My home is dog-friendly, giving them access to all rooms, and my beautiful surroundings offer endless opportunities for exercise and play. Your dog will feel right at home with me! Caring for dogs isn’t just a hobby—it’s my full-time passion. I dedicate myself entirely to making sure every dog feels loved, relaxed, and happy. With plenty of walks in nearby parks, woods, and meadows, and a dog-friendly home where they can roam freely, I provide a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment for your furry friend. Your dog’s well-being is my number one priority. Safety is my top priority. I provide a fully fenced garden where dogs can play freely, never leave any dog alone, and always follow the owner’s instructions carefully. My home is a secure, loving space where your dog can relax, play, and enjoy their time with me worry-free.

About: I grew up with many cats, from the age of 3 until today. My first cat, Scampi, I had for 20 years from age 3-23 and we had many more through out that time. My current lovely cat babies are Leonardo DiCatrio (Leo) and Norma Jean. I have been looking after my sister’s cockapoo puppy for almost a year now when she is away and friends have relied on me to look after their dogs many times throughout the years. I have experience with small dogs such as a Jack Russell, medium dogs like my friend’s Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever, as well as big dogs like Rottweilers. I have always been an animal lover and with my parents, we have fostered around 50 pregnant, injured or orphaned kitties for the rspca in their transitional period (from rescue until they are ready to find their forever home) ❤️ I am also used to administering oral medication and eye drops I have a flexible working schedule with work from home often an option and sometimes work evening events meaning I can care for pets both in the day and in the evening. I always make sure pets have access to a secure and familiar space so that they have a place to go to feel safe. I am calm, quiet and confident with pets and always willing to be patient with a pet as I am a new person coming into their home and recognise that this can be scary for them.

“When we had an event in the area we left our golden retriever Loki, with Dimitri and her family for the day. Dimitri met with us the before to ensure everyone was comfortable. It was clear from the start that Loki was in the best hands. We got photo updates all day and it was clear he had the best time. Cuddles with the family, exploring the garden, a long walk in the countryside, a trip to the beer garden and all the treats a pup could wish for. We wish we lived closer! About: We as a family have an amazing dog called Honey shes a Cockapoo and is full of life! Iv looked after various dogs of all different breeds for family and friends over the years and its been a wonderful joy and experience. This is my job, my main line of work so i have plenty of time to spend time looking after Your furry friends and taking care of there needs. I can confidently say i will be able to keep your pets safe and sound, if theres any prblems with nervous pets then thats ok too because iv got plenty of experience with that.

About: We have always had dogs. I love taking care of them (and if I could I would have 100)! Whether it’s energetic pups who love long walks, senior dogs who need a gentler pace, or shy pets who require patience and reassurance, I adapt my care to each dog’s unique needs. I understand the importance of trust when it comes to your furry family member, so I treat every pet as if they were my own. I am currently working full-time so my flexibility is limited through week days. However I am fully flexible on weekends and more than happy to take care of any furry angels! I live by myself in a flat which is spacious enough for small and medium dogs. We have a backyard where the dog can play and I love taking the dogs on walks. No one will be involved in dogs’ care but me.

About: I have always cared for pets at my home from dogs to cats, stick insects to gerbils, you name it! And my passion for animal care led me to completing my BSc Animal Science (Pet Behaviour and Welfare) degree at university for four years. I have the practical and theory skills to handle all kinds of pet care, including veterinary work and husbandry experience. My pet behaviour pathway at university gave me the opportunity to work for a pet behaviour clinic for a year specialising in dog behaviour and training, so I know the patience and love required to care for and train the most anxious pets. It can take time to build trust and my policy is always to do so with a gentle hand and maybe a treat or two! I'm currently working part time so have a flexible schedule for your pets' care including weekend stays, day visits, walks, feeding and more. I’m happy to stay for longer/ overnight visits so you don’t have to worry for your pets while you’re on holiday. I'm very happy to take instructions from you on what care you believe your pets require or anything you wish to request of me during my time with them. Whether this means using crates or not, treats, outdoor time...etc.

When I care for a pet in their own home, I always respect their space and routine, following the owner's instructions closely to keep everything as familiar and stress-free as possible. I'm very mindful of safety — paying close attention to doors, gates, windows, and anything that could pose a risk. During walks, I always keep pets on a leash and go at their pace, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure. I value open communication with pet owners and provide regular updates, photos, and notes so they feel confident and at ease while I’m with their pets. For me, the animal’s safety, comfort, and well-being always come first.

He’s a Border Collie x Lab and quite a nervous dog, and this was the first time he’s ever been left away from me, so I was really anxious about it. Elly was absolutely brilliant from start to finish – so patient, kind and understanding with him. I got regular updates and photos which really put my mind at ease, and it was clear Albert was in safe hands. When I picked him up after Monday to Friday, he was happy, settled and comfortable, which says everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elly to anyone, especially if you have a nervous dog.
