About: I have owned dogs and cats all my life, Friends and family have trusted me to look after their pets, making sure they are fed and walked and played with. I have worked with all breeds and temperaments. I worked in an animal shelter for a total of 2 years. I'm currently working full time however I have Mondays and Saturdays off and on other days I only work from 8am until 3/4pm so have plenty of time in the evenings to play with your pets. I will make sure to follow all instructions given may that be feeding at a certain time or in a certain way or playing for certain periods of time. Any house rules etc. will be followed exactly.

About: I had my own dog - Ethel, for 14 years, so I have personal experience in looking after dogs. I’ve also looked after family cats and dogs when family have been away. I love being around animals and know what makes them tick, you can trust me to take good care of your pet. I have experience volunteering at an animal rescue centre which has brought me a lot of hands-on experience in looking after dogs and cats. I have a big passion for animals but have not been able to make it a full-time career! I look after animals when I’m not at work, so weekends or in the holidays for extra income. “Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I booked Anita to do daily house visits for my two cats while I was away. She was so attentive to the instructions and took such good care of them. They looked so happy and well taken care of in the daily updates / photos she’d send. You can tell she genuinely loves animals. She even did extra visits for me / stayed longer hours at times to keep them company when I asked . She would also message me straight away if she felt anything was off, such as they were eating less, seemed bored etc and she would be willing to whatever was needed to make sure they were okay. “Carla was a wonderful and caring sitter for our two kitties while we were away on holiday. Both of our cats seemed to absolutely adore her--and you know how picky cats can be about people! I personally loved her for her meticulousness in learning about our cats and commitment to caring for them precisely as requested. She was also very responsive to all of my messages. One of our cats is quite finicky about her litter and is prone to accidents if everything isn't exactly to her liking. This same cat also developed some tummy trouble that required adjustments to her diet, keeping a close eye on her behaviour after meals, and checking the house at every visit for signs that she'd been ill. Carla sent us daily updates on this cat's health in addition to her regular updates via Rover Cards, which really helped to put our minds at ease while we were away.
