About: I have always grown up with dogs. I was raised with a deerhound, whippet and a staffy. I have now got two French bulldogs which I love dearly! I have helped out friends by having their dogs overnight too From August I am available through the day and evenings to look after your pets. I can come to yours or I have a large secure garden they can stay at mine at during the day whilst I’m home. I have a long garden that is fully fenced off and I live down the road from two different parks. There are many walks around where I live also

We would get daily updates from Tia on how are dog (Kevin) was doing, daily pictures of him and being able to communicate with her if any problems (which there wasn’t) she was only a message away. It Made us feel very comfortable and safe about leaving Kevin with her which made our holiday a lot more enjoyable and worry free! We was abit nervous about leaving him because we have never left him before but she made us feel at ease and getting daily updates and pictures of him, it was lovely and we knew he was in good hands. About: I have looked after family and friends pets for when they need a sitter, i can feed them, walk them, bathe them, play with them, brush them, and give them everything u give ur pet whilst ur away , your fur babies will be fine with me I currently am not working so I have the time to look after your pet, I can take them on long walks, give them a bath, feed them, brush them and many other things I live in a ground flat next to a big field and I have a back communal garden that has a gate on it so ur pet will be safe

Leanne was amazing! We had a work trip scheduled which lasted a few days and needed someone to look after our dog for us. From the first time we met Leanne, her family and their dog Tilly, everything was super friendly and she made us feel at ease. She answered all of our questions confidently and provided wonderful updates throughout. I cannot recommend her enough and we will definitely be using her services again in the future!
Willow has had a three day stay with Tia and has come home happy and content. Tia sent me regular updates and pictures. Looks like willow had a great time . Would highly recommend her and I will be definitely using her service again knowing Willow is being looked after in safe hands.
Jackie was the perfect pet sitter. At our pre-meet, she asked lots of questions, interacted and played with our dog. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with Jackie. Ann and Brendan were just fantastic,I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough (in fact I have)…Requested a meet and greet to make sure both ourselves and the dogs felt comfortable and then easy communication to set up the stay.The stay started in a less than favourable manner due to one of our dogs being a little under the weather (so embarrassed) but the patience and understanding from the both of them showed just how dedicated and wonderful they both are to the care of your fur babies…regular updates and videos during the stay,and plenty of activities with the dogs. Our dog Bella stayed for the first time recently with Dilek and her family for 18 days and she was so well looked after. From the first meet and greet with Dilek, her husband, and their dog Harper, we knew Bella would be in good hands. They were so warm and caring with her right from the start. While we were away, Dilek kept us updated with photos and videos, which was really reassuring and lovely to see. Bella looked so happy and settled the whole time. We’re really grateful to Dilek and her family for taking such great care of Bella and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and reliable dog sitter. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
