“Kayan really is wonderful. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog Ivy with Kayan for 3 nights. Her set up for dog boarding is really great, it’s like a home away from home. “Paulina looked after our ‘old boy’ whilst we were far away on holiday. He was given lots of care, attention and love and seemed in no hurry to leave them when we went to collect him! Paulina was careful to follow our instructions about his diet, medication and funny little ways regarding walks, favourite treats (raw carrots, ice lollies) & coping with his separation anxiety. Paulina and her family ensured that one of them was always around for him to be close to and he settled down most contentedly.”

About: I’ve always been passionate about animals and have gained experience caring for dogs through working in kennels and at a dog daycare, dog walking and completing an animal care college course. I’ve cared for dogs of many different breeds, sizes and personalities, and I love getting to know what makes each dog unique. I also study dog body language and behaviour, which helps me understand dogs better and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I also train dogs using positive only methods and provide enrichment through play, and one-to-one attention. My goal is to give every dog a happy, relaxed home-from-home experience where they can stick to their routine and feel loved while they’re away from their family. I have a flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate my time and planning according to your baby and their needs. I enjoy creating a routine that works for each individual dog, including play, enrichment, training sessions and plenty of attention throughout the day. I have a strong interest in dog behaviour and body language, which helps me understand each dog’s personality, comfort levels and needs. I’m happy to follow each owner’s routine, including feeding, commands and habits, so their dog feels settled and comfortable. I also love keeping owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel reassured that their dog is happy and well cared for. The safety and comfort of every animal in my care is my top priority. I care for my own pets by providing a safe, clean environment, a consistent routine and making sure their individual needs are always met. Because I have a strong interest in animal behaviour and body language, it helps me understand each animal as an individual and see and understand their needs. I’m passionate about positive training and believe mental stimulation is just as important as physical stimulation, building trust through patience and communication. I have even trained my own cat to learn tricks and basic obedience! 😂 My home has a large, secure fenced garden, giving dogs a safe space for supervised play, enrichment, toilet breaks and training sessions. I work around each dog’s routine rather than expecting them to fit around mine, including following their normal feeding, sleeping and comfort habits. If a dog is crate trained and their owner uses a crate as part of their normal routine, I am happy to continue this while they are in my care. On top of all this I provide frequent updates with pictures and videos of your fur babies so you can see how they’re getting on ❤️

About: I have taken care of dogs for years as well as owning my own. I will make sure your dog gets plenty exercise and is spoilt. I’m currently working Monday to Friday from home so have plenty of time to look after dogs. I like going for long walks every day Care for pets in my own home. I have a secure back garden and have plenty space for them to run around. They would need to be ok with other dogs as I have a Frenchie who loves to play with other dogs.

“Greta and her family were absolutely AMAZING with our border collie Monty! He was so happy and settled with them for the 10 days whilst we were away! This is the first time that we were unable to leave Monty with a family member due to everyone attending a wedding abroad in America, so we were nervous to do so. But the process of getting to know Greta and her family in the lead up to leaving Monty was such a pleasure! They took careful time to learn so much about Monty, he was so loved whilst with them, we were supplied with daily updates, photos and videos which meant we were constantly informed of Monty's adventures. The family matched his energy perfectly - it was almost as if he didn't want to leave and that is a testament to the families care and kindness! I could not recommend Greta enough and would certainly leave Monty with Greta again - THANK YOU!”

“I am so grateful to Charlotte for looking after Thor, our 7 year old German Shepherd overnight! This was his first time away from home since we got him from the Dogs Trust over a year ago and I was anxious that he may not settle well. Charlotte was extremely caring, thoughtful and professional. She was gentle with him and he made him feel at home, she texted me regularly to let me know how he settles and confirm his preferences and she also shared photos from his stay. PRTs can be lively little characters and Buddy is no exception, but he was so well looked after and clearly loved every minute of it. I received updates throughout the stay which meant I could actually relax whilst away rather than worry. About: I've had dogs for over 20 years. Currently have 2 frenchies. My kids love dogs and as a family we regularly have our friends dogs whilst they are away. I work from home so am flexible, but only if I have had the necessary notice to be able to plan around the care of an additional pet. I love dogs and I want to make sure that your dog feels like part of the family when they are with us. We have a large fenced garden and a park close by. Our pets are crate trained and sleep in their crate. We usually use the crate when we have a new furry friend visiting to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable. I will be the only one responsible for the care of your pet.
