Nova absolutely loved her stay! It was so reassuring knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. We received regular updates throughout her stay, which gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to see just how happy and settled she was.

Our dogs had a wonderful 2 week holiday with Ka Lam and the communication was great with regular photos and videos.
Luna was incredibly well looked after during her stay, Ka Lam went above and beyond to make sure Luna was comfortable in the heat and whilst she wasn’t feeling herself. Communication was excellent. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

Schedule
Living close to beautiful green spaces means every walk is an adventure, and your pet will always enjoy plenty of fresh air and fun. Both pets and their owners are always happy after their stay as I make sure every pet feels loved and cared for, and I always keep owners updated so they can relax while away.

I live in a ground-floor flat. My home is comfy, pet-friendly, and always supervised, with lots of cuddles and playtime to make them feel happy and secure.
A typical day
I like to keep pets engaged with plenty of variety, walks in green spaces nearby or interactive games to keep their minds and bodies active. For dogs, that might mean a mix of sniffing adventures, fetch, or gentle training games. For cats, I make sure they have cozy spots to relax and safe toys to keep them entertained. Every activity is tailored to their personality, so they always feel happy and at home.
