“Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Our dog was treated as if she were at home — surrounded by care, attention and lots of love. We received regular daily updates, including how she was eating, sleeping, going for walks and generally settling in. It was incredibly reassuring to know she was so well looked after while we were away. The level of care and communication was simply outstanding. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Absolutely top class — highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

About: We offer a loving family approach to dog care, where pets are welcomed into our home and treated as part of the family. We understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, settled and loved while their owners are away, so we focus on kindness, routine and plenty of attention. As a family, we enjoy walks, playtime, cuddles and making sure each dog feels comfortable and cared for. We are reliable, patient and calm, and we will always follow the owner’s instructions around feeding, exercise, routines and any individual needs. We are happy to care for dogs who enjoy a homely, friendly environment with lots of reassurance and companionship. We are a busy but caring family home, with our routine built around school, work and family life. Pet care fits naturally into our day, with morning and evening walks, playtime, garden time and plenty of company when we are at home. We are best suited to dogs who enjoy a family environment and being part of everyday home life. We will always discuss your dog’s usual routine first, including feeding times, walks, sleep arrangements and any specific needs, so we can keep things as settled and familiar as possible. We offer a safe, warm and family-focused home where dogs are treated with kindness and care. We understand that every dog is different, so we take time to get to know their personality, routine, likes, dislikes and any worries they may have. Dogs in our care will have supervision, reassurance, regular walks, playtime and a calm home environment. We will follow your instructions carefully around feeding, exercise, boundaries and sleeping arrangements, and we are happy to provide updates so you feel reassured while your dog is with us.

“My dog has never boarded before using Rover and Courtney was great ! We had photos and messages My dog is a rare breed and very reactive so I was worried about how he was going to behave in a home with another dog ! All good however I didn’t send him with food and he did try to eat Olives food (Courtney’s dog) my own fault I should have sent food ! I felt awful about this but reassuringly Courtney was lovely about it x would recommend use again !!! Thank you Cavapoo Mum”

“Kerry, and her family welcomed our Mabel with open arms. Plenty of photos send during her stay which put us a ease knowing that Mabel was in safe hands. Will 100% seek out Kerry again for a doggy stay over. Would definitely recommend 10/10 - Thank you so much for taking care of Mabel this weekend.”

“Shelia was brilliant with Hugo. He stayed overnight for a trial run and settled really well with her. She kept me updated, followed his routine, and he came home happy and relaxed. I felt completely confident leaving him in her care - highly recommend!”

“This was the first time Izzy had stayed with Katy. It was just for the day but it was obvious from the first minute as Izzy went charging into the house that she was going to feel thoroughly at home. She did and was spoiled with lots of tummy tickles and genuine care. Thank you.”

“Thank you so much for taking care of Finn again for us. He was so obviously very happy and comfortable with you and your family. This was Finn's second visit, he is booked in for two more and I am just checking our calendar for more holidays. Finn loves being with you.”

“Could not have asked for a better place for our dog. We have a Belgian malinious mix, large and energetic - and so was hesitant to how he would be whilst we were away… but Steven and the family gave our dog a great home for over 7 days whilst we were away. Keeping us up to date with walks, and pictures - and even bought a dog toy to keep our dog engaged. Would recommend.”

“Wow my boy had the time of his life whilst staying with Dominika, plenty of beautiful walks, meeting friends and their dogs, he's looking forward to his next visit. Photographs each day were lovely. Thank you for looking after him so well for us xx”

About: 🐾 Qualifications & Experience • DBS checked, certificate on request • Animal Care & Pet First Aid/CPR (QLS Level 3) • Veterinary Support Assistant Diploma • Level 2 Animal Care • Animal Behaviour training I’ve loved dogs my whole life and have experience with all sizes and breeds — from German Shepherds to Shih Tzus. I currenty work in the veterinary sector, after a 5 year gap away. Here I have gained strong knowledge of animal health, behaviour, and client care. Alongside this, I’ve regularly cared for and walked dogs for friends and family. I have a particular interest in dog behaviour, especially supporting nervous or reactive dogs. I adopted my own dog from an abuse background (Hatton Kennels) and have spent the past 3 years building his confidence with the support of behaviourists and some hard work. It’s been one of the most rewarding experiences and has given me real, hands-on understanding of patience, trust-building, and calm handling. I’ve also had the pleasure of volunteering at Hilbrae Rescue Kennels, and I’m keen to continue supporting rescue work. I’m confident in caring for nervous or reactive dogs and always take a calm, gentle approach. I completely understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet, so I’m always happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand. Work part time at a Vets. I am available evenings and weekends currently with more flexible hours to come. I am central Telford so travelling is never a problem. I take a keen interest in dog behaviour and always want to understand the dogs needs. I will adapt to whatever the owner wants. And most importantly, will love your doggo as if it were my own.

“Jack has a fantastic day with you guys! He’s come back happy and shattered. Great to be able to book him in at such short notice, much appreciated and you guys have been great. Photos during the day put our mind at rest, and he had a fab time!”

Thank you so much for caring for Rosie whilst we had our wedding day. It was plain to see how much Terry and Chris both love dogs and Rosie was very happy in their lovely home and garden. She can be nervous but she seemed fine once the treats came out! Good communication and flexibility on drop off/pick up times - would highly recommend.

Jade was great, we met up with Jade Chris and Merlin, prior to our dogs board, very friendly people. Guinness got on well with merlin, so good to go. Jade kept intouch prior to Guinness's arrival, and sent messages and photos of his stay. Will recommend Jade and will board Guinness with here again.
