About: Hi there! I’m an animal lover who’s been caring for pets since I was 10—everything from fish and hamsters to cats, rabbits, and now my own sweet rescue dog, whom I brought over from China. I regularly look after my friends’ dogs and cats, and I have experience with animals of all ages, including kittens, puppies, and senior cats who need medical care. Motivated by my own journey as a pet owner, I’m here to offer a trusted, caring option for your pets while you take care of life’s other demands 😊 I work from home most days. I walk my dog three to four times a day, every 4-ish hours and feed her twice a day plus treats. Your pet is welcome to join our routine, and of course additional needs can be discussed and arranged. I live in a two bedroom flat with a decent size living room where my and my flatmate’s dogs play and nap usually. Apart from the routine walks mentioned above, we try to take the dogs to big parks on weekends for a longer walk and they absolutely love it. At night, they sleep in the room of their choice.

7. Tiaohao S.

“Tiaohao is really accommodating and helpful. When we dropped our gizmo, he was already waiting for us on the road to make our drop easier. He was even kind enough to bring Gizmo near to wear I work (20 minutes walk) to drop Gizmo back to me. He was always reachable on the phone and quick to respond to my texts. I have no complaints and I would definitely use his services again. Many Thanks Tiaohao”

About: I had a border terrier when I was a teen and was very good at teaching him tricks and learned a lot about proper pet care from my step-father. Also, the last 12 months I've been looking after the beauty in my photo (Phoebe the cockapoo) - when I first met her she was a very anxious dog and now I see her so out of her shell it warms my heart! I like to think that I had a had something to do with that 🐶 I'm currently working full-time from home, so I have plenty of time for your pets! I'm mainly available for boarding from 2pm but can be flexible if needed :) I live in a two bed flat, RIGHT next to a little park that is fully fenced so the pup can freely run around. I also live very close to the sunset and moolit parks for those longer walks. I don't have any other pets in the flat.

9. Hong X.
“Hong is a kind, patient, and responsible pet caregiver. She has a lovely dog of her own and takes excellent care of her. Hong also helped another friend care for their white dog for a full month, and both dogs got along wonderfully. She made sure to walk them regularly and give them plenty of playtime and love. I fully trust her with any pet and highly recommend her on Rover.”

10. Kim K.

“An overnight business trip to Birmingham from London meant finding doggy day care for my 7 month old LabVizsla. I decided to look for options on Rover. I had used it once before on a business trip to Newcastle and it had worked out really well. And it did this time too. Kim had great reviews and lived up to them. It’s not easy looking after a dog you haven’t met before but Kim was calm, knowledgeable and caring. The house is warm and cosy and Luna I think felt part of the family. Overall Luna loved it, including walkies in the snow. Kim sent pictures during the day which were great to see.”

11. Jodie M.

“First time leaving our anxious dog with anyone. Jodie has been lovely, kept me updated with txts and pics. Louie’s had a lovely day! We’ve booked Jodie again for an overnight and I’m reassured he will be more than ok with her.”

12. Richanne G.

“Richanne is lovely and her flat is situated in heart of Stratford new-built residential area with private courtyard which is more than I expected. She's able to satisfy my long line of questions and go along with how to manage my puppy who has severe separation anxiety. Will be booking with her again.”

13. Yi Yin L.
“Cloris looked after my dog for four days and did a wonderful job. She was reliable, caring, and kept everything running smoothly. My dog was clearly well looked after and happy upon my return. I would highly recommend Cloris to anyone in need of a trustworthy and kind pet sitter.”

14. Yaxin L.

“Yaxin is very quick in responding and I ve been given a lot of update throughout the day. I can tell Lulu has been given great care from the photos and when I picked her up later. I will definitely have Yaxin again when i need it.”

About: Taking care of pets is a huge hobby of mine. I grew up on a farm so I have been around dogs & cats all my life. We had two cats & two dogs on the farm at all times as well as chickens, cows, horses etc. I was responsible for taking care of them all from a young age so I have a whole life’s experience with animals, especially dogs and cats. I have a cat of my own her name is Francesca, 4 years old and a calico. I absolutely love her and promise to love & take care of your pet like my own. My availability is very flexible so free to book :) I drive and work from home so fitting your pets into my schedule won’t be a problem. I don’t mind taking them to nice places or taking them to the vets either. I live in a secure 2nd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. We can keep your kitty / dog in a separate room in the apartment or we can let them roam free. If you’d like the cat / dog to go out on the balcony I will be with her/ him at all times for safety reasons. In terms of food I feed my cat organic fresh meat & fish/ seafood & gourmet natures creations, gravy soups, webbox lick-e-lix etc most of what I give my cat is fish based however. I can either give you a quote and purchase the same for your kitty or you can leave your preferred food with me to give to them. The litter I use is natural & rocky. If you’d like a specific type/ brand for your cat that’s no problem. Just please bring some with you. For dogs I can cook up raw meat and make meals or give them kibble. Whatever your dog is used to. Also the more information the better. Let me know what your dog likes and dislikes. His/ her habits and what environments they thrive in & which ones not so much. I’m experienced in all things dog so I’ll be able to adapt to any situation.

16. Sacha B.
About: I have had pets for over 20 years, I recently took in a stray cat for 6 months. I am active and love to go on long walks. I am working part time so have flexibility and availability. Plenty of time to take good care of your pet, whilst you are busy at work. I have a large balcony at home, so would take them for regular walks. If a cat, then I would keep them indoors with lots of cuddles

17. Tareq M.

“Sky had a lot of fun playing with Lucifer! She came home ready for bed. Definitely recommend Tareq, he is very accommodating and takes great care of dogs. Thank you ☺️”

18. Michelle O.
About: I have hands-on experience caring for my family & neighbour's dog, handling everything from feeding and bathing to vet visits (even though one of them pretends like they don't love me when I FaceTime them lol). Regardless, I genuinely enjoy taking care of not just her but many other dog breeds as well. I'm currently in uni but have a lot of free time on my hands after my study schedule. Im available every weekday evening (4pm+) and fully on weekends I care for pets like they're my own—feeding, playing with, and keeping them comfortable and happy. I stick to their routine, offer plenty of love, and ensure they feel safe and cared for.

19. Hor Nam Christy C.
“Hor Nam Christy has always been in love with animals especially dogs since forever. She has a big heart for animals and she cares about them a lot, she has been a pescatarian for a long time as she cares for the animals. She is responsible and organised and would be a great candidate as a pet caregiver.”

20. Amrita K.
“I first used Amrita to take of my dog, Daisy, in 2020 when I had to get an emergency flight back to my home country for two weeks. I needed someone who was flexible but also trustworthy, Amrita was exactly that. She took such amazing care of my Daisy that every time she sees her after then, she gets so happy. She kept me well informed about Daisy and you can tell she had a genuine, caring heart. Highly recommend and worth the money for all the extras she does!”
