I work part time self employed so I am not out of the house for big stretches of time. The dog would come on both school runs and also an additional walk if necessary.

Pet care experience
For the last couple of years I have taken care of a whippet regularly having her to stay for up to a fortnight and just loved it. As a child we had labradors and my sister worked in a rescue. We also love learning about dog behaviour and are avid watchers of dogs behaving badly and all things around dog psychology. As a psychotherapist this aspect interests me. Really happy to help people out by caring for their pets. I have a daughter so they would need to be ok with children but otherwise I am very adaptable.

Our three-year-old goldendoodle loves going to stay at Jess's house. She is super comfortable and relaxed there, and always excited to see Jess and her family. Jess looked after our dog during the worst of the heatwave this year and kept her cool and safe, and provided lots of enrichment when it was too hot for walkies, and of course sent lots of photos so we could see how she was getting on. Highly recommend!
Jess has been a fantastic support for me and my dog for almost 2 years. She is wonderful with my dog, which means I can travel and feel completely comfortable my pup is in good hands! She is easy to communicate and make plans with, flexible when it’s needed and reliable. I would recommend to anyone who needs help with their 4 legged friend.
