About: I’ve walked my sisters dog every week for the past 3 years, also helped my mums dog attend puppy classes and learnt a lot from these lessons I’m currently working a flexible schedule and usually having two days off together really helps. I’m more than happy to stay with the dog if I’m free to do so I usually take my sisters dog for an hour long walk and the. At home feed and and wash him before he then snoozes in his bed

Olivia is an absolute gem! We just moved to the UK and also our first time using Rover. After a quick meet & greet - I knew our boys (2 cats) would be in good hands. Olivia is very responsive, kind, and her love for animals is obvious. Olivia visited each day at the agreed upon times and I received photos every visit, both of which allowed me to not stress and enjoy my time away (not stressing about my babies is very difficult for me!). Upon returning home, she had cleaned any & all cat messes, including vacuuming and sprucing up. It was lovely coming home to a clean place! I immediately re-booked Olivia for our next trip and would highly recommend her to anyone :)

It was great to have Kirsty look after our two girls, she was very enthusiastic and lovely. Both cats gave her the seal of approval which can be difficult as one of them is very nervous of strangers. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Molly was great, she was keen to do an intro meet and great and kept us updated with every visit. Everything was left clean and tidy with all used tins etc thrown away and the kitchen left nice and clean, which is so important in this hot weather. Our cats seemed very happy. Will use again

I am active, trustworthy, and fully focused on making sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you are away. Why Choose Me? I grew up around animals and feel completely confident handling different breeds, energy levels, and personalities. Because I cannot bring pets to my home, my focus is entirely on your turf. I offer dedicated house sitting in your home, drop-in feeding visits, and energetic outdoor dog walks. I also understand how precious your pets are so I can provide regular photo and text updates during every booking so you have total peace of mind. Whether you need a regular Saturday morning dog walker, weekday evening drop-in visits for your cat while you're away, or an overnight house sitter, I am here to help and remain flexible. I currently work full time Monday - Friday. However Wednesdays and Fridays I work from home allowing more flexibility to attend to pet toilet breaks as required. Every evening during the week I am available to walk your pet or house sit. Then on weekends I remain completely open and available to any requests. I will always follow the advice given by the pet owner to ensure the normal care is continued. This includes keeping to the pets same routine, and rules to ensure the pet feels relaxed in its own environment, as well as safe.

About: I am a compassionate, reliable, and experienced animal care professional with over 8 years of experience working as a Veterinary Nurse, alongside my current role as an Ambulance Clinician. Caring for others has always been at the heart of what I do, and animals have been a lifelong passion of mine. My veterinary background has given me extensive experience caring for animals of all breeds, ages, and temperaments, including those with medical needs, anxiety, or additional care requirements. I am confident administering medication, recognising signs of illness, and ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Working as an Ambulance Clinician has strengthened my calm, responsible, and trustworthy nature, especially in high-pressure situations. I understand how important it is for owners to know their pets are in safe hands, and I treat every animal with the same care and affection I would give my own. Whether it’s walks, feeding, overnight stays, playtime, or companionship, I provide attentive, personalised care and genuinely love building bonds with animals I currently work shifts as an ambulance clinician, when I schedule pet care it will not be during my working days. My days when I am providing pet care will revolve around the animals normal routine or as close as I can. I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for every pet in my care. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medication (if required), and any special care instructions. I make sure pets always have access to fresh water, a secure space to rest, and plenty of attention, enrichment, and supervision. I have a fenced garden and have access to open fields with wooden fencing. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I respect the home and maintain the pet's usual routine to help them feel comfortable and reduce stress. I keep owners updated with regular messages, photos, and reports. Safety is my priority, so I monitor pets closely during walks, playtime, and interactions with other animals, and I follow all instructions regarding health, behavior, and emergency contacts

There are 825 sitters on Rover for Cat Sitting in East Northamptonshire. About 91% of East Northamptonshire sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you are planning ahead for public holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day cover for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter trays. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialisation or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a key safe. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalised codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in a flat, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or lift etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
