About: Hello! My name's Marta, I was born in Washington DC, lived in Madrid (Spain) for six years, and moved to the UK in 2018. I currently work in the music industry, and have a great passion for what I do! My love for dogs has been constant throughout all my life. I started ‘officially’ walking dogs (for a fee, instead of for free) back in America when I was 10 years old- however, at this point I'd already spent so much time around them and with them that I had lots of knowledge about many different breeds, and loved them with all my heart. As I grew older I graduated to not only dog walking but dog sitting (spending entire days with dogs) happily taking in pups when people would have to go out of town for business, holiday, etc. Until I can have my own dog, I’m hoping to use this as a way to fill the dog-sized hole in my heart and lovingly look after/walk your amazing pup. Thank you! I work full time in a very cozy and bright office, so the dog would come to work with me and enjoy the company of me and my three colleagues. I have an hour for lunch and many beautiful parks nearby, where I’d be looking to take the dog for a nice long walk. My office is a warm and welcoming environment with a cozy sofa, with lots of beautiful parks nearby. At home it’s just me and my partner, and everywhere in my neighborhood is dog friendly, so the dog would be included everywhere we go.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have lots of experience caring for pets, including having my own. I understand that every pet is different, so I always make sure they feel comfortable, happy and loved. I’m caring, patient and reliable, and I’ll treat your pet just like my own—with plenty of attention, cuddles, playtime and care. I work mostly from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility during the day to care for pets and give them the attention they need. I’m able to fit walks, feeding, playtime, and regular breaks into my daily routine, and I’m happy to follow each pet’s usual schedule and routine. I live in a house with a secure, fenced garden, giving pets a safe space to enjoy some fresh air and play outside. I also have a crate available if needed and if the pet is already comfortable with crate training.

About: Growing up with cats, kittens, fish, and sea monkies, as well as looking after stray cats often, I was often trusted by my family to care and feed for our pets growing up. I now have 2 beautiful, very well trained and well behaved 7 month old kittens who have recently been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for fleas and worms. I am very patient with any animal, ensuring they are gently introduced to new people/toys/environments at a pace that suits them. I always care to give pets the mental and physical stimulation they need, and all the cuddles and affection they deserve. I have more experience with cats than dogs, but don't let this put you off as I absolutely adore dogs, and have gone on many walks with friend's dogs! I currently work 4 days a week from Tuesday-Friday. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays typically and more than happy to pet-sit while working from home. I am available to pet-sit on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am available for boarding from Friday evenings to Monday evenings. I have two friendly, indoor kittens who are very loving and affectionate, which in turn has made me a very caring and affectionate pet sitter! My house and windows are all protected/cat-proofed. All wires are either secured down or tucked away, and any hazards are out of reach. I allow pets on my furniture and beds. I also ensure they are fed before I am to reduce the chances of them stealing any human food. I live near the Edgbaston Reservoir and surrounded by beautiful walking paths for your pets. It is a lovely area, perfect if your pet becomes distressed by other pets/humans.
“Fabulous Family, An absolute Gem. We have never left our 5 year old Springer with anyone so to say we were reluctant is an understatement, but needs must. I contacted a few people on Rover but Hannah and her family stood out so I contacted her again. Hannah could not have been more helpful and understanding. She accommodated us with 2 visits prior to our booking and she’s just absolutely lovely. They welcomed our Pup into their home and treated her like their own. “Holly is absolutely lovely! She was fast at responding and was easy to communicate with. We visited holly with Cali to talk about her needs and daily routine. Straight away we knew holly was the person to look after our dog whilst we went on holiday! She listened to everything we told her and was more than happy to agree to look after Cali. We dropped Cali off in the agreed date and time and holly greeted us and took Cali and her things, we were very nervous as we have never left our dog before but holly reassured us and sent us daily pictures and updates. Cali looked very happy on the photos and was very well looked after! Holly was a lifesaver at such short notice! We would definitely use holly again in the future! Xx”

Holly was absolutely amazing with Lola and with me! I was an absolute bag of nerves about leaving Lola for the first time, especially as this was my first experience using a dog boarding service. I had originally been looking into kennels, but something just didn't sit right with me. I was worried about how Lola would cope, particularly as she suffers from separation anxiety. After being recommended to the Rover app, I decided to look into dog boarding and that's when I came across Holly. Honestly, it was the best decision I could have made for both myself and Lola! From the very beginning, Holly reassured me that Lola would receive the best care possible, and she certainly delivered on that promise. She was absolutely fantastic with Lola, and her communication throughout was brilliant. Quick replies, regular updates, lovely pictures and reassurance that Lola was happy and doing okay. What made me happiest was knowing that Lola had such a lovely time. She didn't cry, which was a huge relief considering her separation anxiety. It was clear that she was comfortable, happy and well looked after. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to look after Lola. Holly went above and beyond, not only caring for Lola but also putting my mind at ease throughout the whole experience. 100% I will be booking Holly again! Kasia is incredibly kind, generous, and accommodating, and it’s clear how much love and care she puts into looking after Yesi. She treats Yesi like her own, which gives me such peace of mind whenever I leave her in Kasia’s care. Roxy is also a lovely bonus! 🐾 I’ve used Kasia for both boarding and dogsitting, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kasia to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely love and care for their dog as if they were their own. Very happy overall. Our elderly dog became unwell suddenly whilst we were away, Juliet took her to the vet for us. She sent regular photos and put our mind at ease. Communicated regularly throughout our hol. Our dog recieved great care and love throughout. Would 100% recommend.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our booking protection will kick in. This means you'll get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
