Elaine is a fantastic dog walker!! She is always easy to communicate with and reliable. She really really cares about our dog and Bella loves seeing her. Elaine dropped round for a chat before we agreed for her to look after our dog. I especially appreciate the updates, they help us feel at ease. We are going away soon and we have already asked Elaine and her mum to dog sit as I know she will be in safe hands. I would strongly recommend Elaine and family. Thanks, Rose & Matt x

Claudia was an amazing dog sitter for my small maltese, Chanel. Chanel is timid and not easy going with strangers, but she warmed up to Claudia immediately. Chanel does not like being away from me for too long - yet she had no issues with Claudia and was happy as can be when I picked her up! Could not recommend Claudia more if you need someone to walk/watch your dog in the Birmingham area. Her flat was clean and well kept. Thank you Claudia!

Maryam is just brilliant. She's loving, friendly and she attends to details. From our first meet and greet session with her, I could tell she's got a lot of experiences with dogs. She noticed Mochi could be very nervous in new surroundings and she offered to explore new areas with him to build up his confidence. Would definitely recommend her service.

Alice took care of our lovely Cookie for a week when we were away for a holiday. Cookie was well taken care of and Alice even drove him to big parks to play and walk, took him to pets at home to choose his own treats (from her own pocket), and provide him with good food when he has low appetite - it was truly amazing as she is doing much more than we asked for. When she knows that Cookie loves milk-products, she even took Cookie to Starbucks and had his first puppuccino. Alice kindly met with us and Cookie a week before so that we got to know each other better. Cookie has separation anxiety so he could not be left alone for over 30 minutes, Alice has managed to stay with him 24/7. Cookie did not even cry when we left him with Alice - he normally does when we left him (not sure if it's good or bad LOL) and followed Alice everywhere in the flat. We received photos and videos everyday from Alice - that was really sweet as we miss our baby.

Zainab did a fantastic job at walking and feeding my dogs over the course of 3 weeks. There were times that she needed to make adjustments on the schedule due to her previous engagements, but she was very apologetic and always let us know ahead of time. She was courteous, communicative, and reliable. What can you ask more from your dog walker? We already have her booked again in the new year. Highly recommend!

About: My partner and I both WFH and have grown up with dogs in our families. We have experience caring for both small and large breeds. We live in a pet-friendly apartment in the city centre, which has two lawns and one dog run area. We'll ensure that your dog gets outdoor playtime every two hours, and they'll receive plenty of attention and care while at home. We have a variety of toys at home to keep them entertained and engaged. Our seven-month-old Cockapoo is a friendly and well-socialized dog. He has been playing with dogs of different sizes and breeds since he was puppy and has never shown aggression or barking towards other dogs or people. He switches into play mode outdoors and eagerly engages with other dogs.

About: Hello, I'm Angyang Xie! You can also call me Sunny. I am an international student who has recently embarked on an exciting journey in Birmingham, UK. While adjusting to this new chapter in my life, there's one thing I can't help but miss dearly – the companionship of my two cherished cats back in my hometown. These two feline friends have been a part of my life for the past six years, and their absence here has only reinforced my deep love for cats and my desire to care for them. Moreover, I've gained valuable experience by assisting my teacher with dog sitting duties. While I may not be an expert in dog care yet, I'm eager and willing to learn. My passion for animal welfare extends to dogs, and I'm excited about the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills in this area. Caring for pets isn't just a part-time job for me; it's a genuine commitment that aligns seamlessly with my weekly schedule. Here's how I ensure that pets in my care receive the attention and care they deserve, especially considering my availability: Dedicated Days: I've structured my weekly routine to accommodate pet care on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. These days are exclusively reserved for pet-related responsibilities, ensuring that your furry companions receive consistent care and attention. Daily Exercise: On these dedicated days, I prioritize regular exercise for pets, including essential walks for dogs and engaging play sessions for cats. I understand the importance of physical activity in maintaining their health and happiness. Affection and Companionship: During my available days, I offer plenty of affection, cuddles, and companionship to alleviate any potential separation anxiety your pets may experience while you're away. I consider it a privilege to be their temporary companion and ensure they feel loved. When entrusted with the care of a pet in a pet owner's home, I follow a meticulous approach to ensure their comfort and well-being: Respect for the Home: I treat the pet owner's home with utmost respect, maintaining cleanliness and order. You can trust that your property will be left in the same condition, if not better, than when you left. Tailored Care: Each pet is unique, and I adapt my care to their individual needs and preferences. Whether it's a specific diet, favorite toys, or special routines, I pay close attention to details. Communication: Open and transparent communication with pet owners is a priority. I provide regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind that your pet is in good hands.
