About: I've been working with animals since college, and now at the age of 30 I am a registered veterinary nurse. It's a blessing to be working with animals and I firmly believe they deserve all of our love and respect! I love looking after your pets, and know how sensitive they can be to changes in routine. I endeavour to provide a personal and attentive service they helps them feel at ease. I am comfortable, and trained, at giving medication (including injections) if needed. I am currently locuming as a Veterinary Nurse, meaning I have a lot more free time for providing care to your pets. I can be flexible on times of day, and am happy with ad-hoc dates. Overnight stays in your own home may be possible depending on my current schedule - we can always talk it through. My house is currently not suitable for home boarding, but I am able to provide services in your own home. When looking after pets in your home, I will ensure to be supervising your pet at all times during the visit, and that the garden is secure before letting them out. I will ensure that their walking gadgets are fit for purpose and safe before taking them outside for a walk.

I work from home every Monday & Friday, and have full flexibility during those days, the weekends and evenings. I am able to match your schedule where needed! I foster a gentle and caring nature with all animals, with plenty of attention, fun playtime and attention to dietary needs, for all types of furry pets.

15. Tara V.

“Tara was an absolute gem while looking after our old rescue dog, Courage. From the moment I contacted her she always replied really quickly and sent lots of updates while I was away getting married letting me know that both her and Courage were having a great time. Courage isn’t the easiest of dogs to look after, he has a few quirks which Tara wasn’t phased by and did an excellent job of handling. She even left us a card and chocolate for when we got back which was very thoughtful! Our house was also left spotless, I think it was even cleaner than when we left! Courage has been wandering around since she left looking for her, he misses her! Thank you so much Tara :)”

16. Sara R.

“Great service, would happily rebook Sara”

17. Stephie A.

“Stephie did a great job. Would definitely recommend.”

18. Ella K.

“It was so great being able to have Ella watch our pup in our home, where he's most comfortable. He was more relaxed in a familiar environment, which allowed us to relax on our trip. Ella kept our place tidy, and we returned to a happy dog.”

19. Amalia P.
About: I grew up around cats and dogs and loved spending time with animals. I would regularly take my own dog on long walks and spent long hours playing with my cat and her many litters of kittens. I haven’t had a pet since my teenage years but am desperate to get my own at some point. In the meantime, I love spending time with my partner’s family’s dogs and cats and will jump at any opportunity to spend more time around animals. I really enjoy walking and miss having a dog to go on walks with - especially in the mornings before work and during my lunch breaks. My partner and I also love long walks on the weekends and would love some company - it’s such a rewarding feeling taking a dog on a walk and seeing how much enjoyment both you and the dog get out of it! I am also a massive cat-lover and would love to spend more time around cats. I’m one of those people who stops and pets every cat they see! I’d be really keen to cat-sit on weekends or do drop-ins! I work from home five days a week so would be willing to dog walk in the morning, evening or during my lunch break, but am also equally happy dog-sitting/cat-sitting at your home on weekends or workday evenings. My partner also often works from home during the week and has flexible working hours so your dog would have extra company and someone else to take them for a walk too. I can easily crate your dog if needed, take it for walks and give it its food at meal times. I’d love to make your dog/cat feel at home with me!
