Pet Sitting in Tamworth

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs my whole life, and also small furries (hamsters, rabbits, Guinea pigs) I have experience with kittens and puppies from young- senior. I have a paraplegic kitten at home who I express daily, and a senior cat who requires a little more assistance with grooming! I also own an anxious dog, so can understand the patience it takes with some animals. I love meeting all animals and discovering their quirky little traits and personalities that make them unique :) I’m currently working Monday-Wednesday with Thursday as my study day. I am available Friday-Sunday whenever is needed. I also can be available other times during the year on request. I can do home sits during the week, however my work schedule is 9-7pm with only a lunch break where I could be back. This may only be suitable for lower maintenance cats/ small animals. I can’t offer pet sitting in my home, however I will do my best to ensure your pets routine is kept the same as possible. I will ensure all doors and gates are locked at all times, and follow their feeding/walking routine as required. I’m trained in giving medication from oral, topical, subcutaneous.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, all types of breeds and different behavioural patterns! I’m experienced with dog care and how to handle your furry friend! :) I’m currently working full time but my days off are a Wednesdays or Sundays and these will be my time for your furry friends. Whilst I currently don’t offer sitting in my home, I have good knowledge of great places to walk if on or off the lead! I can accommodate in a closed field or to the local park (this will be available at your request).

About: After working as a nurse for over 30 years I have moved somewhere semi rural, next to the canal and open fields. I have kept animals all my life, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and fish. Not working means I home all the time with my three small very friendly daft dogs and two cats. I have a certificate in animal first aid and would be vigilant on welfare of animals in my care. I can call in to feed pets, clean litter trays, water plants, open and shut curtains etc. I will send photos and videos of your fur baby during the day, just to reassure you they are having a purrfect day 💕 I am retired now so apart from walking my own dogs, I am fully available for looking after your pet. I can visit more than once per day if required. I absolutely cherish my pets. Your pets will be treated with the same level of care as I treat my own. I have a first aid certificate in animal care and would always contact you or seek medical attention if I had any concerns about your pet.

About: I have always had dogs since I was 4, my first dog was a Westie - Sparkie 🐶 . I loved her like my best friend!! My family have always been dog lovers so I have grown up with dogs in the house constantly, from our pets, to rescue dogs, to foster dogs and even my mum being a dog sitter too! You will see from my photos the mixed terrier, Gilbert, and shih tzu, Buddy, are my family dogs (that live at home not with me) but I regularly look after for my mum. Also the Labrador is my boyfriend’s family dog, Sully. I have dog sat for him too so am comfortable with difference sized dogs. My whole childhood having pets means I am very comfortable with all dogs, know their behaviours and naturally being very loving & gentle to all furry friends! I am 24, work from home 4 days a week, which means I am flexible for dog walks or to drop it in a visit… I would love to work around when best suits you so please let me know your circumstances! Being a Taurus I am a nature LOVER 🌳 running is my biggest passion and I love walks through the forest too so walking dogs is something I have always done and would love to offer my services! I am free to walk in the morning before my 9-6pm work routine, can book time out at lunch too for walks and after work too. My boyfriend and I rent a house in Tamworth with a garden so have space for a dog. He is often working (12 hour construction shifts) so I have plenty of time and space for dogs! I would love toe company! 🤣

About: I’ve looked after family members’ dogs and puppies of all different ages and energy levels, from bouncy kids to more relaxed older dogs. About: Since childhood, animals have always been my passion and main focus. Growing up with a beloved family dog for 12 years sparked my dedication to animal care, which led me to volunteer at a local doggy daycare at the age of 16. About: I have always loved dogs and since 2020 enjoyed looking after friends and families pets including shy rescues. Whether it be long walks, garden run arounds or couch cuddles I am more than happy to be your dog’s companion. I work best with smaller to medium sized dogs as I have a disability so larger or dogs or dogs who are prone to pulling would be difficult. The plus side of this is I have to keep active and move between sitting and walking, so why not add a furry friend as a companion. I want to base most of my time around pet care as currently my disability means unable to work my previous rolls in hospitality. I spend majority of my days walking and having down time in the garden or sitting room so the perfect environments for dogs. I love watching dogs in the garden and would not leave your dog unsupervised. For walks I would aim to go around local parks instead of walking around the unpaved countryside roads.

About: I have been looking after pets since I was a teenager. Me and my partner used to housesit all over the world. This enabled us to travel while also exploring a culture as if we lived there. I also provided dog walking around my local neighbourhood as I love walking and it's always nice to have a little friend to walk with. I work online as a singing teacher, so can be flexible when it comes to pet care. This job enables me to have flexibility within my day. When popping in or housesitting,I always make sure that I leave the house exactly how I left it and make sure to clean up any mess if any that has been made by muddy paws

About: Previous experience: I have worked at a kennels and cattery where they bred British short haired cats. I have worked at Pet shops and also a groomers. I completed a National Diploma in Animal Care at Rodbaston College for which I received a Distinction. I have a DBS and an insured. I have had cats all my life, currently I have two beautiful boys of my own.

About: I have a pet walking diploma as well as First Aid (pictures attached to the profile) Ive been taking care of pets for more than 10 years now, massive pet lover. I will look after your pet well while you’re away! This is my only job so I devoted 100% of my time to pet care. I myself have a dog and a cat at home. Apologies but I cannot accept XL bully breeds. I have a big house with a garden and many open fields around the home for a good run, whilst my home always welcomes animals.

“I can’t recommend highly enough! They came in twice a day to feed my cats and take care of their litter trays, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My two are very skittish around new people, so I wasn’t expecting much interaction, but it was so reassuring to receive their lovely updates and messages after every visit. Even though the cats stayed mostly out of sight, I could tell they were being well cared for and respected in their own space. It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were in safe, kind hands while I was away. I’ll definitely be booking again next time!”

About: I have my own gorgeous cockerspaniel,who’s 6 this year. Also have lots of dogs in my family so always dog sitting and taking them on lots of fun walks in the area. My routine is extremely flexible,therefore I am able do take time and care to look after your precious pets. I also have my own vehicle,so able to travel a little further. If I was going to the owners home I would ask to meet their pet before any visits. To enable their dog to get comfortable with me,I would also make sure that I know where all of the dogs supplies are kept so I feel organised when taking care of their pet.
