A calm, caring second-home for your dog.
I’ve grown up with pets and, as an adult, my home has always been filled with dogs. Caring for them has never felt like a task ... it’s simply part of everyday life for me. Alongside this, I’ve spent many years working as a teacher, which has shaped a calm, patient, and consistent approach to care. I’m used to maintaining routines, reading behaviour carefully, and creating environments where others feel safe, settled, and supported ... skills that translate naturally to looking after dogs in my home. I offer calm, attentive care in a relaxed home environment, treating every dog as an individual and settling them in at their own pace. My approach is gentle, patient, and routine-focused, which helps dogs feel comfortable while you're away. I currently share a home with our 2-year-old dog, Lula, who is friendly, and used to welcoming other dogs into the house. I only host a small number of dogs at a time so each one gets plenty of attention, supervision, and quiet space when needed.

Isla stayed with Eric for the first time on 27/6/26. Isla was happy to meet the other dogs, and was very chilled when I collected her. I will definitely be using Eric's services again, as I was very happy.
Eric is wonderful! He accepted our boarding request on short notice, and was willing to meet our dog, Finnegan, and us the same day. During that initial meeting, he showed us one of his usual walking routes and got his pup and ours acquainted. As soon as we dropped off Finnegan for his boarding, he ran to greet Eric, so it’s safe to say he liked him! Eric communicated promptly and clearly throughout our booking and provided photo updates. He followed our instructions and went above and beyond to make sure Finnegan felt at home. I highly recommend booking with Eric, we will be booking his services again!
Accepted a walk at short notice and was very punctual and great communication. Peanut happily went for a walk with him and seemed happy when they got back. Would use again.✨✨

I’m home for much of the day and have a flexible schedule, which means dogs are rarely left alone and routines can be maintained consistently. My availability is increasing, allowing me to offer attentive, reliable care throughout the week.

My home offers a safe and calm environment, with a fully fenced garden for outdoor time and play. I'm also just steps away from peaceful walking paths and local parks, allowing for relaxed, regular walks without the need for busy roads or travel.

A typical day is calm and structured, shaped around your dog’s usual routine. I start with a relaxed walk along nearby paths or parks, followed by meals, rest time, and gentle play in the fenced garden. Throughout the day there’s plenty of companionship, supervision, and quiet downtime, with additional walks or play depending on your dog’s energy level and preferences.
