About: I’ve always loved walking dogs from a very young age and have been the go-to helper when friends and family needed support with dog care. We’ve had our own dog for 7 years now, and I’ve been his main walker and carer—which is a role I genuinely love 😊 I have hands-on experience with puppies, including toilet training, basic obedience, and helping them settle into new routines. I’m also confident administering medication and supporting dogs with ongoing health needs, whether they’re young, senior, or somewhere in between. I pride myself on being calm, patient, and tuned in to each dog’s personality and comfort level. Whether they’re shy, playful, or need a bit of extra reassurance, I always work to make them feel safe and at ease. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m happy to adapt my approach to meet their individual needs. I’ve recently graduated from university, so I currently have a very flexible schedule, especially during weekdays. This allows me to be available for last-minute bookings, midday walks, or extended care during the day. Even if my calendar shows as unavailable, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to see if I can make it work for you and your pet! Your dog’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I have a secure, fenced garden where they can enjoy some outdoor time safely. I also have a 5-year-old Cavachon who’s gentle and quite shy, so there’s no risk of overwhelming your dog, and I always make sure introductions are done calmly and at their pace. All dogs are supervised at all times to ensure a safe, relaxed environment.

About: I have so many years of looking after animals, I worked at my local vets when I was a lot younger. Have loved all kind of animals ever since. Including horsesI have my own beautiful smooth collie who is 13 years old now. I would love to be able to take and care for dogs that need a bit more attention and maybe longer walks. I have plenty of time to offer as I am officially retired now. I have experience with older dogs and happy to have the challenge of a puppy too. I can fit looking after dogs to suit anyone that needs it. I am completely flexible and as I’m not working I can start early or finish later whatever is needed. I do have a secure garden but not sure Belle would be happy with another dog in it. I am happy to go to other peoples houses to look after their pets in the comfort of their own home, in the environment that they are settled in .

I take the time to really get to know each dog, and I never rush the process. I also love sending photo updates if you’d like, so you can see all the fun your pup is having while you’re gone! I’m at home full-time and pretty flexible most days. If you let me know your schedule / routine and I can usually work around it! I don’t have any pets at home, so I can easily focus on your pet’s routine and do my best to meet all their care needs.

“Antonia arrived on time and even gave me an ETA on when she would arrive, which I thought was amazing. Our dog settled really well with her and when I got back I found my dog asleep right by Antonia’s feet, which was so lovely to see and very reassuring. She gave Treacle her medicine on time. Antonia is a very friendly lady and cared greatly for my precious girl. Thankyou so much. The only thing I would recommend would be updates of her movements during the day. It would have been nice to have a message to say she’d had her medicine ok. Other than that I can’t fault her care with this lovely lady. We would definitely book her again should I have another dog, unfortunately our girl passed away 3 days later.”

About: I’ve had pets for as long as I remember. My family home was always full of cats, dogs, hamsters and stick insects. I have been a dog sitter for a few of my friends and family over the years too! I currently work in accounts Monday to Thursday in the office, Fridays from home so I would love to look after new pets Friday - Sunday. I do not have any pets of my own at home (so your pet will be my only priority). I live a one minute walk from a small park for toilet trips.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and absolutely love having them around. As I work from home (mostly) I have the time to take, morning and lunch time walks and can make sure your dog is getting the attention they need throughout the day. I regularly dog sit for friends during the summer holidays so have plenty experience looking after dogs full time. I have a fenced garden and plenty of green areas just a stones throw from my house. I work full time and primarily from home. I occasionally have to travel into London for work (these dates will be updated in my availability). On the days that I am able to dog sit, I can do boarding overnight and am happy to take dogs over the weekend when I am free. I have a fenced garden so your dog will be safe outside and I also live on a quiet estate. I do not have any pets of my own so can welcome any dog into my home.

About: I have had dogs for years since I was 9. My latest dog ass in my twenties who I have spent years in behavioural classes in order to tackle her anxiety. I have had a range of pets from chameleons to parrots to turtles. About: After having my own 2 cats for 12 years I feel I can understand animals and their personalities very accurately, naughty or loving I’m happy to care for them and meet their needs. I often look after my boyfriend’s bulldog, who doesn’t know his own size but I still treat him like a lapdog, and my sister’s beagle who we have to hide socks around! (I’ve put some pics of them both in) I love taking them both on walks and they feel very comfortable around me, although the bulldog doesn’t love the walks himself, I can accommodate to your pet and make sure they get to burn off some energy whether that’s walking or playing. I am a uni student at birmingham and work part time at a local supermarket, so I love to go on walks when I have free time and have a few afternoons, so may aswell have a lovely pooch accompanying me! I will always make sure everything is left as I found it and tidy any mess made for a nice house to come home to :)

About: I have long and recent experience looking after my friends and families dogs, including a nervous rescue greyhound and a family of dogs (+ puppy)! I am 21 and I have had dogs all through my life, including a now senior fox terrier who I have treated through her health condition (Chylothorax) alongside my veterinary nurse mother. I consider myself knowledgeable and comfortable with a variety of different dogs needs, however I understand the importance of not agreeing to a service that I would not be suited to handle, for the safety of your dog is the most important. I am currently working from home, finishing my degree, and am remaining in Lichfield over summer. This has given me lots of flexible free time! I will follow the rules of your pet in your home, such as staying only in the space they are allowed, and walking them on a lead. I also have experience with small mammals and birds. In my home there is a small bird in a cage, but he will be kept in a room separately away from your dog.
