About: When I was 15, I started my own pet sitting and walking business, which I have been running ever since for my neighbours and close family. I've taken care of dogs ranging from a 1 year old Cockapoo to a 12 year old Labrador retriever, and Cats of various ages 1-18. At home, I have 5 cats, 1 dog, 2 hens and 1 rabbit. I am a part-time student studying online, so I am completely flexible to walk your pets, or look after them, pretty much any time of the day! Our Labrador has daytime access to our huge fenced garden! He can run around, and he enjoys being with and playing with our cats (ages 1, 8, 12, 17, 18)

We hadn't left Tilly before, plus had recently moved house, so I wanted to ensure that she was able to stay in her own environment. Saffron put me at ease right away and Tilly allowed her to stroke her on the first interaction which is very rare! Saffron sent me regular updates and photos which was a much anticipated message for us whilst we were on holiday. About: I have had cats since I was 5 years old and dogs for 3 years. I have handled everything from feeding and cleaning to birth and feeding newborns every two hours. I even have experience nursing a cat with congenital heart failure. I have a trained Afghan hound who can be off leash, so I am no stranger to stubborn active “untrainable” dogs. I am currently free with no commitments and so if needed can take on same day booking for walking and check ins. I will always update my availability. I will always follow the instructions and requirements given by owners. I understand the level of trust placed by owners to anyone they entrust the care of their beloved pet or their home environment and therefore understand that communication is vital. I will always give a report about the walk / check in and will update owners on any injury or out of the ordinary behaviour. My vast experience permits me to recognise canine and feline body language paying attention to the small details.

Really happy with the service Sapphire provided. I received daily updates and photos which put my mind at ease, as I knew Curly was being well looked after. Sapphire was great at communicating and very accommodating with working around schedules when sorting out key handover, as well as helped me out with bringing in a cat food delivery I’d ordered that hadn’t arrived before I left. Would definitely ask Sapphire to look after Curly again the next time I’m away!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
