About: I’ve grown up with pets and, as an adult, my home has always been filled with dogs. Caring for them has never felt like a task ... it’s simply part of everyday life for me. Alongside this, I’ve spent many years working as a teacher, which has shaped a calm, patient, and consistent approach to care. I’m used to maintaining routines, reading behaviour carefully, and creating environments where others feel safe, settled, and supported ... skills that translate naturally to looking after dogs in my home. I offer calm, attentive care in a relaxed home environment, treating every dog as an individual and settling them in at their own pace. My approach is gentle, patient, and routine-focused, which helps dogs feel comfortable while you're away. I currently share a home with our 2-year-old dog, Lula, who is friendly, and used to welcoming other dogs into the house. I only host a small number of dogs at a time so each one gets plenty of attention, supervision, and quiet space when needed. I’m home for much of the day and have a flexible schedule, which means dogs are rarely left alone and routines can be maintained consistently. My availability is increasing, allowing me to offer attentive, reliable care throughout the week. My home offers a safe and calm environment, with a fully fenced garden for outdoor time and play. I'm also just steps away from peaceful walking paths and local parks, allowing for relaxed, regular walks without the need for busy roads or travel.

About: I've owned dogs for over 5 years, taking them on daily walks and outdoor adventures. I have conducted formal and informal training in obedience and behaviour, which I use for our own puppies. I have experience in fostering/caring for dogs, including a pregnant dog and then her pups. I’m calm, reliable, and focused on making sure pets feel safe and happy. I am available to do day and evening walks as well pet sittings in evenings and weekends. I am studying at university and care for my daughter throughout the week. I can offer your fur friend a loving and caring service in their own homes. I am more than happy to follow your own rules about how you care for your dog and I will ensure they are secure and safe. I take regular photos throughout the booking to give you peace of mind.

About: With over 15 years of experience caring for dogs—both my own and those of friends and family—our home is more than just dog-friendly… it’s dog-focused. From puppy zoomies to senior snuggles, we’ve seen (and loved) it all. We share our home with two well-behaved, dog-loving pugs, Reggie and Rocco, who absolutely adore having their pooch pals over. Whether it’s playing, cuddling, or just hanging out, they’re the perfect hosts for your furry friend. Our spacious, loving home offers plenty of room to roam, play, and relax, along with a secure, fully fenced garden with fresh grass and plenty of exciting sniffs. It’s a safe and stimulating haven for your dog to enjoy. As someone who works from home, I’m always on hand to provide constant companionship, care, and of course—belly rubs on demand! Whether your dog prefers cuddles on the couch or chasing tails in the garden, they’ll be treated like one of the family. Because here, it’s not just dog boarding—it’s a 5-paw experience. 🐾✨ Pet care is a natural and seamless part of my daily routine. Since I work from home full-time, I’m always present to provide consistent, around-the-clock care, attention, and companionship. My day is structured to ensure plenty of time for feeding, play, outdoor breaks, and cuddles throughout the day. Whether caring for pets in my home or in their own familiar surroundings, I provide the same level of love, attention, and personalized care. In my home, pets become part of our family. They enjoy a spacious, secure environment with a fully enclosed garden, constant companionship (as I work from home), and the company of my two friendly pugs, Reggie and Rocco. I follow each dog’s routine closely—mealtimes, walks, medications, and preferences—so they feel right at home. In the owner’s home, I take a respectful and responsible approach, ensuring pets remain comfortable in their own space with minimal disruption to their routine. I maintain a clean, calm, and caring environment, keeping to feeding schedules, daily walks, playtime, and any special care instructions provided. I treat each home with the utmost care and every pet as if they were my own. No matter the setting, I aim to provide pets with a safe, loving experience—and give owners total peace of mind.

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with animals and my first family dog was a much-loved German Shepherd. We later rescued a six-month-old Shih Tzu who was a huge part of our family for over 15½ years. These experiences taught me just how important routine, patience, and understanding are for dogs. Although my previous shift work meant I couldn’t have a dog of my own, I’ve always spent lots of time caring for other people’s dogs. I have experience with puppies and adolescent dogs using positive reinforcement, as well as caring for senior dogs, including giving medication when needed. I care for every dog as if they were my own and always follow the owner’s routines and preferences. I currently offer weekday lunchtime walks, whether your dog enjoys a longer, energetic walk or a shorter, relaxed stroll. If you think I’d be a good fit for you and your dog, please feel free to contact me. I work from home and have some flexibility during the week, though not every day, and I can sometimes help on weekends or look after your dog whilst you are on holiday. We can talk to see which days work best for you and your dog. I’m available for daytime dog care, including lunchtime walks in the Houghton, St Ives and Hemmingford area. I can accommodate your dog in my home while I work throughout the day. I can provide a lunchtime stroll to break up the day and a secure garden for quick breaks outside, which I will offer routinely. Dogs will be free to settle wherever they’re most comfortable — next to me, on a dog bed, or on one of many cosy blankets on the sofa.

About: Since leaving home and having my own place, I have looked after other people's and had my own pets. Looking after has including weeing, feeding and walking. I am fun, energetic and always keen to help others! Pet care fits really naturally into my routine. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy structuring my day around walks, feeding times, play, and companionship. On a weekly basis, I plan ahead to make sure each pet’s routine is consistent, calm, and tailored to their needs. I always prioritise safety, trust, and comfort. In an owner’s home, I’m respectful and reliable, keeping everything as it was left and maintaining the pet’s normal routine to minimise stress. I keep doors, gates, and leads secure at all times, avoid unfamiliar risks, and provide regular updates so owners can feel confident their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

This was my first time using William to walk my dog Betty and I was very happy with the experience. He arrived early, was friendly and professional, and immediately put both Betty and me at ease. Betty can be a little hesitant with new people, but she seemed very comfortable with William. He took her on an hour-long walk and it was clear she enjoyed herself. I’ve already booked him for another walk and some overnight stays. Would recommend!

About: Since childhood I have always loved being around dogs, and furry animals, as I grew up having dogs. Spent lots of my time in the village, where we had cats, rabbits, cows and chickens. Even had my favourite pet chicken.. My husband and I have just bought a house, with a secure garden, so want to dedicate all my free time to the most amazing job on earth. I believe that all pets deserve the best treat and care. I am very outgoing, positive, reliable and probably (one of) the biggest pet lover, would be happy to assist and look after your dog, or a cat, when you are unable to. I would be happy to look after any them, no matter of age or breed. Here are some things to know about me: - I have an 8 month old Labrador, who is super social. So I do really understand how precious they are. - I only host one dog/cat at a time (unless they are from the same household) - I work from home full time, so your pet will have a companion throughout the day - During the stay, you will get plenty of photo and video updates - I will make sure your fury babies routine as similar to yours and will provide as much care and love as you would Anything else, please just ask. Best, Gvantsa I work from home full time, so your pet will have a companion throughout the day. Oswald, my Labrador, will also keep them company. He has so much energy, they will wear each other out :D But at the same time Oswald does calm down after a while, so if they prefer a calm environment, that should be A Okay. I do walk Oswald 3 times a day, morning quick walk in the park (that's 2 min from our doorstep) longer lunch & dinner walk. On the weekends, we do go to Hinchingbrooke park or to a nearby National trust places. I have a secure fenced garden, which is pretty good size so they can run around when they want to. As I work from home, they have a toilet break pretty much any time they need to.
