About: Hi, we’re Harry & Dale. We’ve both grown up with dogs and, as a couple, cared for two very different personalities: Max, a high-energy Patterdale Terrier, and Molly, a gentle senior Black Labrador. That experience means we’re comfortable adapting care to suit individual dogs - from energetic walks and play to calmer routines, medication awareness, and senior needs. We’re patient, attentive, and good at reading behaviour, routines, and cues, helping dogs settle quickly and feel at home. Harry works from home most weekdays, so dogs are rarely left alone and can enjoy company, supervision, and regular comfort breaks throughout the day. Our routine is flexible, calm, and built around the dog’s usual feeding, walking, and rest schedule. Our home is relaxed, clean, and dog-friendly, with a secure garden for supervised outdoor time. We keep routines clear and consistent, follow owner instructions closely, and only take on dogs we’re confident we can care for safely and attentively. “Stephanie is an absolute gem! We left our kitten with her for over 2 weeks as we went on holiday and it was our first time leaving him ever for more than a few hours so we were a little anxious. But Stephanie provided daily updates (multiple times a day), sent videos and photos and extra if we asked and let us know how our little guy was doing. It made our time away much more peaceful as we knew he was well loved and cared for at all times! “Barney loved his stay with Steph and her family. He hit it off with her own dog and we really enjoyed seeing photos of his walks. Steph was very accommodating and this meant we could enjoy our holiday without feeling we had to rush back to meet a specific time, which took the pressure off. “Theo has just had a 2 night stay at the Heathrow Hound Hotel and couldn't of asked for a better sitter. There has been regular contact since the booking and, could tell this was a household where dogs come first! Theo was a bit subdued when I left so I wasn't happy at leaving him! However I had regular emails and picture updates of Theo's 'holiday' while I was away! I'm Cabin Crew and will be a way a lot, but I feel happy that I have found Theo his holiday home. I would recommend Heathrow Hound Hotel to anyone who is looking for somewhere where their dog can still be a dog, having full run of the house and getting lots of cuddles! Plus, it's 10 minutes from the airport so you don't have to wait too long to pick up your precious pooch!”

About: Throughout my life, I have always had pets, especially cats. I have cared for one, two or even three cats at a time. I have also looked after friends’ cats and dogs, including a Doberman and three Boston Terriers. I genuinely love animals and understand how important it is to provide them with care, attention, and companionship. About: I have grown up looking after my own animals and caring for others pets too. I have looked after cats and dogs of all ages and made it my priority to make them feel safe and loved. I am comfortable administering medication and taking care of senior pets, as well as providing enrichment for younger pets. I currently work part time, giving me plenty of free time during the week to look after your pets. I am available in the evenings Monday-Friday and all day Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday allowing me to work around your schedule. About: When I was younger we used to have pets and have grown up taking care of animals. We have a friendly poochon now who is 5 years old and lives for a ball to be thrown. My own dog is walked regularly and cared for like the part of the family that she is. I work from home so am usually close by and never out for longer than 4 hours. Chloe was lovely looked after our 2 cockerpoos and westie. We met Chloe on a meet and greet basis and all went well, our westie is very lively and can be a bit apprehensive with other dogs but Chloe sorted this my introducing her dogs when we had gone so there was no guarding issue with us. Chloe kept us informed .
Faye was absolutely fantastic with our dog, Miley. She kept us updated regularly with photos and messages, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
