“Frida did a housesit for me while I was away on holiday. My very shy cat immediately liked her! I got lots of updates and felt like I could relax while I was away knowing my kitty was in good hands. When I got back my cat was relaxed and happy and my flat had also been cleaned! Would definitely recommend and will be using Frida's petsitting services again.”

About: I used to take care of dogs regularly before adopting one of my own. I adopted an American Shepherd who was very anxious and, as a first-time owner, he was definitely a challenge. With patience, consistency, and training, I helped him make huge progress. He used to bark and lunge at cars and bicycles and react strongly to people passing by, but he is now much calmer and more secure. Because of this experience, I’m comfortable caring for dogs who may be nervous or need extra patience at first. I can take care of puppies as well as older dogs, and I’m always attentive during walks, making sure each dog feels safe and cared for. I’m currently at university two days a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Outside of those days, I’m fully available and flexible, including both daytime and overnight care. I’m happy to accommodate different schedules and make sure your pet receives consistent attention and care I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions provided by the owner. I take time to build trust, especially with pets who may be anxious or shy, and I always use a calm and patient approach. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and mental stimulation, and I keep owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. Cleanliness, safety, and the pet’s well-being are always my top priorities.
“My first time doing something such as cat boarding and it was a great and smooth process! Vanda made sure to update regularly throughout the day while sending pictures and videos and was very helpful throughout, both my cat and hers ended up bonding and it was clear that my cat was comfortable, very pleased!”

I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets. I’m able to plan my day around their feeding times, routines, and needs, ensuring they receive consistent attention and care throughout the day. I provide a calm, clean, and safe home environment for pets, with a strong focus on cat care. My home is kept tidy and pet-safe, with windows and doors secured at all times. “I had a great experience with Ben as our cat sitter. He was, trustworthy, and took excellent care of my cat Ollie. I received regular updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. My cat was happy, well-fed, and relaxed when I got home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter”

About: I have worked within a canine nutritionalist and behaviourist establishment for a year before it shuts down, moving to an alpaca farm. Here I take care for the owners dogs, cats and Alpacas, managing medications, behavioural issues and diets aswell as training young puppies and baby alpacas. I'm currently in university so am free any day of the week excluding Tuesdays and Fridays. I prefer to work with a couple days prior knowledge of bookings but I can work last minute walks if this planning isn't possible I have worked in a canine behaviourist establishment in which we held monthly organised dog walks, many times I was in charge of leading and planning this event. I am familiar with many different training methods and am flexible to using each one due to the needs of both the dog and owner I am working with. I have a working cocker spaniel which I trained myself to a gun dog standard from a puppy, I also own 2 cats (15 and 4) who all get along very well with one another aswell as with the dog. I prefer to use training methods of positive reinforcement and relationship building however if needed I can adapt to different training methods (no physical reprocussions) depending on a pets needs and preferences. Additionally we also added another cocker spaniel puppy to out house who is currently in training with me. Meaning I am familiar with different training and desensitisation techniques for younger dogs aswell as advocating for older animal happiness and health on my walks
“Linkie was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter for Arya. From the detailed update, it was clear how attentive, caring, and genuinely affectionate she was with her. Arya greeted her happily, had plenty of energy, and clearly felt comfortable and safe in her care. Linkie made sure all essentials were checked, fed her properly, gave treats, cleaned the litter box thoroughly, and spent quality time playing and giving cuddles. I really appreciated the thoughtful observations about Arya’s eating, litter habits, and mood. It was incredibly reassuring to know Arya was so well looked after. Highly recommend Linkie! 💛”

About: I'm a 27 year-old IT technician (wfh) who lives in Edgbaston. I'm offering services throughout Birmingham and I can provide housesitting, dog walking and drop in services for dogs, cats and other small animals. I've actively cared for my own pets (cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and rabbits) for the past 15 years or so, and I've occasionally assisted in a dog groomers salon over the past 6 years. I've gained a lot of experience with a range of dog breeds, including dogs with separation anxiety, older dogs, and puppies. This includes being prepared to give pets any medication that is needed (with instructions provided) and I'm more than happy to give them all the love and attention they need whilst you're away. I look forward to hearing from you! I currently work from home as an IT technician for a London university. This job gives me the flexibility to work from wherever I want, and this would allow me to housesit any days of the week. I respect your home and your pet’s routine, providing reliable, gentle care that matches what they're used to. Whether it’s walks, playtime, medication, or cuddles, I tailor my approach to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I can also keep you updated with messages and photos so you always know how they're doing!
About: I ask the right questions and provide the right care. Your dog's specific needs, at any age, are my priority. I've had beloved pets for 90% of my life and have always been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family. My part-time remote work gives me a highly flexible schedule, meaning I can easily accommodate your needs - whether for midday walks or overnight boarding, any day of the week. Despite being located in the middle of Digbeth, my building has three private green yards for frequent doggy walks and a big park located nearby.
“We rebooked Natalia after a great experience with her previously. Once again, she looked after Remi really well and was easy to communicate with. We were super happy with her care of our cat and would recommend her services to others.”

“Zoe did a great job with my very shy cat! She administered meds with no trouble and looked after the house well. Good communication so I didn’t have to worry, and overall great experience 😸”

“She was honestly amazing from the minute I dropped Rosie to her to the second I got her back! I honestly couldn’t recommend someone anymore for your pets, from messages about her day to photo and even video updates. Thank you so so much for the care you’ve provided to our Rosie she had the best time and looking forward to next time!”
About: I have always grown up with big dogs so I am more than capable to care for them and tend to their needs, I am comfortable in looking after dogs of various sizes and ages. I have dog sat before and I am comfortable and certain that I can take care of dogs very well and have plenty of cuddles and play time with them! I do work full time however there are days where I work from home and could make arrangements to house sit in the week! I am available for house sitting from Friday evenings all through the weekend! I am also free after 5pm so I am more than happy to dog walk in the evenings or do drop in visits! I will always follow any guidance you give me about your dogs needs/feeding times/giving medication, and will make sure that your dog is in the safest hands possible. If I am dog sitting at your home I will make sure that your pet still feels comfortable with me there!
About: I’ve looked after dogs for as long as I can remember. From family pets to neighbours dogs I’m always outside with animals getting fresh air. I’m currently a student in University so I have a lot of time evenings and weekdays to look after your precious fur babies. I’m a very active outdoor person so it makes sense for me to do it with a fur buddy too! I have a fenced in garden and live close to many parks and dog friendly areas. I will work with you for the best care possible for your pet!
About: Used to have an Australian Shepherd of my own so am well versed in dog needs for active breeds, as well as calmer ones. Having worked with a dog trainer for approx a year, I’m comfortable handling reactive dogs too. I’ve been looking after friend’s and neighbour’s dogs and cats for a couple of years now, as I love pets and miss having one of my own. I’m an active person no matter the weather and love to have a 4 legged companion join me as I explore the city. Equally enjoy looking after cats, so if you need someone to pop in to feed and play with them for a bit, I’d be very happy to do so. I love taking photos, so expect lots of photo updates of your furry baby while you’re away! I work from home most of the week, so I can easily go for walks before 9am, during lunch time and after 5-6pm. I’m available for onboarding from Thursdays 6pm all through the weekend if I’m in town. Dogs are allowed on the sofa and can sleep in the bed with me if that’s more comfortable for them. I do not have a crate, so if you prefer your furry baby to use one, please make sure you’re able to provide it.
About: I have taken care of several animals over the years, but have never been able to gain proper professional experience. However, since I have practice looking after a range of animals (horses, chickens, dogs, cats, fish), I would like to take the opportunity to further develop my knowledge. I am a university student living in the city centre, with a high availability to work during term time, on both weekdays and on weekends. Unfortunately I currently live in a student accommodation which does not allow pets, however in the summer I will be moving into my own house in which pets are allowed. For the time being I plan to keep pets entertained either in their own household or spending longer hours outside.

Zilin is really lovely and was so patient and caring with my house-cat Ernie. She is reliable, dropping in on him when she said she would and spending time with him. He is very shy but he became confident with her, purring and accepting fuss. He was very well cared for while I was away and I am very grateful.

Thank you sooooooooooo much! Frida was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, and so understanding with my nervous cat (and me 😂) . I was able to relax while being away for so long for the first time ever. I received lovely updates and photos, which made such a difference and gave me complete peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend Frida to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!!!!

Exceptionally good cat sitting! Zoe was amazing with our cat Vita and very responsible in terms of attending the visits in the agreed time slots. We were also very pleased in seeing how clean and tidy Zoe was. We are very happy and will count on her for our next cat sitting needs!
