pets. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
