Katherine welcomed her with open arms and took such good care of her, taking her on daily walks, letting her sleep on the beds and couches, making sure she had her medication and giving her space and cuddles when needed. She sent me regular updates about Hayley so I had peace of mind that she was settling in and enjoying her time with her temporary new family. When it was time to fetch her she looked sad to leave! About: I've been bought up with dogs since the age of 10. We had a family full of life labradoodle! Now the family dog is a golden retriever. Since moving out and living in a rented home, I have an amazing Landlord who is fine with pets, I do not have a dog of my own due to finances currently hence why I need my fix of doggy cuddles from here! I currently have a hybrid job role where I go into the office two days a week and these are normal Tuesdays and Fridays (these are blocked out in my calendar but for holiday pet setting do book in and I will make work arrangements where possible) therefore if you need me to dog sit in the day as long as you have WiFi and are happy to I can work from yours! Any weekend requirements please contact me so I can ensure I am free. I can look after dogs in my rental home. Please take a look at the picture on my profile of my garden. It has trellis for extra security however its not a grass garden. I have put some fake grass at the bottom but if you doggo is just as posh as my family dog and refuses to use it then do not stress as there are grass patches behind my house and a park right round the corner from me! Equally I am more than happy to travel and care for your pet in your home too! I am a naturally neat and tidy person and respect your home is your home and that me caring for your dog is a job not a holiday!

“Lydia was our pup’s first ever sitter and she couldn’t have been lovelier. She has a perfect house and garden to accommodate dogs - she even has a special drawer full of toys and treats! She was very communicative before our booking, offering to have us come to see her house beforehand and she sent us photos as well. She kept us well informed of how the stay was going and what they were up to. She took our dog on a very long walk and even gave him a bath afterwards. About: Update…. I now devote all my spare time to loving and caring for other animals, from dogs and cats to guinea pigs and rabbits. Anything you might need looking after please get in touch, prices can be changed for smaller pets too. I have a cockapoo who is now 4 years old and recently lost a schnauzer who was 13. I care for my dog and all my cats going for short walks to long adventures. All dogs are unique and require different care and if you need someone to pop in when you’re out for long hours or overnight. Just get in touch. I can walk them or just provide company. I work part time so I have a lot of spare time on my hands and over the last 2 months I have been working for a cat sitting service. I absolutely love caring for other people’s pets. Feeding, playing and ensuring they are not alone for long periods of time. I care for pets in their own homes/enviroments. It eases any unnecessary stress to them. I pop in during the day once or twice length of time can vary.

About: Hello, I'm Harry. I've had dogs in my life since l was a baby! We had a family dog and we also did a lot of 'Borrow My Doggy' - looking after lots of different breeds and sizes. We dog walk/dog sit as a family - I'm studying on line from home, and my parents (Laura and Mark) are retired. This means lots of availability, and great company for your pet. We offer dog walking, drop ins, day care, boarding and house sitting. We will walk and look after your pet together, making sure they are exceptionally well cared for. Linda is a very experienced greyhound owner and gave her lots of love and attention . Although it was only for 2 nights it was great to get photos and a message from Linda too. Eric is wonderful! He accepted our boarding request on short notice, and was willing to meet our dog, Finnegan, and us the same day. During that initial meeting, he showed us one of his usual walking routes and got his pup and ours acquainted. As soon as we dropped off Finnegan for his boarding, he ran to greet Eric, so it’s safe to say he liked him! Eric communicated promptly and clearly throughout our booking and provided photo updates. He followed our instructions and went above and beyond to make sure Finnegan felt at home. I highly recommend booking with Eric, we will be booking his services again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
