About: I’ve grown up with pets and, as an adult, my home has always been filled with dogs. Caring for them has never felt like a task ... it’s simply part of everyday life for me. Alongside this, I’ve spent many years working as a teacher, which has shaped a calm, patient, and consistent approach to care. I’m used to maintaining routines, reading behaviour carefully, and creating environments where others feel safe, settled, and supported ... skills that translate naturally to looking after dogs in my home. I offer calm, attentive care in a relaxed home environment, treating every dog as an individual and settling them in at their own pace. My approach is gentle, patient, and routine-focused, which helps dogs feel comfortable while you're away. I currently share a home with our 2-year-old dog, Lula, who is friendly, and used to welcoming other dogs into the house. I only host a small number of dogs at a time so each one gets plenty of attention, supervision, and quiet space when needed. I’m home for much of the day and have a flexible schedule, which means dogs are rarely left alone and routines can be maintained consistently. My availability is increasing, allowing me to offer attentive, reliable care throughout the week. My home offers a safe and calm environment, with a fully fenced garden for outdoor time and play. I'm also just steps away from peaceful walking paths and local parks, allowing for relaxed, regular walks without the need for busy roads or travel.

About: I have grown up with animals in my home my entire life and have always been passionate about working with them - I have achieved my level 3 Animal Management Diploma, where I have gained knowledge in various types of animal care and first aid - I am also studying Veterinary Nursing at university, further developing my skills in animal health, welfare and handling. - I currently work part time in dog kennels giving me hands on experience caring for a variety of dogs. - I have experience with different animals like cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats and reptiles - I can provide your animal with a routine, administer medications and handle nervous pets I currently work part time, 3 days a week in dog boarding kennels from 9am - 1pm. Outside these hours, I am free to care for your pets! I am available on weekdays after 1pm and on weekends, so I have plenty of time to provide your animals with exercise, attention and care. I aim to follow your pet's usual routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I always prioritise safety, whether we are out on walks or relaxing at home. I will ensure your pet has constant access to fresh water, is fed according to your instructions, and receives plenty of care, attention and affection.

About: Hi I’m Hannah👋 I have extensive experience with dogs. I previously owned my gorgeous staffy Charlie who I sadly lost last December. He was my absolute world and I would love another dog in time when I am ready, but in the meantime I would love to help and look after other people pets! I have experience mostly with medium to large dogs including staffies, golden retrievers, XL bully’s, hounds and more! I am an animal lover and I will treat your dog like my own, making sure they are happy and comfortable, and I love dog cuddles! Happy for you to message with any questions. I WFH and have a very flexible job which is why I am able to offer pet sitting, drop ins and walks. I work full time but work from home 9 days a fortnight (only in the office one day a fortnight). My employer is extremely flexible which means I can ensure your pets needs are fully met. I do not currently have a dog of my own, which is why I have joined rover as I can offer my love and care to other peoples dogs! I do not have children and I am happy to do longer stays if you are staying away. I would rather pet sit at your home as I feel this may be more relaxing for your pet, however I would be open to them staying at my home after a visit if this is what you prefer. When house sitting, I provide attentive, personalised pet care that ensure your dog feels happy and comfortable. I am a very clean and neat person (I used to do cleaning as a second job) so will leave your house just as clean and tidy as you left it!

About: Having grown up with more than 6 cats (Burmese, tabby, and gingers) and 2 dogs (lab and yorkshire terrier)- as well as being a part time nanny for families with dogs for over three years- I am very experienced and equipped to care for your dog/s and cat/s needs. No matter the breed/personality/size/age I can and have cared for dogs as small snappy and sassy as chihuahuas and big, intelligent and energetic as border collies!! Safety and trust is so important when caring for pets- to ensure your dogs/cats are safe I always take measures such as opening doors slowly to avoid escapes or injuries, using backup leads on walks incase of breakage, avoiding other dogs during dog walks, keeping medication and human food out of reach for pets, ensuring pets don’t overheat in the sun, and so much more! Also meeting the dogs/cats for the first time is so important for setting up the trust relationship- so i always make sure i am calm- go down to the dogs level- and allow them to come to me!!

About: JUST STARTED BACK FROM MATERNITY LEAVE I've worked with and owned many different species of animals through out my life. I've worked and owned a variety of dogs for many many years. I also have experience with horses over 19 years. I also run my own dog walking and equine services business for 7 years now. I'm am currently already a well established dog walker and equine groom so I'm just adding on to my work load. I'm very flexible on timings I do not accommodate animals in my house as I have a toddler. So this wouldn't be somthing i can offer. Apologies for the inconvenience

About: I have cared for two dogs for 18 years of my life - a Jack Russel named Ralph and a Collie cross Lab named Martha. When I was 16, obtained a Level 3 qualification in Animal Management at Shuttleworth College. Here, I acquired husbandry skills for a wide range of animals such as reptiles and exotics to goats and wallabies. I graduated from the University of Lincoln this year with a first class with honours degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I cared for and trained several dogs through the university. I further worked full time at a Doggy Day Care for 4 months - walking all breeds and sizes!! Currently, I am studying MSc Clinical Animal Behaviour at Lincoln, with hopes of becoming an accredited clinical animal behaviourist. I am currently completing this Masters by attending lectures every Monday and Tuesday. I am looking to work between Wednesdays and Fridays as this best fits my study schedule. Within an owner’s home, I will follow all instructions provided, keeping their pets in a safe environment at all times and only using positive reinforcement techniques.
