“Ralph goes frequently to Jennifer’s house, and the updates are as constant as they were on day 1. She takes very good care of Ralph. Butch and Ralph together are crazy, but Jennifer handles them both very well and they soon settle. Thanks so much for having him, even at the last minute when my work is crazy! :)”

About: My husband Chris and I lost our beloved golden retriever aged 16 who we had as a rescue dog aged 2 and had previously had Harvey, also a golden retriever from a puppy so we’re experienced in all age categories! We both love walking and go out every day whatever the weather. We have sat for friends’ dogs and now that we are retired would love the company of your beautiful babies as company for us when you need a loving second home to send them to. we both took early retirement so are at home all day and go out for walks everyday regardless of the weather. we’d feel privileged to have your dog as a guest and friend and would treat them as our own . We are friendly and outgoing and miss not having a lead in our hands with a companion when out and about on our walks. we have a dog friendly safe house with vinyl kitchen flooring and 2 separate carpeted reception rooms to give your beauties an area of their own space if they don’t want to be spoilt by us all day! We do not work so will not leave them on their own for any long periods. We have a paved fully fenced back garden. We would treat them as our own and make sure they are happy and well cared for. We have plenty of walks and parks local to us but also enjoy taking dogs out with us for a day walking and exploring. Our home feels empty since we lost our beloved year golden retriever and we’d love to be able to spend time with a furry friend and enjoy walking with a new friend
“Hannah was so accommodating and friendly, we were happy with her care and flexibility, our red Labrador was settled and unstressed on return. Thanks very much and happy to use her again.”

About: I’ve had dog and other pets all my life, Labradors, shitzu, French bulldogs, and dachshunds and loved and cared for them all. I have a genuine commitment to compassionate, attentive care, especially for older dogs who need a little extra support. I have experience caring for senior pets, understanding their slower pace, mobility needs, and the comfort of familiar routines. I’m confident in administering medication safely and calmly, whether that’s tablets, liquids, or more specific care instructions. I take the time to build trust with each dog, ensuring they feel secure, relaxed, and truly cared for while you’re away. I currently work full time flexibly from home with regular breaks for walks and fusses. I tend to take my dog out twice a day. I have a fenced garden and secure home, walks often. I provide a calm, safe, and consistent environment whether pets are in my home or their own. In my home, I keep a clean, secure space with plenty of comfort, supervision, and enrichment, ensuring pets stick to a routine that suits their needs, including feeding schedules, walks, rest time, and play. I’m especially mindful of creating a low-stress environment for more sensitive or older dogs.
About: I’m a proud and loving dog mom to a Cockapoo and have hands on experience with both Cockapoos and Cocker Spaniels, especially working dogs. Over the years, I’ve raised multiple puppies from their earliest stages, so I understand the patience, consistency, and extra attention they need to grow into happy, well adjusted dogs. I’m also confident caring for senior dogs, providing the gentleness, patience and a routine they rely on. My personal experience as a lifelong dog lover and caretaker means I treat every pup like family, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable, whether we’re on a walk, playing, or simply relaxing together. Because I work from home five days a week, I have plenty of flexibility and time to give pets the attention they need throughout the day. I already take myself out for two walks daily, so it’s easy to bring a dog along for fresh air, exercise, and a change of scenery. This routine means I can offer regular toilet breaks, playtime, and cuddles :) I have a secure, fenced garden that’s perfect for playtime and fresh air, and I can easily accommodate crates if your dog is more comfortable with their own space or routine. I also share my home part time with my own Cockapoo - Alfie, who is super friendly and well socialised. He’s with me about 2 out of 4 weeks a month, and he loves having a playmate around. When he’s here, I make sure all introductions are done slowly and safely so everyone feels at ease.
“Craig provided doggy daycare our lively Cocker Spaniel Ruben for 2 days this week due to short notice work commitments. We were able to arrange a meet and greet shortly after I made an enquiry through Rover. We were impressed with the location - surrounded by beautiful countryside. We were immediately reassured by Craig’s professional knowledge and experience, demonstrated in the way he has trained and cared for his own dogs. Ruben really enjoyed his 2 days of doggy daycare with Craig. It gives us peace of mind to know he is so well looked after and he will definitely be spending more time with Craig in both daycare and obedience training. We are lucky to have found him. Highly recommended.”

“Kirsty was great looking after our dog Kevin. She was really welcoming and communicative with us. Kevin has a few extra needs which she was really understanding of and accommodating for. We will be using Kirsty to look after him again!”

About: I have looked after and Owned dogs from big to small since the age of 11. At the age of 15 I had looked after along with my parents our first litter of puppies since then many more litters. along with looking after family k9 friends from walking them to sitting this is something I still do now and looking to expand my furry friends to full time. I have also taken part and instructed puppy training classes at a novice level so hopefully there will be some teaching along the way. I personally have 2 French bulldog puppies that are very playful and loving who cant wait to meet you I currently work part time and currently have a few furry friends on board this being said I do plan to take this on full time so there will be plenty of time for new friends. Just contact me and I’ll be sure to find time to schedule you in. As I would like to keep the pet sitting to a minimum, as it’s the walks that are more enjoyable to me, I am a very trustworthy person and the sitting would take place in my pet-friendly home, where I have two Frenchies that are very welcoming and love new friends to play with. You can be assured that they are very safe while under my care and in my home.
“Milo really enjoyed his second stay with Dzestina. Dzestina looked after Milo really well and went with his pace ensuring he was comfortable and felt safe. I was sent regular updates and photos of Milo which made me feel at ease knowing that I had left Milo in safe hands.”

About: I have previously loved looked after many types of dogs for long periods of time whilst friends and family have been on holidays! As a family, we used to have a Yorkshire terrier (as you can see in the photos) who lived a happy and long life until she sadly passed away last year. I am well experienced with handling dogs needs having owned one previously and having many opportunities to look after them. I often enjoy long walks and runs so I can ensure that your pets will be well entertained!! :))) I am currently a university student finished for the summer! I have a fully flexible schedule so please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like to book at awkward times! I have a large fenced back garden. However, if you have a large dog a bed may need to be provided as I only have a small bed and blankets!!

Evie looked after my dog for the day at very short notice and was incredibly flexible which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Coco enjoyed her stay with Shuang. She seemed comfortable and relaxed in her home and got taken for a couple of walks throughout the day. We got regular updates and Shuang was very flexible on our collection time (we were running a bit late). We would definitely book for Coco to stay again :)

Paige took such great care of our cavapoo Molly - even though it was her first time looking after Molly, molly instantly took to her and her family and seemed to settle in so well. She was really responsive and sent us some update photos - would definitely use her again!
