Bear is currently on medication for arthritis, and Hollie managed this impeccably throughout the week, ensuring her routine was followed carefully. She adapted wonderfully to Bear’s needs, providing plenty of reassurance, gentle walks, and lots of affection, which made a huge difference to Bear’s comfort and confidence. Hollie stayed in our home for the week, and we returned to find it extremely well cared for—clean, tidy, and clearly respected. We were also kept regularly updated with photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to see the lovely bond developing between them as the week went on. We would not hesitate to recommend Hollie and will absolutely be booking her every time we need care for Bear in the future.”

About: I have looked after close friends/family's pets for 15 years, I do not have any barriers with size or temperament and can easily adjust to any animals personality. I work from home 4 days a week therefore I have lots of time to play or safeguard your animal from your loving home, my schedule allows me to give my divided attention from morning to night. I will be working from your home, therefore I will use whatever safeguarding measures you have in place too ensure a safe stay. I typically feed my dog twice a day, with 2 walks a day (morning/night)

“This was our first time in using Rover and we were feeling a bit anxious about leaving our two dogs and someone we didn’t know living in our home. Well I think we hit the jackpot with Russ, not only was he was very experienced in working with and owning dogs, he really went out of his way to make the transition as smooth as possible. He came over and met with us all a few weeks before we were due to go away, and it was clear to see from the start how well he engaged with the dogs and us and was prepared to answer any questions we may have had. The communication from him was excellent, ensuring that were kept in the picture as to what the dogs had been up to and where they had walked. He sent us pictures and videos of their adventures, and they clearly loved being with him. Russ also went over and above our expectations by offering to drop us off and collect us from the airport, saving us both time and money. Russ has a lovely warm and friendly personality and made everything so easy for us. I will not hesitate to call on his services again. We came back to a clean house, and fresh milk and bread. Although our dogs were pleased to see us when we got home, they looked very disappointed that Russ wasn’t with us. A BIG hit with the dogs and with us and he deserves this 5 star rating.”

About: I have had dogs for most of my like, i cared for my own for 16.5 years. She was my baby, ive looked after all different breeds. Some who have allergies so need medicine, ear issues, and even washing them I work from home most of the week so i can do daytime if local, evenings are free depending on times, fri evening / saturday evenings can be busy but i am sure we can work around it I will adjust to the homes the pets are in. If gates are there and need to be locked i will keep them locked, if there is a certain entrance to use entering or leaving the house i will follow that too

“Emma was a brilliant and professional sitter. I was away for 10 days and came back to contented animals (1 senior dog, 1 adolescent dog and 3 cats) and a clean and tidy house. My young dog ( a Beluski) isn’t easy and needs lots of exercise; Emma was excellent with her and dealt with the differing needs of the 2 dogs really effectively. About: From since I can remember my family have had pets… dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, snakes, lizards I even considered the hedgehogs that would show up at the back door at night pets! My mom is a dog groomer and we get pets to the family house all the time. I help her with grooming and soothing the dogs if they need. She came over for a meet & greet beforehand, which immediately made me feel at ease and confident leaving Cookie with her. While I was away, she kept me updated regularly with photos of Cookie looking happy and relaxed. She followed all the care instructions perfectly, including feeding times, walks, and everything else. When I came home, Cookie was clearly well cared for, and the house was spotless — which honestly says it all. Jiahui is clearly very experienced with dogs and extremely responsible.
