Upon meeting Ivana it was obvious that she really loves dogs and Brian was very quickly made to feel at home. Her enthusiasm about the walks they were going to go on left us in no doubt that he was going to be just fine without us. She also understood immediately the quirks of a Jack Russell! When we collected him it was lovely to see how much she'd enjoyed having him there; actively engaging him and trying to anticipate his needs. In summary, we're already planning more cinema visits in Leicester as Ivana is the perfect Brian host!”

I was really worried about him and didn’t know what to do. I was also concerned about where to leave him as Polly had another appointment. I asked Polly if she could extend the booking and keep Sheru with her. Finally she agreed, we were relieved. She regularly updates me and sends his pictures. I truly appreciate her help and the way she’s taking care of my pet.”

She clearly cares about providing excellent care for the dogs she takes in and looks after them extremely well, whilst keeping you informed on a daily basis of how they are settling and getting on. She even washed and dried Safia’s blanket after a little accident without hesitation, such a kind gesture that truly shows how much she cares!
