About: I studied animal management in college where I took care of domesticated animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs. I volunteered at a stables and took care of larger animals and did my work experience at 2 vet clinics, taking care of both sick and healthy cats and dogs. I'm currently a university student in Newport so I have plenty of time to play with and take care of your beloved pets. I also don't work right now so I don't need that long of a notice. I am able to provide complicated service at your home where your pet will feel the most comfortable. With a notepad and pen, I'm sure to provide excellent care.
“This was my first time using Rover, and I found the app very user friendly when choosing a dog walker. I chose Joshua and I am do glad I did. He was reliable, made me feel completely at ease, and took plenty of photos during the walk. I was so impressed I have booked him again. A huge thanks Joshua 🤩🙏”

“Stephanie's communication was excellent in arranging Ginny's walk - it was my first time using a dog walker through Rover, and she helped me feel at ease with what to expect. Ginny was a bit nervous, but Stephanie was very patient with her, and the photos showed how much she enjoyed her walk! We'd definitely book with Stephanie again.”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs for the past 20 years. They have been a presence in the family since I was 12, so caring for dogs feels completely natural to me. I’m confident with walks, feeding routines and adapting to each dog’s individual needs and personality. I’m reliable, calm and communicative, and I’ll always keep you updated so you feel completely comfortable while your dog is in my care. I’m working towards saving up for a dog of my own, and I genuinely care about giving every dog consistent, attentive care you'll feel confident booking again. Because I’m self-employed and work from home, I have a very flexible routine and can prioritise the dogs in my care. On available days, dogs won’t need to be left alone and will have consistent company and supervision throughout the day. Walks, feeding times and play are planned around their needs, and I’m happy to stick closely to your dog’s usual routine. This flexibility means I can accommodate boarding, day care, walks and drop-ins with reliable timing. Whether it’s a short visit, a walk, a day of care, or a longer stay, I’ll take dogs on their usual walks or explore nearby dog-safe routes, giving them exercise, enrichment, and companionship every step of the way. I provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every dog in my care. We have a fully fenced, secure back garden with a lawn where dogs can play safely, and they’re welcome in any room of the house. Dogs may be allowed on the sofa if that’s what they’re used to at home, but not on the bed. Dogs are supervised at all times — they’re treated as house guests and will be the only dog in our home at a time, so they get all the attention and care they need. I can administer medications if required, follow flexible feeding routines, and adjust walks to suit their age, size, breed, and ability.

I currently work part time and study so my availability is limited to mainly afternoons and evenings with the occasional morning free within the weekday. I am very adaptable and so can provide harnesses, leads etc if needed. I drive and so would be more than happy to transport your fluffy companion to an alternative location for better quality walks/play dates!

About: I was brought up with a lot of pets and have over 20 years experience. I have been pet sitting for over 10 years for family and friends. I have a huge passion for animals and decided to quit my full time job to become a full time pet sitter and dog walker. About: I’ve taken care of pets all my life, my neighbours and friends have always relied on me to look after their dogs. I have plenty of space for your pets and tonnes of green space just a short walk away. I’m working from home flexibly, therefore I am able to dog sit overnight as well as daily so I can take care of pets at any time day or night. About: I’ve had pets throughout my entire life. Often looking after friends, family & neighbours pets. After moving out and now I WFH the majority of the week, I’m looking to offer my time to help others with looking after their pets. I will ensure to keep your pets entertained, comfortable & fussed throughout! My current work is hybrid, with one-two days per week in the office. The rest of my week is spent at home. My time prior to work, lunch times and after work will be available for walks - due to my digital role, I am able to take some meetings away from the desk so can spend lots of time with your pet. I do go to the gym/play hockey on some evenings for 1-2 hours, your pet must be able to stay by itself for this. If your pet is comfortable in groups then I will take them along to events I can but if not, I would let you know in advance. If a whole week is required, I can adapt my working calendar to be at home - this requires a booking to be done in advance. Happy to discuss :) I have a long fenced garden which is perfect for fetch and many fields/parks nearby which provide great walk routes. I allow pets in the house - the only room closed off will be the bedroom. Fuss and cuddles on the sofa will be allowed. I live in a bungalow with no animals, so it's great for pets who aren't comfortable with stairs or nervous around others. For walks please provide the most secure leash method for bigger dogs in particular - a nose or body harness preferred unless your dog is very well walk trained. Please remember that while your dog is very good with you, they may try and test a strangers boundaries. Food/Bedding - the owner *you*, will need to supply plenty of food for the stay. I suggest you bring a few of their favourite treats/toys and some of his/her bedding from home.
About: I am an experienced pet owner, 40+ years - from young puppies to senior dogs and cats. Have a genuine love and interest in animals - all shapes and sizes! Confident with all breeds and sizes of dogs, with or without medical needs - happy to administer medication, toilet ‘accidents’ will not phase me. Any personal needs a beloved pet has I will of course be happy to accommodate and assist with - as I know having been lucky enough to have had some very special companions myself, just how individual they all are. Mabel my female greyhound currently lives with me, she is my fourth rescue doggy companion. She is a very laid back, calm and sweet natured lady - loves everyone and all dogs! As she was a ‘working’ greyhound I will not be able to house cats, unfortunately. But of course can look after any feline companions in their own home. If you have any questions, please do get in touch. Isabelle 🐾 I am available weekdays, evenings and weekends - any weekends I would ideally prefer to be scheduled/booked a week in advance. But am flexible, will be more than happy to help if last minute/emergency is needed - if I am available to help. I have a secure home and small fenced garden, which I share with one very friendly Greyhound - who loves everyone and dog alike and wonderful fellow animal loving tenant. Any pet companion would free to use and sleep in all rooms in my home, if they love a comfy sofa they are welcome to share. I am lucky enough that my home is situated in a lovely village, great walks - parks, fields and local beauty spots.
