Love going on walks twice a day but more than happy to cater older dogs who may just want to chill! I Work from home which allows flexibility and companionship, with the lots of walking spots nearby! She walked him loads, played with him constantly, brushed him, and even got involved in his favourite games like tug — he was clearly having the time of his life. She showed him so much love and care, even embracing his big fluffy (and very hairy!) coat without hesitation. He was treated like part of the family — even being fed steak and getting plenty of tickles, which he absolutely loved. What really stood out was the regular updates. We received lots of photos and videos every day, which gave us complete peace of mind and let us see just how happy he was. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
