About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a child myself and had a dog as a kid. Since then my own parents have had other dogs which I’ve obviously loved and cared for as and when, whilst unable to have a dog of my own. Circumstances - ie work - mean I can’t commit to having my own dog full time, to my son’s dismay, but we have so much love and affection for dogs that Rover is a perfect fit for us. I’ve only ticked availability for when my son and I can live our best life and share that time with your beautiful dog. We are always out and about exploring Lichfield and living life to the fullest…and spending time with a pooch pal would complete that way of life! Full disclosure we live in a flat but is as pet friendly as flats can be. We literally live opposite Stowe Pool playing fields and like I say to my 9-year-old, we have one of the biggest gardens in Lichfield. We would love a dog to walk, to stay with us and maybe even play cricket with us!

About: I have had over 10 years experience with dogs, either as my own (we previously had a lurcher) or via apps such as this one. I recently bought my own business and am therefore able to work flexibly, allowing for dog walking and pet sitting. I have 3 boys which keep me busy but would like to spend some time with animals too. My husband Darren has previous helped me out with dog walking (he is a huge dog lover also!) however this was with the permission of the dog owner. My kids have been around the dogs if I brought them back to our house, however this again was with permission of the owner. I am happy to administer medications, give cuddles, go for walks, make sure they are fed, etc. happy to discuss individual needs and make sure the pet has what they need to be happy and healthy.

About: I’ve had dog and other pets all my life, Labradors, shitzu, French bulldogs, and dachshunds and loved and cared for them all. I have a genuine commitment to compassionate, attentive care, especially for older dogs who need a little extra support. I have experience caring for senior pets, understanding their slower pace, mobility needs, and the comfort of familiar routines. I’m confident in administering medication safely and calmly, whether that’s tablets, liquids, or more specific care instructions. I take the time to build trust with each dog, ensuring they feel secure, relaxed, and truly cared for while you’re away. I currently work full time flexibly from home with regular breaks for walks and fusses. I tend to take my dog out twice a day. I have a fenced garden and secure home, walks often. I provide a calm, safe, and consistent environment whether pets are in my home or their own. In my home, I keep a clean, secure space with plenty of comfort, supervision, and enrichment, ensuring pets stick to a routine that suits their needs, including feeding schedules, walks, rest time, and play. I am a qualified veterinarian who also has three years pet sitting experience. I can provide top-tier, compassionate care for your beloved pets whilst you are away. My medical background means that you can have complete peace of mind knowing you animal is in the hands of a trained professional who can competently administer medications, manage specific health needs and spot subtle changes in behaviour and well-being. Whether it is honouring daily routines, specialised medical care or simply providing love and attention, I treat every animal as if they are my own, giving you total comfort and confidence when you are on your travels. I am fairly flexible for the foreseeable future to allow for increased demand of pet sitting services over summer and due to taking a break for the veterinary industry after my recent graduation. I exclusively offer pet sitting services at the pets own home, I have found this is far more beneficial for the animal's well-being. I am totally respectful of the animal's environment and your home and very willing to take out the bins or turn lights on/off if needed.

About: From the age of 16 I dog groomed for 2 years.. I then went onto walk a few of the customers dogs on a regular basis daily/weekly. I’ve had many dogs in the family home growing up but now that I have a career, I don’t have enough time to to dedicate to an extra member of the family. I do miss having a little companion so if there’s anything I can do to help you out I would be more than happy to. I work shifts 4-5 times a week, I know my shifts for a year in advance so just let me know when you need me and we can arrange a time that suits both. I won’t care for pets in my own home as my property isn’t suitable at the moment, if that’s an issue let me know how we can work around it.

About: I have many years of experience looking after my own animals in the past but due to work commitments i havnt had one of my own recently. I look after my daughters dog on a regular basis and would like to help you too . I love dogs and cats and now that i am semi retired i would love to help look after yours. About: I have worked professionally with pets for 20 years with many breeds. I have a love for all creatures big and small, including cats, dogs, small mammals and reptiles. I have also trained dogs and worked with reactive dogs. I enjoy spending my time caring for and playing with pets. I am very active and enjoy walking, so walking with pets is a pleasure. I can fit pet care around my schedule and can be flexible with requests. I have a spacious, dog-proof garden with high walls all around. I have fenced off sections of the garden so can keep dogs separate if needed. We have a modern, warm home with comfy sofas, beds and bean bags for dogs to cuddle up on. I have experience in canine first aid and I’m also happy to groom/ bath dogs and have an extensive collection of grooming equipment.

“Antonia arrived on time and even gave me an ETA on when she would arrive, which I thought was amazing. Our dog settled really well with her and when I got back I found my dog asleep right by Antonia’s feet, which was so lovely to see and very reassuring. She gave Treacle her medicine on time. Antonia is a very friendly lady and cared greatly for my precious girl. Thankyou so much. The only thing I would recommend would be updates of her movements during the day. It would have been nice to have a message to say she’d had her medicine ok. Other than that I can’t fault her care with this lovely lady. We would definitely book her again should I have another dog, unfortunately our girl passed away 3 days later.”

About: I have had all kinds of dogs over the last 50 years, from little Jack Russells, Yorkshire Terriers up to Labrador’s and Huskies. I would love to look after you family pet over the weekend as I work full time and don’t have time in the week for our own dog. I want to give me children the joy I had of having a dog around at times when we are free. I work full time so will be free on weekends to have dogs over either for the day or boarding for the whole weekend in our living family home I have a fully fenced garden, we currently have a lion head rabbit and he runs free when no dogs are with us. If there was a way to get out he would have found it! :)
