Our German Shepherd pup Nelly stayed with Jade and Chris for 8 nights while we were on holiday. We felt very comfortable from the initial meet and greet and knew that Nelly would be in safe hands and have a great time with their dog Merlin, a lovely border collie. Nelly is a big boisterous girl so having a dog that could match her energy levels and playfulness was important for us. While we were away, we received regular updates, photos and videos of Nelly enjoying long walks and relaxing in their home which was comforting and helped us relax on our holiday more, knowing that Nelly was having such a great time. She had such a great time that when we brought her home, she sulked for a few hours, clearly missing her new companions! Thank you Jade and Chris for looking after our pup, you will be our first port of call for dog boarding in the future!

Basil stayed with Leigh, Pippa and Lily for 10 days whilst we were on holiday. Have not left him for more than a night before I was worried he wouldn't cope but he did, the daily update really reasured me that he wasn't missing me as much as I thought he would. Definitely will use again but I'll put him in the groomers close to the date so he doesn't get so scruffy (they tried to groom him but Basil was having none of it) thanks guys!

Wow! Vasiliki and family took amazing care of our little sausage dog Thor whilst we were on our honeymoon! This is the first time we have left Thor for an extended period of time other than family and Vasiliki went above and beyond with the love and care she provided to Thor! The daily updates and photos accompanied with the like for like routine given to Thor allowed us to stay connected and not have to worry about his care whilst we were away making our honeymoon even more special! I can’t recommend Vasiliki and her wonderful family enough and we will definitely be using the services again in the future! Thank you so much!!

Well what can I say about Frazer - an absolute superstar!! He is the first dog sitter I have used and he will be my go to from now on. The guy is amazing. He learnt all of my dogs habits and routines beforehand and gave them the absolute best time while we were away. Regular photos and videos were sent daily which also put our mind at rest while we were so far away. We have only had Daisy for three months and were a little worried about how she would cope without us but she and Frankie had the best time. I would recommend Frazer without a seconds hesitation - he is the best. Do not look elsewhere, trust Frazer with your loved ones, I promise he will love them as much as you do.

Very friendly and passionate about animals. I felt very reassured that Bertie was being loved during his stay and I will definitely recommend Laura to anyone who wants a loving family environment for their pet. So glad to have met Laura and her family.

Emily and Ty were very friendly and made us feel at ease. Communication was prompt and easy. During the booking we were very happy with the regular updates, photos and frequent walks during his stay. About: I have had experience of dogs since age 8 when my parents had 2 golden retrievers. There has only been a period of around 10 years in my life where I have not lived with dogs. I have bred rottweilers and German shepherds. I am a house husband so apart from nipping the shops, I am at home 95% of the time. We live in a rural area and within a 5 minute walk there is access to fields, woods and walks right by the wrekin. My whole life is pet care at the moment, I love it We have a good sized enclosed garden with dog flap doors which lead to the garden. I am a house husband and am at home 95% of the time. I take my dogs out for 3 to 4 walks a day starting very early in the morning. Our dogs are very playful and freindly with other dogs. I have had many a relatives dog stay over whilst they are away so I am very used to looking after multiple dogs. I have raised a few litters of pups, the last litter 12/2025.

About: Hi, I’m Kim. I’m a reliable, calm and caring person with a genuine love for animals, and I’ve had cats for most of my life. I grew up with them and currently have two of my own, so I’m very comfortable understanding their needs, routines and personalities. I understand how important it is for cat owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, settled and well cared for, especially as cats can be sensitive to changes in their environment. I take a calm and patient approach to make sure they feel comfortable and secure. I’m very organised and dependable, with many years of experience in customer-focused roles where trust and responsibility were essential. I bring that same level of care and attention when looking after pets, making sure their routines are followed and they feel relaxed in their own home. Whether it’s feeding, companionship or keeping their routine consistent, I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own

About: Hello and welcome to my profile. I have a DBS check and a long track record of immaculately caring for homes and animals. When dogs stay for boarding or daycare, I provide a loving home away from home so they can feel relaxed, comfortable and happy. Similarly, with housesitting I provide the stability of a loving and happy home in familiar surroundings. This provides total peace of mind so you can enjoy your time away, knowing I'm caring for your beloved furry family member as if they were my own. I have over 10 years of experience on various pet sitting platforms and regularly receive repeat bookings. I work from home and have flexible hours, which means that your dog(s) will have constant company, care and attention the entire time. I live near the Shropshire Way and Wenlock Edge, which provide wonderful opportunities for off-lead adventures. Your dog(s) will receive at least one long walk a day for 30 mins to an hour (depending on their size, health and usual walking habits), plus 2-3 shorter walks to check out all the smells and goings on in the area while enjoying a comfort break. If you have a high-energy dog that needs two long walks a day (e.g. 2 x one hour) I can provide this for a small added fee. I've had many wonderful experiences while pet sitting, including caring for dogs of all sizes, cats, horses, ponies, alpacas, chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, turtles, and even the odd snake. I especially enjoy building long-term relationships where I'm able to develop a strong bond with the animals, so dogs feel instantly relaxed in my presence and their owners can feel totally relaxed too. If you require housesitting and have a large number of animals please message me for a quote, as I can offer a capped rate based on their daily requirements rather than charging per pet. For example, I recently completed a 2 week sit with 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 horses, 2 guinea pigs, 1 snake, 3 alpacas and a flock of sheep. I will always follow your established routine to give your pets familiarity and comfort. I can care for your pets in the comfort of their own surroundings or provide them with a loving home away from home. I only care for up to two dogs at a time for boarding or daycare, which means I can give them my full attention at all times. I also avoid mixing dogs from different households unless they have already been introduced and I know they get on well together. I'd be happy to organise a complimentary Meet & Greet before the first stay so we can all get to know each other. I often house and pet sit with my 10-year-old son, with the full approval of the owners of course. He has been accustomed to pet and house sitting from a young age and adores animals as much as I do. He tends to bond with them instantly and never tires of throwing balls and showering them with affection. If my son is with me, rest assured that he and your pets will be fully supervised by me (as your sitter) at all times. This ensures your animals receive the utmost care and attention, in full compliance with the Rover Guarantee.

I am so happy to find Ruta. I won’t go to anyone else from now on. She is a perfect cat sitter for us and our fur babies absolutely adore her. At the initial meet & greet, my 2 cats instantly liked her and trusted her. She was so gentle with them, understands their needs and space. Both must have sensed that; They went to her straight away on her arrival. They looked so relaxed and happy about having her around. She understood and respected my needs as well. I have my particular way of litter cleaning but she willingly and quickly learned it without making me feel I am asking her too much. She also proactively asked questions about litter disposals, cat flap rules, and other house rules. So I was able to go on holiday with peace of mind. While I was away, she sent me prompt and detailed updates daily with photos and videos, within one hour after she finished the visit. Updates include task completion (e.g. eye drop application, litter cleaning etc), health updates, their behaviour and interaction with her. Those information put my mind at ease. When I came back, I was reunited with very chilled out cats and a clean and tidy home. I would highly recommend Ruta.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my genuine love for animals and my dedication to providing the best possible care for your furry family members. In addition to my experience caring for my own cats, I have also volunteered at animal shelters and have experience with a wide range of animals, including dogs, birds, and small mammals. I am committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for your pets, and I have a strong understanding of animal behavior and body language, allowing me to identify any potential issues before they become problems. Overall, my passion for animal care and my experience makes me a reliable and trustworthy choice for your pet-sitting needs. I would love the opportunity to meet your furry family members and provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I am currently a student, so aside from the time I am at my college, I will have plenty of time to spend with your little fur baby. I can look after them on the weekdays too but I prefer the weekends more. I will be caring for the pet at the owner's house as my flatmates don't like to have dogs around the house. Within your home, I can crate your dog if needed and we will abide by the rules and restrictions you have set for them,

About: I’ve been bought up around animals my entire life. My parents are separated and have individual pets at their homes. At my dads house we have a 18 year old cat called Flame (who is the centre of attention at all times). At my moms house I have two dogs, one German Shepherd called Annise and one mix breed of Whippet & Shepherd who’s called Eva. I have two other cats called Paris and Anakin. My girlfriend is a training vet and we have recently rescued a one eyed cat who we’ve named Dillinger (who is my boy) I work in the tv world and I am a freelancer. A typical filming day is 12hrs , and I normally do 3 - 4 days a week but being freelance means I’m super flexible. I’m an avid nature lover so I love long dog walks and I’m a fairly hyperactive character, the dog normally gets worn out before me (when playing catch). Mine and my dads cat has had 5 litters over her life so I’ve raised a handful of kittens. My mom is a fosterer and I’ve been bought up with many kids coming and going from my house so I’ve learnt to adapt being around animals and children and making sure both sides are safe.

About: My wife and I have been dog sitting for over 5 years. This started for family and friends and grew through word of mouth. We have owned dogs for 14 years as a couple. We are looking to pet sit more often. We both work from home so there is always someone here to look after your pooch. We are a fit and healthy couple who do not smoke. We are very active and can walk your four legged friend once or twice a day for 45 mins - 1hour. (Some weekends we like to hike and your companion will be able to join us if they like walking long distances. If your dog is not up for a long walk we would adjust our schedule to suit). We live in a small cul-de-sac in Bridgnorth, at the end of our road is a coppice woodland that was rewilded in the 1960's this is an ideal area for us to walk your dog. If you would like a meet and greet then we'll be happy to go on a quick walk to show you the local area. Dogs we look after do need to be comfortable with sleeping downstairs or our little pup would get jealous! I am able to fit our doggy walks in and around work due to being able to work from home. We are able to make sure that toilet breaks can be had when needed and that we can fit in an 1hr walk at lunch time. We often walk our own dog at lunch and straight after work so can walk your pooch twice a day if needed. We are both DBS checked due to our careers. We have a fully fenced garden. We are experienced in administering medicine, having looked after a family members dog who required palliative care. We would take details of your vet and make sure your dog was looked after well incase of an emergency.

About: I have adopted 8 elderly dogs since 2012 and have loved every second of making sure they have lived their final days in comfort and with love. I currently work remotely from home so very easy to have dogs here with me - it's a very calm, safe and dog friendly environment. I have a secure back yard that the dogs can play or snooze in - very secure. A lunchtime walk at the nearby park is essential. Plenty of space to explore in the house. No furniture is off-limit!

About: I have been surrounded by dogs , cats and other pets all my life. For nearly 30 years I have owned retired greyhounds and whippets as well as cats and chickens. As well as my own pets I have also boarded dogs for friends and family. I have experience of both puppies and elderly pets requiring extra care or medication to be administered. I am also no stranger to sharing the bed with a furry four footed companion! Having recently lost my own elderly whippet I can offer a pet free house ideal for pets who may need somewhere a little quieter or are not used to living with other animals. I can also provide boarding for multiple pets from the same household. I am a full time for caregiver for my disabled husband so I am at home all day. No animals would be left unattended for more than 30mins. I have a secure fenced garden and can offer long country walks or simply a comfy spot in front of the fire. Your pet would be the only boarder at the time meaning that I can can accommodate their needs and stick to there usual routines as much as possible.

About: Hi, I’m Steph 😊 I offer a calm, home from home dog boarding and daycare service in Wombourne, where your dog will be treated like part of the family 🐶 I am a qualified nurse, I work from home and live alone. My dogs are my whole world, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pet. Any dog in my care will be looked after exactly like my own, with lots of attention, affection, and a safe, loving environment 💛 I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old and have always been surrounded by them. Alongside my own two dogs, I regularly care for my parents’ three dogs as well as dogs belonging to other family members and friends, so I am very experienced with different personalities and routines. I only accept small, to smaller-medium dogs, as I have two very tiny dogs of my own. I also have a very friendly cat who is used to dogs, she tends to spend most of her time upstairs, so this usually isn’t an issue, but dogs must be comfortable around cats and other dogs. I only take 1–2 dogs at a time, ensuring a calm, low stress environment with plenty of one to one care. My home is cosy, relaxed, and ideal for dogs who prefer a quieter setting rather than busy kennels. I’ll always keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and settled 🐾 I am a qualified nurse and work from home, so dogs will not be left alone and will have company throughout the day. My routine allows me to provide consistent care, supervision and attention. So your dogs will have plenty of love, cuddles and play time in my house 🥰 Evenings and weekends are fully focused on the dogs in my care, with plenty of walks, playtime and relaxation. I only take 1–2 dogs at a time to ensure a calm, “home from home” environment with plenty of individual attention. I focus on making the dogs feel most at ease, and treating them like I would my own, who are extremely loved and spoilt! 🐶 I have a secure, fully fenced garden and a calm home environment. I live alone, so your dog will be in a quiet, consistent space with no busy household distractions. I have two very small, friendly dogs and a very gentle cat who mostly stays upstairs. Dogs must be comfortable around other dogs and ok with a cat. I follow each dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walking and sleep. Dogs are welcome on the sofa and bed if this is something you allow at home, however, dogs can be crated if preferred ☺️ Owners are asked to provide their dog’s food to maintain consistency. Safety is always my top priority, doors and gates are kept secure at all times, and dogs are always supervised in the garden.

About: I grew up with our beautiful family dog - a border collie named Lexi, and have taken care of many friends and families pets over the years, not just cats and dogs! I was pet sitting in London for around 2 years, now I'm back in my home town of Telford, looking to continue my passion here and in the surrounding areas! I currently work in Shrewsbury 4-5 days a week and so I would love to fill my spare time on days off or after work with some form of pet sitting! I live in an apartment but we have a lovely community garden that is barely used and is fenced off. I currently have no pets of my own so no worries about conflict!

About: Hi, I’m Kim. I’m a reliable, calm and caring person with a genuine love for animals. I’ve grown up around pets and have experience caring for cats, dogs and other animals from a young age. I enjoy spending time outdoors walking, and I understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, happy and well looked after. I’m very organised and dependable, with many years of experience in customer-focused roles where trust and responsibility were essential. I bring that same level of care and attention when looking after pets, making sure they feel comfortable and settled in their routine. Whether it’s walks, visits or companionship, I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own. Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine as I already care for my own pets and enjoy spending time with animals. For this reason, I provide care in the owner’s home, where pets are often more comfortable and settled in their familiar environment. I am organised, reliable and flexible with my schedule to ensure pets receive consistent care, attention and companionship. I care for pets in the owner’s home where they are most comfortable and settled in their familiar environment. I follow the owner’s routines carefully, including feeding, walks, playtime and any specific care instructions, while ensuring pets feel safe, happy and well looked after.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve been lucky enough to care for all sorts of pets over the years—dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and even reptiles. So I know just how much love (and energy!) our pets bring to our lives. I completely understand how nerve-wracking it can feel leaving your pets with someone new. Please know that I’ll treat them as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Every pet is different, and whether yours is full of beans, prefers a gentle stroll, or just likes their own space, I’ll always adapt to what makes them most comfortable. Alongside pet care, I also have a real passion for dog training. I love helping dogs learn, build confidence, and thrive through positive experiences. I’m confident with dogs of all ages and sizes—from bouncy puppies who need guidance, to older pups who like to take things at their own pace. I currently offer the following services: - Dog walks and drop-in visits in your home. I’m also more than happy to help care for other small pets too—just let me know when you get in touch. - Doggy Daycare and Boarding in my own home (typically available Friday - Sunday). I do ask that dogs being boarded are crate trained, to ensure they have their own safe spaces. If you have any questions or specific requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to chat about how I can help with your pets. — Elle 🐾 I do have a job aside from Rover, however I am flexible. Please ask if you would like services on days that aren’t advertised- I will try my best to help! When looking after your pets in your home I will always remain professional and respectful. I will stick to your pets routine to minimise any disruption to there normal schedule. I’m also more than happy to help with other pets, as I have experience with rodents, small animals, fish and reptiles!

About: From a very young age, I have grown up with dogs. They have always been in my life and I would not have it any other way, so when I left my family home, of course I had to get my own fur baby! I raised him from a puppy into the wonderful (but cheeky) dog he is today. I have had plenty of experience with several breeds of dogs, from Yorkshire Terriers to Golden Retrievers, and let me tell you, they have all had completely different personalities! I have my own insurance as well as a DBS check so there’s no need to worry if your pet is in good hands, because they are! Pets are family and deserve to be treated as such. Are my pets spoiled? Maybe! But I always give them the best love and care and nothing less. I’m currently working part-time with a varying rota so there’s plenty of time for me to look after your pets and provide them with lots of love and care. I am insured for dog walking and pet sitting and also DBS checked. I can provide your dog with a leisurely walk or a fun active walk, depending on what they require. In terms of pet sitting, I can provide them with their food and let them out for toilet breaks, as well as play with them and make sure they’re doing okay overall.

We have a baby boy and enjoy long walks with the pram and dogs often! I work shifts full time and my partner works from home. Our back garden is fully fenced off. We usually walk bonnie to the park at the end of the road which is also all fenced in with closed gates. We live walking distance from the Severn valley country park and take the dog for a long walk most evenings.

About: I have owned pets ever since i can remember, ranging from hamsters, guinea pigs, cats and a sausage dog. I am an active person, so I would love to take your dog on adventures in parks. My sausage dog with separation anxiety at home, so I understand the importance of making your pets feel safe, comfortable and loved. I am currently working a part time role 3 days a week in Shrewsbury so have plenty of time to care for your beloved pets. I would look after your pets in your home, helping to reduce your pet's anxiety about being in a new environment. Further, I think it is important to keep the owners updated and informed when their pets are in my care, so I would be happy to send photos and update where necessary.

About: I’m a true lover of animals large and small, from newborn kittens to elderly Great Danes. With qualifications in animal management including first aid I’m always the top of the list for family and friends for advice, walks and pet sitting. I come with lots of love and cuddles for your furry family member. I am moving back home after living in New Zealand for a year. At the minute I’m completely free. Happy to care for whatever you pet needs to make them feel the most comfortable and have the most fun! I have a fenced garden with some run around space. I have adopted a cat from fostering her. She’s was quite a shy cat and frightened when she first came but now she runs riot and has come out her shell a little too much :) I’m comfortable with most dogs and cats and have experience in handling all varies of sizes amd different temperaments

Bailey has had Charlotte in to walk her today whilst we were on a day out! Had lovely photos and videos and messages from Charlotte which were reassuring as first time we’ve left her like this. We have come home and she is calm and settled and happy! Bailey is a mad puppy still who has just come into her first season and Charlotte managed her really well. Thank you so much.

About: Hi! I’m Alysha 👋 I’m a long-time animal lover and I spent 2 years running my own business doing walks, drop-ins and sitting. I now work in a veterinary setting and have just become a mother. I am currently on maternity leave and I miss my daily dose of wagging tails, so I’m here to offer fun walks, cosy company and lots of love to any furry friends who need it. I have experienced with a huge variety of breeds both cats and dogs. I have canine behaviour and welfare qualifications and have a lot of respect for each animals differences/personalities. Expect plenty of updates, silly photos, and the kind of care I’d want for my own pets. 🐾 I am on maternity leave so bookings will have to be arranged alongside childcare. I am flexible and work with owners with what care they need. I am DBS checked, i have insurance and a diploma in dog walking and pet sitting. Also a qualification in canine behaviour. I have great reviews on my facebook page - Waggies Pet Services.

Lyndsey and her family were absolutely amazing when she looked after our Lola. She followed everything we asked, and also sent lots of pictures and updates throughout the 2 weeks she had her. I would have no reservations in recommending Lyndsey to look after anyone's fur baby, ours will be visiting again next year without doubt. Thank you Lyndsey.

Holly is an old dog and we are reluctant to leave her these days but Linda seemed to know just how to make her feel at home and we could go away feeling confident that she was in good hands. We could see from Linda’s messages that she was having fun and being well looked after. Thank you Linda x

What a super first overnight Fudge had with Kass. We couldn't have asked for more care and attention for Fudge, Kass not even minding that he shared her pillow for an early morning cuddle. Here's to more happy sleepovers. Loved the photos. Fudge is shattered tonight. Thankyou Kass. Jane and Pete. X

Dominika and her lovely husband Marek could not have done more to make George feel welcome. Communication was brilliant and I knew that my boy was happy, cared for and in very safe and capable hands. George is a rescue who has had some bad experiences in his previous home so I was a little nervous to leave him but there was no need at all - he was very much loved and his previous experiences were obviously considered. The photos Dominika shared of George and my partner's dog Freddie really did make us smile 😃 Thank you so much Dominika and Marek. We will definitley be booking again! George sends you a big Dally kiss!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 20 years, starting with our family dog (Wheaten Terrier) when I was a teenager. Later, my husband and I got our own home where we shared many happy years with our beloved rescue Jack Russell, Grace. Our family adored Grace, and we quickly learned a great deal about caring for dogs with different needs, personalities and routines. Since losing her in 2024, we’re not quite ready for another dog of our own, but we would love the opportunity to provide a safe, loving and home-from-home environment for other people’s pets. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your dog, and I will always treat them as if they were my own. Whether your dog loves adventures, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply a calm and reassuring presence, I’ll make sure they feel happy, safe and well cared for while they’re with me. Please note I don’t currently offer pick-up or drop-off, so dogs will need to be brought to and collected from my home. I am at home for most of the day, which means your dog will have plenty of company, attention and care. I can be flexible with routines and will do my best to maintain the schedule your dog is used to, including feeding times, walks, playtime and rest. I understand that consistency is important for dogs and will work with you to make their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always be my top priority. We have a secure, fully enclosed garden where dogs can safely spend time outdoors, along with comfortable indoor spaces to relax and feel at home. I only accept dogs that are a good fit for our family and will follow your instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, medication and routines. As a dog owner myself for many years, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I’ll treat your dog as part of the family and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay.
