I bring a wide range of experience caring for many different types of animals including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, and small mammals. I’m confident handling pets with all kinds of needs, from playful puppies and curious kittens to gentle, senior dogs who may require extra patience and care. I’m patient, reliable, and always attentive to their wellbeing, whether that means sticking closely to feeding schedules, administering medication, or providing plenty of playtime and affection. When caring for pets in their own home, my top priority is making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and loved in their familiar surroundings. I always take the time to understand their usual routine, including feeding times, walks, play, and rest. I understand how leaving our beloved pet can be an anxious or nervous time, therefore, I endeavour to maintain a sense of normality and minimise any stress while you're away, for both yourself and your fur babies. I’m respectful of both your pet and your home. I ensure I keep everything clean and tidy, follow all instructions closely, and ensure your pet gets plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. Whether it’s cuddles on the sofa, quiet time for older pets, or fun play sessions, I tailor my care to suit their needs and personality. I also believe clear communication is key, so I’m happy to send regular updates and photos to give you peace of mind.

Saffron was amazing with my akita Hunter, she came to meet him prior to looking after him and ensured she knew all relevant information, she was really thorough asking questions around his care. Hunter took to her straight away and was very happy. She provided me with updates on how he was and some photos. Overall I'm really happy and will definitely be rebooking, thank you so much for taking great care of him.
Saffron was an amazing . Everything went well, my dog was look after very well. She was communicating with us very well, every walk we received the message with the pictures. I was so happy that our Ted is happy and look after when we went for holiday. The service is very good.

Schedule
I current work full time as a Research Technician for the University of Leicester in the in Cardiovascular Science department. I currently have 1 day a week where I work from home, usually a Thursday. I am therefore free to help with pet sitting on Thursdays during the day, providing I can work from your home. I am also free over the weekend for pet sitting duties. For drop in visits and dog walks I am available all week, before 9am and after 5pm.

- I would need to know of any medical conditions and/or medications straight away. If your pet is reactive, it's important I know what triggers them and any work you have been doing to combat their reactiveness. Knowing their usual routine would help to maintain stability for them. I would like to know their favourite things to do, what they like to eat and their meal schedules.
