“This was Baileys 7th or 8th stay with Martine and Alex. As always we couldn’t have been happier knowing Bailey was in their extremely capable (and loving) hands. Martine is always great with communication and send lots of photos and updates which we love. It’s obvious they treat Bailey with so much love and care, as she is always excited when she realises where she is and quickly makes herself at home. On this occasion we had a last minute unavoidable change in our plans. This lead to requesting to extend the booking and although Martine and Alex had some other bookings in between they went above and beyond to assist in getting Bailey cared for. We couldn’t have been more appreciative as they took one thing off our plate when dealing with a lot of plan changes and organising ourselves. Knowing Bailey was in their hands relieved a lot of stress and worry at a difficult time. I just cannot recommend Martine & Alex highly enough. We often talk about how lucky we are to have found in them, the absolute best match for our Bailey girl.”

“Ozzy seemed to enjoy himself. Communication was easy with messages sent with photos of Ozzys outings and activities. Carole met us before the visit to see if it was a suitable match for both parties and it worked out great for us. I would definitely use Carole again and recommend her to others, she is friendly and accommodating the location for us great”

“We highly recommend Antonella, she was fantastic with Coco and Max, they absolutely love her and we felt completely confident leaving them with her. She has a really good understanding and intuition for dogs; she picks up on their body language and understands what they are trying to communicate. Max has some anxieties which she fully took on board and when there was a thunder storm she helped Coco to feel safe. Thank you so much Antonella, we will definitely be coming back in the future.”

We had photographs and messages from Jenny during the boarding which helped to reassure us that Lottie was happy. All was well the next day when we collected her. We would be happy to leave Lottie with Jenny in the future.”

“Would highly recommend Damyana! Damyana is so kind and caring and with her lovely family took wonderful care of our 2 kittens. It was our first time leaving them and as soon as I walked in to the house I knew they would be absolutely fine, they had play time and cuddles and we received lots of cute pictures of them having fun and truly making themselves at home! 😊 our kitty’s didn’t want to leave and one hid under Damyanas sofa! 😆 it meant the world to know our fur babies were safe and loved whilst we were away, I can’t thank her enough and we will definitely book again if we go away ❤️”
