Hello! I am Kiana. I had two frenchies and one Chiwawa before and I was in charge of most of their care. Now I have two ferrets and a Samoyed, ferrets are in cage unless I let them out. Inbox me for deals. :)

Tsz Kiu l. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Kiana took good care of our dog, Clover. She was easy to communicate with and flexible.

Tsz helped me out at very short notice after another sitter cancelled, which I genuinely appreciated. Her quick response meant I was still able to attend a friend’s wedding, and I did feel confident that my dog was safe with her. However, there was a serious issue with his food. I left a box containing enough food for one week, with feeding instructions of 1 scoop AM and 1 scoop PM. When I collected him less than 24 hours later, the entire box was gone, meaning he appears to have eaten around a week’s worth of food in one day. He is now visibly bloated. The main concern for me is that if the instructions were unclear, I had said to message me with any issues, but that did not happen. Instead, the feeding seems to have been guessed or misunderstood. I appreciate the last-minute help, but this has affected my confidence in using her again, as feeding instructions are a basic and important part of pet care.
My little doggie loves going to Tsz for the day. Now when she gets there is cannot wait to get in and even for my clingy little dog when I collect her she wants to stay there. It’s a lovely sigh and my dog lets me know when she does not like doing somwhere. I also have been held up at work a few times and collected late and Tsz is very kind to hold onto my dog a little longer than planned. Thank you so much Barbara loves you x

Schedule
I am a full time trader therefore I can stay at home or be anywhere to take care of them 24/7. My house has a fenced garden but I can take them out for walk as well~ I will not let my ferrets interact with other animals.
