I have experience walking groups of dogs and looked after 3 dogs for a whole week whilst home sitting. Best week ever. About: Hi! I’m a young professional living with my boyfriend in a spacious ground-floor one-bedroom apartment in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. We are both huge animal lovers and grew up with dogs and cats, so we’re very comfortable caring for pets and understand the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I work from home one day a week and am available to look after dogs on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We love spending time outdoors and would ensure your dog gets plenty of walks, playtime, and attention throughout their stay. I am available for check ins/ dog walking lunchtimes in the Edgbaston area. We have a car, which means we can also take dogs out to the countryside for longer walks and adventures. Whether your dog is energetic and loves exploring or prefers a more relaxed pace, we’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. We’re genuine dog lovers and would treat your pet as if they were our We would love to look after dogs from Thursday through to Sunday. I work from home on Fridays, which means I can provide plenty of company throughout the day and take dogs out for lunchtime walks as well as morning and evening exercise. We’re very relaxed when it comes to pets and are happy for dogs to be on the sofa and feel at home with us. Our day usually starts around 7am on work-from-home days and around 8–9am at weekends, so we’re well suited to dogs that enjoy an early start as well as those who prefer a slower morning. We’re happy to tailor activities to your dog’s needs, whether that’s long countryside walks, shorter local walks, trips to the park, or simply relaxing at home. If your dog is sociable and enjoys being out and about, we’d be happy to take them to dog-friendly pubs or restaurants. Equally, if they’re more of a homebody, we’re more than happy to spend cosy evenings on the sofa with plenty of attention and cuddles. We live in a spacious one-bedroom ground-floor apartment in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, with easy access to several local parks and walking routes. We enjoy getting outdoors and regularly go on walks around the local area, and we also have a car, which means we’re able to take dogs on longer walks to larger parks or out into the countryside if they enjoy exploring further afield. We’re very flexible and like to tailor our routine to each dog’s personality and needs. Whether your dog prefers a quick stroll around the block, a trip to the park, or a longer adventure, we’re happy to play it by ear and do what makes them happiest. We’re very laid-back pet lover and want dogs to feel completely at home with us. We’re happy for dogs to be on the sofa and, if permitted by their owners, on the bed too. The apartment has hard flooring throughout, making it practical, easy to keep clean, and comfortable for dogs.

About: I’ve raised Lucifer since he was 8 weeks old and we’ve had Bala stay with us for the last year, so we know how to manage multiple dogs at the same time that have very different energies We work from home and our pets have seperation anxiety which means they are never left alone. We go on at least 4 walks a day, so if your dogs love the park or going on long walks then that would be perfect.
We will only accept pets if they are vaccinated, house trained, and good with other dogs.
We love taking photos of the dogs, so you'll be getting plenty of updates so better start making space for photos on your phone. My flatmate Peiyi is also there to take care of the dogs if I'm ever busy. I have a year old mini-goldendoodle named Lucifer who loves to play all day, so if you've got a pet that loves to play with other dogs then we would be the perfect household for dog sitting.
We also have a five year old korean jindo mix dog named Bala who loves to sleep all day, so if you've got a pet that loves to sleep and getting back rubs all day then we would be the perfect household for dog sitting.

About: I have spent my life surrounded by animals, and I cannot imagine it any other way. Over the years I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, parrots, turtles, fish, sheep, and many others. Each one has taught me something new, and that range of experience has made me a calm, observant, and adaptable carer. I have a particular soft spot for dogs. I see them as gentle, loyal little companions who give so much love so freely, and I believe they deserve to be cared for with patience, respect, and genuine attention. Because animals cannot use words, I pay close attention to their behaviour, body language, habits, and small changes in mood. To me, this is how real trust is built. A formative experience for me was caring for a rescue Corgi who had a limb amputation. Over two years with her, I came to understand how much consistency, gentle handling, and emotional reassurance can mean to an animal who has been through difficulty. I never consider myself an expert, because every animal continues to teach me more. I currently share my home with two cats, and I have experience with small and exotic pets, including a wonderfully long-lived hamster. I am comfortable following detailed feeding routines, keeping food and litter areas clean, giving medication when needed, and sending regular photo updates so you can feel reassured while you are away. What matters most to me is simple: your pet should feel safe, loved, and understood, and your home should be treated with the same care and respect I would give my own. I have a flexible schedule and can adapt to your pet’s routine. I’m available for both short-term and long-term care—feel free to get in touch anytime. About: I am patient with dogs, but I will stop them from doing the wrong thing in time. I will use food to train dogs, such as sitting, shaking hands, lying down, etc. I am currently studying, and usually I have a lot of free time on Saturdays and Sundays, but I also have different periods of free time on Mondays and Fridays. My home is a two-room apartment, which is very large. And the apartment I live in is a pet-friendly apartment. Many residents here have their own pets. I believe your pet will have a good time in my home.

About: While I don’t have formal experience in dog care, I genuinely believe that my friendly and understanding nature makes me a trustworthy company for your puppies. I very calm in my own company and would love to provide the care and love your pets deserve. I work from home 9-5 and available on weekdays exclusion Thursdays to look after your pets. I am also open to take care of them on Saturdays. I have a lovely fenced patio that offers plenty of space and warm sunlight for your pets to enjoy as they roam free. I also have a cozy, spacious hall where they can relax and be comfortable. They will feel right at home here!

About: Used to have an Australian Shepherd of my own so am well versed in dog needs for active breeds, as well as calmer ones. Having worked with a dog trainer for approx a year, I’m comfortable handling reactive dogs too. I’ve been looking after friend’s and neighbour’s dogs and cats for a couple of years now, as I love pets and miss having one of my own. I’m an active person no matter the weather and love to have a 4 legged companion join me as I explore the city. Equally enjoy looking after cats, so if you need someone to pop in to feed and play with them for a bit, I’d be very happy to do so. I love taking photos, so expect lots of photo updates of your furry baby while you’re away! I work from home most of the week, so I can easily go for walks before 9am, during lunch time and after 5-6pm. I’m available for onboarding from Thursdays 6pm all through the weekend if I’m in town. Dogs are allowed on the sofa and can sleep in the bed with me if that’s more comfortable for them. I do not have a crate, so if you prefer your furry baby to use one, please make sure you’re able to provide it.

About: I have always grown up with big dogs so I am more than capable to care for them and tend to their needs, I am comfortable in looking after dogs of various sizes and ages. I have dog sat before and I am comfortable and certain that I can take care of dogs very well and have plenty of cuddles and play time with them! I do work full time however there are days where I work from home and could make arrangements to house sit in the week! I am available for house sitting from Friday evenings all through the weekend! I am also free after 5pm so I am more than happy to dog walk in the evenings or do drop in visits! I will always follow any guidance you give me about your dogs needs/feeding times/giving medication, and will make sure that your dog is in the safest hands possible. If I am dog sitting at your home I will make sure that your pet still feels comfortable with me there!
