She came over for a meet & greet beforehand, which immediately made me feel at ease and confident leaving Cookie with her. While I was away, she kept me updated regularly with photos of Cookie looking happy and relaxed. She followed all the care instructions perfectly, including feeding times, walks, and everything else. When I came home, Cookie was clearly well cared for, and the house was spotless — which honestly says it all. Jiahui is clearly very experienced with dogs and extremely responsible. Communication was smooth throughout, and I felt completely comfortable knowing Cookie was in good hands. I would definitely book her again.”
“Our three dogs are very attached to the family, and certainly would not manage well in strange kennels while we go away on holiday. We have just returned from a holiday and have used Rover and a house sitter for the first time. Sienna was a completely brilliant dog sitter. To begin with she communicated quickly and clearly. Two of our dogs are rather large and keen to welcome people enthusiastically, and so the meet and great was important to make sure that they were not too intimidating. Sienna took all of that in her stride, and clearly got on extremely well with the dogs during the house sitting, as evidenced by the pictures of cuddles, eating and walks that she sent us during the stay. The dogs greeted us on our return as though we had only been away for a few hours rather then 12 days. It is clear that the dogs and house were extremely well cared for by Sienna and we will feel totally relaxed when we are away on our next holiday if we have Sienna back to house sit.”

About: Having grown up with dogs my entire life, it’s no surprise that they’ve become such an important part of who I am. From around the age of 13, I took on the primary responsibility for caring for our family dogs, gaining hands-on experience with every stage of their lives. This has included helping to train two puppies, providing daily care, exercise and enrichment, and giving extra patience and support to older dogs in their later years. Over the years, I’ve also cared for dogs belonging to family, friends and neighbours, many of whom have trusted me to walk and look after their pets on a regular basis. I’m known for being genuine, reliable and attentive, and I always treat every dog as if they were my own. I’m currently a university student with a part-time timetable, giving me the flexibility to provide your pets with the time, attention and care they deserve. Pet care is already a regular part of my daily life, as I frequently walk my boyfriend’s dog and regularly travel home to care for my own pets. This means I can easily fit walks, drop-in visits and quality time into my routine, ensuring your pets receive reliable, loving care while you’re away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since j was around 12 years old. I’ve looked after from the size of a bichon fries to a German Shepard. So have had my fair share of different sized animals I don’t work as I’m a full time mum so u can expect me to be with ur dogs 24/7. They’re allowed to be on my bed with me. They can come in my car. They can come park and have a massive field to run around in I have a fenced flat garden that the dogs can run around in to go toilet. Or even just to play. I have a huge field near mine where dogs can run and play with balls etc

We had constant updates, they took great care of our home and it was very clear from photos and videos that Lina loved hanging out with them. Jiahui looked after our 8 year old labrador while we were away at a family wedding, and we can't praise her highly enough. She is very polite young lady who obviously loves dogs and cared for ours and kept her happy , and sent us lots of photos and information to let us know how things were going which was much appreciated. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using her again in the future !
Amazing. Yee lam has been amazing. Her and her partner came to stay at our house for 3 nights and have been updating us worth picture of the dog several times a day. Yee lam was very confident and knowledgeable. I was totally at ease leading her and my occasionally difficult dog together
Sienna coped very well with my Lurchers. I had never left them before with someone they did not know and the younger dog is sensitive. The other dog is 15yrs old and needs extra TLC. On my return everything was in good order and I found both dogs in good spirits. I was very happy with the care Sienna had given and will use her again in the future.

From the moment Tim walked through the door we were totally put at ease. He was confident, professional, polite and very friendly, he certainly made a fantastic first impression You could tell straightaway that he was a very animal friendly person and had great knowledge and passion about dogs. I suffer with terrible anxiety and felt quite relaxed about leaving my babies behind. During our time away we were kept updated on the welfare and behaviour of our dogs. With pictures, videos and messages. It was great to see that Gabbi had resumed her natural position of laying in Tims arms like a baby, she couldn’t have been more relaxed. I liked Nadia from the moment we met, she asked all the right questions and was genuinely interested in learning about the needs of both my cat and dog. Nadia stayed from Christmas eve until Boxing day, she gave me regular updates on how my pets were doing. The house was clean and tidy when I returned home and when I checked on the home camera, she was always interacting with my pets, she was a lovely girl and a wonderful pet sitter, I will definitely be booking Nadia again.
