I’ve been taking care of dogs since roughly 15 years, a couple of times professionally, while the majority of the times I only did it because I love animals and their company so much (especially dogs!). I have a dog in my country (I couldn’t take her here with me) and I’ve had a dog here during my past relationship that belonged to my ex so she’s not here with me anymore. I’ve also cat sitted a couple of times where I only had to feed the cat, change the litter and play a bit. In my previous house, my housemate had a cat so I had to take care of him time to time while he was away. What I enjoy the most is playing outside with dogs and giving them cuddles! I hope you will consider me as I’m a genuine pet lover and I’m desperately trying to buy a car!

Based on what I used to do while I was living with a dog, I always make sure there’s fresh water in the bowl and that the animal has had his potty time. I used to take my ex’s dog outside every couple of hours, but that was a big dog and was very frenetic so I had to, I can easily adapt to your schedule if your dog doesn’t need to be outside so many times. I would normally feed a dog 2-3 times per day, according to each one’s specific diet. My dog in Italy eats 3 small meals per day, my ex’s dog used to eat twice per day but a bigger portion. Once again, I’m happy to follow any dietary requests you might have. I would also spend some time playing, if the pet wishes to, as the whole point to me is making sure the dog or cat doesn’t miss the owner too much so a bit of playing might distract him/her.

Steph was brilliant! Reliable, punctual, great commission. And even spent time with Eiva doing some agility training using the apparatus we had in the garden and sent us some videos.

Stefania was fantastic with my 10-week-old Lab puppy and my 7-year-old lab Charlie. She was completely unphased by a naughty puppy, brilliant with both dogs, and very professional with great communication. I’d highly recommend her.

Schedule
I’m a full time worker but I can be available for late afternoon and evening sitting or dog walking. In the weekends I’m mostly available and I could also stay overnight. I cannot take any pets at home as I’ve got new carpet everywhere and the agency is very strict on this unfortunately.
