About: For the last couple of years I have taken care of a whippet regularly having her to stay for up to a fortnight and just loved it. As a child we had labradors and my sister worked in a rescue. We also love learning about dog behaviour and are avid watchers of dogs behaving badly and all things around dog psychology. As a psychotherapist this aspect interests me. Really happy to help people out by caring for their pets. I have a daughter so they would need to be ok with children but otherwise I am very adaptable. I work part time self employed so I am not out of the house for big stretches of time. The dog would come on both school runs and also an additional walk if necessary. I have a fenced garden and no dogs or cats myself. We are close to nature and have woods and a large football field nearby for exercising. I am happy to go to your house also.

About: Hello! I am a kind hearted, animal loving professional and I love nothing more than to stretch my legs with a doggo at my side! I have grown up around dogs, cats, horses and the occasional giant tortoise my whole life. I work from home Wednesday to Friday (9:00–5:30 with an hour for lunch), which gives me plenty of flexibility. I can usually fit visits in before and after work (Mon & Tues), and I'm often able to do lunchtime visits too. If you have specific timing requirements, just let me know and I'll always do my best to accommodate them. I'll also keep make sure to factor in a mini photoshoot each day & keep you updated with photos and messages while you're away, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and being well looked after. In your home: I understand that every pet has their own routine, and I'll always follow your instructions so they feel comfortable and settled. Whether that's letting them into the garden, keeping them indoors, sticking to feeding schedules, administering medication (where appropriate), or simply giving them plenty of fuss and company, I'm happy to adapt to whatever your pet needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, so I'll always treat them with the same love, patience and care that I give my own.

About: My name is Ioanna (Joanna ), I'm originally from Greece and I have two dogs back home, Snoopy, who is a 10-year-old Maltese and Crepa (from the French dessert crepe), who just turned 1, which I miss a lot! 
I can offer long (or short) walks, check in on them once or twice a day to feed and play with them, and dog-sit at the owner's house for 3-4 days, preferably on weekends. 
If your dog loves to go for runs, I am also a runner, so that is another option. I wanna be a dog sitter not only for my love for dogs but because I have great knowledge on how to take care of them and am willing to provide for our little paw-friends whatever they need! 
My only weakness is that if they behave, I have to give them treats! I have had lots of experience dog sitting, not only through my own dogs but through my friends' and neighbours' dogs whenever they needed an assist during holidays or last-minute work trips. 
I am mostly acquainted with small dogs; however, I grew up with my best friend's four big Labradoodles, so I know I can manage any type of dog! I’m currently a uni student so my schedule is quite flexible as I have limited lectures a day. Therefore I can plan my day accordingly to the dogs needs if needed Having had a very wild dog myself , I have learned different ways to protect dogs and make sure they are safe. About: I am very patient and understanding of the cats feelings of meeting someone new. I always give them time to meet me and get used to my presence and my voice and I don't get into their personal space. I am working full time, can visit early morning and afternoon and spend 30 min or more with the cats. I'm free both Saturday and Sunday, and can visit multiple times a day. I will respect all the house rules and guidance if the cats owners. After the basic case, I usually spend some time with the cats, depending on what they like or need. One of the cats I was looking for before (she now moved) was sitting next to me for hours while I was reading. She didn't liked to be pet or play too much, but was happy to just have company.

She kept us up to date, send lots of pictures and videos and was very flexible around our dogs needs. Our house was also left really tidy when we returned. About: Hi there, I’m Laura. You might recognise me from walking and cycling around Leamington and Whitnash. From a very young age I have loved animals and all of my friends know me as the biggest animal lover. I will give your dog as much love and affection it asks for. Or none, if it’s a dog who isn’t so fussed about being fussed! I’ll patiently wait on walks for the older, slower dogs, or those that like a good sniff. Equally, I’ll give the energetic ones a run for their money! Previously to being a dog sitter on Rover, I looked after my sister’s, friends’ and neighbours’ dogs for about 5 years, with walking, check-ins and having them to stay at my home. I’ve cared for both puppies and older dogs. Mess/clearing up after them is no problem. I initially joined Rover as my sister did a lot of dog sitting and walking via the app. As I didn’t have my own dog, I decided to help other people to look after theirs. So far, I’ve loved getting to know so many different dogs and their owners, and I’m building up a regular customer base. 🐾 Whether we meet in the local area or you pop round to mine, I think it’s really important for you, me and your dog to meet briefly before they come to stay for the first time. (However, I appreciate it’s not always possible.) I do have some standard questions I like to ask to understand your dog and make sure their usual routines and rules are followed. We can do this over message if needed. If I have your dog to stay for the day, I will make sure I am in for the entire day. If they are here over night, I’ll only leave them for an hour or so while I pop to the gym or head out for a run. Please note: I don’t have any experience in dog training. Big dogs are fine, as long as they don’t have behavioural issues and walk well on a lead (if they need a walk during their stay, of course). I do get a lot of requests to look after puppies. Unfortunately I am unable to look after young puppies Monday to Friday because of the time and attention they require - I do work full-time too! I am also unable to have dogs that are not yet housetrained. I do enjoy action packed weekends so my diary shows I am unable to take bookings, but please drop me a message to see if I might be free on the Saturday or Sunday you need a dog sitter. If I’m in, hopefully I’ll be able to help. I work for myself, at home. So, I have a lot of flexibility with being able to check in on, and walk dogs during the day. I can often be available at short notice. If you message me late at night, I will respond early the next morning. (I tend to go to bed early!) I’ll take the safety and security of your dog very seriously. Therefore he/she will always be walked on its lead, in the quietest areas possible. (I live near a really nice walk through fields.) I will only walk off-lead at your request. If I’m checking in on them in their own home, all of your house rules will of course be followed. I live in a quiet neighbourhood, but for additional security I ensure the doors to outside are always locked. I’ll never give your dog tip bits/human food.

About: I have taken care of several types of breeds of dogs ranging from Chihuahuas to huskies. I can look after all sizes and breeds of dogs. I have special training skills which includes first aid of dogs and cats. I have thorough knowledge on how to keep dogs and cats safe also. I have several friends who also look after animals who have several years of experience in animal care also that can step in when I’m not available. I currently dedicate my full-time looking after animals. Animals are great company. I thoroughly enjoy walking dogs and cuddling up to a cat too. Animals fit into my routine very well and are part of my life too. I make the most of their company by giving them lots of love and affection. I have a fenced garden to ensure your animals safety. I have harnesses so that your animals are secure and in the winter I have spare dog coats to keep your animals warm. I always carry spare poo bags and collapsible dog water bowls and water to ensure your furry pet is hydrated. I have stair gates and keep doors closed whenever I receive a parcel to keep your animals safe.

About: I've had 2 dogs my entire life, both since puppies. My first when I was younger but I played a big part in her care, my second dog, Rem, I have had since she was born and she's my fur baby! I've had 14 cats living with me and owned in my life too, including fostering for an animal rescue before they found their forever homes. I don't mind little creatures like hamsters, Guinea pigs, rats, snakes, spiders, or any other reptile so are not a problem if you have these. I have never met a ferret but have heard they can be very fun to be around. I currently have a lot of free time, and really enjoy working with animals and being active. Your pets will be my first priority in the time they're in my care. I can look after your pet however you like, keeping to any routine you have in place or any dietary requirements they may need. I know all the local parks around Hinckley having lived here the majority of my life and will make sure your pets are kept on a leash unless you can guarantee they will recall.

About: Owned and been around labs my whole life and very comfortable with all dogs! Near a fields with lot space to run around and play. Work from home Monday and Friday and my dog Isla gets walked 2 times a day and stays downstairs whilst I work but has access to the garden all day. I have a fenced garden and spare large create incase you need your dog to sleep in a closed space. Ability to have dogs sleep in different rooms if needed.

About: Hello! I'm Dolun and I have lived with cats for almost all my life. I have taken care of many stray cats and dogs, had them adopted, treated for health issues and fostered. I love all the animals and I care about them a lot. I work at home on both set hours and as a freelancer. I ride a motorcycle and bicycle so I'm flexible with the locations I can visit. I'll take care of your cats and dogs when you're away by meeting their regular requirements such as feeding, cleaning the litter box, refreshing the water, taking them out for a walk, grooming if needed and I will play with them if they feel like to. I won't bother them if thye are shy and I take my time to make friends with them. So far, I haven't met any pets that resisted my companion for long, regardless of how shy they are :)
