About: Previous experience: I have worked at a kennels and cattery where they bred British short haired cats. I have worked at Pet shops and also a groomers. I completed a National Diploma in Animal Care at Rodbaston College for which I received a Distinction. I have a DBS and an insured. “This was our first time in using Rover and we were feeling a bit anxious about leaving our two dogs and someone we didn’t know living in our home. Well I think we hit the jackpot with Russ, not only was he was very experienced in working with and owning dogs, he really went out of his way to make the transition as smooth as possible. He came over and met with us all a few weeks before we were due to go away, and it was clear to see from the start how well he engaged with the dogs and us and was prepared to answer any questions we may have had. The communication from him was excellent, ensuring that were kept in the picture as to what the dogs had been up to and where they had walked. He sent us pictures and videos of their adventures, and they clearly loved being with him. Russ also went over and above our expectations by offering to drop us off and collect us from the airport, saving us both time and money. Russ has a lovely warm and friendly personality and made everything so easy for us. I will not hesitate to call on his services again. We came back to a clean house, and fresh milk and bread. Although our dogs were pleased to see us when we got home, they looked very disappointed that Russ wasn’t with us. A BIG hit with the dogs and with us and he deserves this 5 star rating.”

About: From since I can remember my family have had pets… dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, snakes, lizards I even considered the hedgehogs that would show up at the back door at night pets! My mom is a dog groomer and we get pets to the family house all the time. I help her with grooming and soothing the dogs if they need. I will be looking after the pets on my own as my family live in Birmingham! I am employed but luckily with my job it also gives me some flexibility. I have plenty of free time at the moment to care and play with your babies! Your pets will be kept warm, safe & exercised at home with me. About: I'm Mike, I am able to work remotely and like traveling. I have looked after pets for friends and family for several years. Having owned several small animals including mice, hamsters, rabbits, cats, and, dogs, i am well versed in looking after them, feeding them the right food and cleaning regularly, and, am also fine with feeding chickens and checking in on poultry etc. Looking after people's plants homes, security, and, pets, is no problem at all,, and, regular updates can be given via the method of your choosing. I am both caring, proactive, and, above all a problem solver, and, I leave people's homes, clean, secure, and, very organised. You can rest assured that I will take good care of your pet and home while you enjoy your holiday. I will feed your pet, change drinking water, sort litter trays and keep pets inside or let them out according to your instructions. I will give your pets lots of affection and cuddles, play with them and talk to them or just keep them company if they prefer a bit of space. I can also send email or WhatsApp updates and photos showing that your pet is well cared for, comfortable and safe for your piece of mind. I am also available countrywide (excluding Scotland). I'm currently working 20 hours a week, and, am able to work remotely with my own provided internet, and, have my own transport. Distances are not a problem, and, any vet trips - should the need arise, - after perfectly manageable. I have also worked with some high end profile clients, and, looked after small estates. I only care for pets in the owners home, and, I work to the schedule of the pet. This includes feeding, toileting, walking, playtime, supervising, administered medication, and, more.
