“First time boarding our 2 dogs with Roxy. She was brilliant. She had prepared some forms for us to fill in, very official, professional. One of our dogs (Maple) is nervous of strangers but Roxy obviously did a great job because Maple goes to her for attention which she has never done before to anyone else. We loved tht Roxy would send us updates constantly, it does help us feel better knowing the dogs are in great hands. Highly recommend and would use her again.”
