My name is Lauren and I am a very happy, easy going girl. I owned a little Pug/ Shih Tzu in the past named Gerty and she was the funniest little character, I ended up moving to Australia after Gerty for the past 7 years. In this time I have done plenty of house sits in Australia and now the UK since I got back a few months ago. I have great experience in looking after all kinds of animals but mainly cats and dogs. I have my pet sitting qualification and I am currently also doing cpr training. 
I chose to be a pet sitter/walker as it doesn't feel like a job to me. What a wonderful life to be surrounded by creatures that bring us so much joy and comfort and to be able to bring just as much joy and comfort back to them. 
Previously I was a live in carer for years before becoming a sitter, I treat everyone's homes and pets as I would my own, with love and respect. 
DVS checked and pet sitter qualified ✅ I have been doing pet sitting in Australia and now I am back living in the UK where I have my own pet care business. So because I am just starting out again here I have plenty of room to book pets, as I am available on all days. I am happy to do day visits, walking, feeding, overnights etc…I have my qualifications and just doing my first aid for pets. I will happily keep your pet company, walk them, feed them, bath them, keep them happy and entertained. I clean out cages, litter trays etc… anything you need me to do for your pets and house I am happy to do. I treat your pets and house as I would my own, with love and respect.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was young, and friends, neighbours and family regularly rely on me to walk, feed, bathe and play with their pets. I run my own pet care business, so I’m experienced with all temperaments, routines and needs. Your pet will always get patient, attentive and loving care. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care throughout the week. I’m available for drop-ins and walks most weekdays after 2pm, with full availability on weekends. I always make time to give pets proper attention, play and companionship — never rushed visits. I prioritise safety and comfort in every home I visit. I follow each pet’s routine closely, keep owners updated with photos, and ensure fresh water, clean spaces and supervised play at all times. I’m calm, confident with all breeds, and treat every pet as if they were my own.

About: as someone who works from home, I am very blessed I get to spend as much time as I can with my baby - toy poodle Quincy. from walks to enrichment, playing games and training, our days are always filled with fun, love and care. we would love to help you look after your babies, whether it’s simply by taking them on a walk during the day, to keeping them company in our home. our only request is that your dog is friendly to other dogs, as Quincy is very small, and house trained. I work from home full time so I have a lot of time to give my attention to your fur baby. As I already look after Quincy, your pups will fit into our already existing schedule perfectly. We have a fenced garden, a big open lounge area with low couches. We have no sharp objects, no scented products that can be easily reached.

About: We have been fostering dogs for around 6 years now and have also adopted 3 dogs of our own. Our dogs welcome every foster dog we have had and easily adapt. i am from a medical and caring background so you can be sure your loving dog is in safe hands. We have 3 lovely dogs and now I'm only part time ( just 2 hours in the morning from 6-8am) I have plenty of time to take care of your pet. We treat all pets as if they are our own, and include them into any activity we undertake. Our garden is fully enclosed and the safety of your pet is our promise to you.

About: I’ve always had a love for dogs even since I was young. At 15, I finally got my own dog which I trained and took care of by myself. I love dogs company and taking care of them. During my undergraduate degree, I decided to join Rover as a way to help earn whilst being student, but also as a way to spend time with dogs as I missed my own dog, Harley, so much. I have done home-stays with puppies and post-surgery dogs to keep them company, whilst their owners are out. I also have been trusted by owners to pop in for daily walks whilst owners are at work to give some fresh air and company to your loved ones. As my dog at home is my pride and joy, I really understand what great pet care means to us dog lovers and that’s why I’m so keen to look after your dogs! Boarding can be accepted but will need to be comfortable staying with my 10 year old, friendly cockapoo, Harley. We have a small garden but located right next to fields for regular exercise and walks! I have recently started at the University of Hull as MSc Physician Associate Student and have decided to come back to rover and with my spare time, I would love to fit dog walking and sitting around my university schedule! I have a flexible schedule so I can easily fit let care into my daily routine. However, university is my priority, please contact me about any dates and I can let you know if I can work the care you need around my timetable! I would come to visit pets in your home either just for a few hours to keep them company or for longer stays if you are going away! I’m also available for regular dog walking to fit both our schedules. I am a reliable and hard-working person with a passion for dogs and love their company, so unlikely to let you down! However, as I am a student and live in student accommodation, I am unable to have dogs board at my own home, so for longer stays, it would be essential I come to you, otherwise, I would not be suitable as your choice of sitter.

About: I’ve always been an animal person and have had all sorts of pets over the years, including Chow Chows, Labradors, Staffies, Huskies and cats, so I’m used to different personalities and energy levels. I’ve raised my own pets from puppies and kittens, and I’ve also adopted and rescued animals, which has taught me a lot about patience, care and really getting to know each animal as an individual. I’m genuinely caring and will always treat your pet like they’re my own. I’m not working at the moment, so I’ve got plenty of time and flexibility for walks, boarding or house sitting, and I won’t be rushing in and out. I’ve got experience with walking, boarding and looking after pets in their own homes, and I just want them to feel comfortable, safe and happy while they’re with me. I’m currently not working, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility throughout the week to dedicate to caring for pets. We often look after our neighbors’ pets and regularly take our own dog out for walks, which made me realize how much I enjoy spending time with animals and helping others with their care. I’m available every day except Saturdays and can offer a range of services including boarding, drop-in visits, walks, or anything else needed to make sure your furry friends are happy, safe, and well cared for. Whether it’s a quick check-in or longer stays, I’m here to help and treat your pets as if they were my own. When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always follow any instructions provided closely to ensure each pet’s routine, diet, and preferences are maintained. I understand that pets are cherished family members, so I treat them with the same level of care, attention, and respect. I take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs, whether they require lots of play and stimulation, a calm and quiet environment, or something in between. I adapt my approach to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy at all times. I’m also flexible with timings and can work around busy schedules to provide reliable and convenient care. In my home, I can accommodate other pets either alongside my own husky—who is very relaxed and friendly with dogs, cats, and children—or separately if preferred. I have additional rooms and a secure garden, allowing me to tailor my services to suit different animals, temperaments, and situations.

Always love to explore new places.. I and husband have been working from home and available to spend time with dogs. We are already a dog owner and going to walk in a daily routine. Happy to save good memories with furry friends and support if anyone needs.. We have securely fenced wide garden and dog spend time in the garden too. We have available crate to be used if needs to sleep or spend time etc.

About: I absolutely adore dogs and caring for them. I’ve looked after many dogs on Rover and have loved every single one of them, all with different personalities and needs, it’s always a joy to be able to help out and get to spend time with these wonderful animals. I’ve had dogs ever since I could remember so have always grown up looking after dogs. As a child we had a springer spaniel and growing up we had a Dalmatian and another springer spaniel. I used to always visit the RSPCA as a child growing up as I loved going to see all the animals. Your dog is always in someone’s company. I work in a school and with help from my mum who stays with the dogs in the day we can meet all your dogs needs. I am also available weekends. I’m very active and love the outdoors and adventure, I love going for walks hikes and runs so will happily will take your pup too. I have a completely fenced garden, no way of escape. I am very careful and abide to health and safety regulations. There’s no other dogs in the house currently. Im also a very trustworthy person and work in education/care with children

I’ve had the joy of owning four dogs in the past and was responsible for every aspect of their care—from long daily walks to feeding, playtime, training, and keeping them happy and healthy. I’ve also looked after dogs for friends, providing daily walks, meals, and companionship whenever they needed a helping hand. Although I don’t currently have a dog of my own (I occasionally travel for work), I work from home Monday to Friday and have plenty of time, attention, and affection to give your pup. I’m available for both daytime care and overnight boarding, and your dog will always be close by my side while I work, with regular play breaks, walks, and garden time to keep them happy and stimulated. I truly love dogs and animals of all kinds. I enjoy getting to know their personalities, playing with them, and ensuring they always feel safe, loved, and well looked after. I’ve trained all four of my own dogs and enjoy teaching new tricks when the opportunity arises. Your dog will be treated just like one of my own—with kindness, attention, and a focus on their wellbeing. I look forward to welcoming your furry friend into my home! I work at home from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and I go on at least one long walk every day. I like to take regular breaks to play with and look after your dog and let him or her out to pee and poo regularly. They will get a walk of at least 40 minutes every day and they can spend time in my patio and garden throughout the day as well. I have a completely fenced in garden to keep your dog safe and your dog can either relax next to me as I work or lie in the living room either in a basket, on the sofa or in a crate if you prefer. I make sure that your dog always has water available and I let them out to go to the toilet regularly. I leave the back kitchen door open when it is sunny so they can come in and out of the house and garden as they please.
