About: Hi, you can call me Annie! ✅ Fully insured ✅ Professionally trained I work from home, so I’m lucky to spend plenty of time around pets throughout the day. I love having a furry companion nearby while I work — whether it’s a little one keeping me company, asking for attention, or simply enjoying a quiet nap next to me. I’ve always been the person who wants to say hello to every dog I meet on the street. I love getting to know their little personalities and quirks. I have an energetic little companion of my own, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone new. I’ve completed a Pet Sitting & Dog Walking course and received offline training on dog behaviour. I always aim to provide a calm, caring, and comfortable environment where pets feel safe and happy. ✅ Completed a Pet Sitting & Dog Walking course ✅ Personalised Care Card created before every booking ✅ Video check-ins available🐾 🏡 Dog Boarding 1. Each guest dog also has their own dedicated room to settle in, ensuring a calm and stress-free environment. 2. Company & Alone Time – I work from home, so your dog will have company most of the day. If I need to walk dogs separately, your dog may be left alone for 30 minutes to 1 hour with a chew treat and the radio on. 3. Comfortable home with air conditioning during hot weather & heating during colder months 5. “Tia looked after our Belgian Mali Maze so well and for a longer period than she's ever been away, was able to handle her perfectly, she seemed like she enjoyed her stay a lot and we will 100% book with Tia again in the future”

“You will never get anyone better than Patricia she is the nicest person I've met and cares so much for my dog she really really takes care of her and I would never want to leave her with anyone else I found it amazing the contact she had with me while on holiday to with pictures and videos ect thankyou so much for all you do and I will see you soon xx”

“I had to quickly find a dog sitter for my 6 months old dobermann puppy who wasn't fully house trained as I urgently had to travel, Daniel came to the rescue and got the job done, he sent me pictures, videos and gave me updates every day or two, overall I'm very satisfied with his service.”

“Billy's stay with Samantha, her family and Ruby was exactly want he needed. I was very glad Billy became best buddy with Ruby during his stay and having the two dogs meet each other beforehand made this possible. I also appreciated the many updates on Billy's activities whilst I was on the other side of the world. Being a Border Collie, Billy really needs to run and fetch each day, so the daily walks in the countryside were essential.”

“Becky and her family looked after Ozzie so well - he seemed to love being with them. Great communication from Becky and we are happy to leave Ozzie with her gain - thanks so much!”

About: I had a fox red Labrador for 11 years, he was a huge part of our family. He was diagnosed with epilepsy at 10 months on and I administered his medication twice a day and remained calm when he had a fit. Unfortunately he has spent the last few months with my ex-husband and now resides with him (against my wishes) however I see him regularly and take him on walks but my home feels empty without him so i decided to fill this void and offer a loving smoke free environment to other fur babies who need someone in the daytime or board to help his/her parents out from time to time. I work Tuesday to Friday from home and Monday is my day off so I’m available all day to support any needs. I am up by 7am to receive any daycare fur babies I have a fenced off garden and there are some lovely local walks with lots of places for exploring. My home is open plan and comfortable for day visitors or overnight stays
“Georgia looked after Cali overnight and I honestly couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving her. I’m very fussy about who I trust with Cali as she’s my baby, and I only want the best for her. We arranged a meet and greet a couple of days beforehand, and Georgia even took the time to show me around her home (which she didn’t have to do), just to help me feel at ease and show me where Cali would be sleeping. While Cali was with her, Georgia sent plenty of photos and updates, which really reassured me. Cali came home happy and settled, which says everything. I’ll definitely be using Georgia again. Thank you so much again!”

“First time we left our dog with Leanne and her family but it all went smoothly. Monty was so well looked after and made a complete fuss of! Leanne updated us the whole time we were away which made us feel at ease and able to enjoy our holiday. We've already booked again for our next weekend away.”

About: I’m experienced in looking after dogs and absolutely love them. I recently looked after a poorly dog who was recovering from surgery, whilst caring for three others. I have had a dog of my own for 9 years, and have good experience with different breeds. When I’m working remotely, I am able to look after them all day and keep an eye on them, taking them for walks regularly and providing regular playtime in the house and garden. I currently work remotely for the majority of the week. I am available for walks and daycare. I can offer boarding on certain days. I don’t have children. I have a nice house with a fenced garden, lots of toys and nice walks local to us. I live in a detached house with a large driveway, and nice garden which is fenced. I'm local to a large woodland area. I can watch them all day when I’m remote.

About: I have taken care of my rescue dogs for the past 6 years. Previously, I was a dog sitter. I work from home with my wife, so your dogs will always enjoy plenty of company and won’t be left alone. I own a house with a garden so there will be plenty of space. I love walking and playing with dogs so they can get enough exercise. I am flexible, as I know every dog is has different needs. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. My wife also works from home, so I have additional support, if needed. Therefore, I can adapt to any dogs routine. I provide a safe, loving home environment. I have a spacious fenced garden where dogs can play and relax. As I work from home, your dogs will have plenty of companionship, supervision and attention throughout the day. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else, so I’ll care for them as if they were my own and keep you updated with regular photos and messages for complete piece of mind.
“Absolutely amazing service, very apprehensive as never left Stan with anyone other than my daughter. Didn’t need to worry, he was loving his life. Walked 2/3 a day in lovely park areas I had plenty of photos on a regular basis which put my mind at rest. Thank you for looking after Stan, highly recommend”

“Our 10 month old puppy Bobby stayed with Sharron while we were away for a week in September 24. Sharron sent lots of photos of Bobby having the absolute best time……. In the park nearly every day, snuggled on her sofas, even watching telly on her bed! She made Bobby’s time a home from home and gave us such peace of mind in what was our first time leaving him. Couldn’t recommend highly enough”

About: I have had dogs all my life, from a Bichon Maltese to a Golden Retriever. Most recently, I had my own Golden Retriever, so I understand the commitment, responsibility, and joy that come with caring for a dog every day. I know what it means to provide love, attention, exercise, and a safe, happy environment. I truly understand life with a dog and will care for yours as if they were my own. I work full-time, 9 hours a day, Monday to Friday. I'm usually available from 5PM, Tuesday to Friday. Most weekends I'm also free, unless I already have plans. I'm sure we can discuss the details and find a schedule that works well for everyone. I have a secure, fenced garden with no grass and a decked area just outside the house. My home is spacious, clean, and safe, with nothing that could harm your dog. There is a field nearby for regular walks, and if your dog is comfortable travelling by car, I can also take them to a local park for longer walks and extra exercise.
“My dog (She is 10 years old) was on the sofa within hours. She was looked after really well. She had medication and a supply of home made food and it was no problem. Will be booking for next year. Thank you for taking such good care of Lola.”

About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and genuinely love caring for pets of all personalities and sizes. Friends, neighbours and family have trusted me to walk, feed, play with and look after their dogs while they’re away. I’m patient, reliable and attentive to each pet’s routine and needs, whether that’s energetic walks, quiet companionship or extra attention for nervous dogs. I understand how important it is for owners to feel their pets are safe, happy and well cared for, and I always treat every animal like my own. I work remotely and have time to give proper care to the animals I look after. Whilst looking after other dogs, they’ve fit perfectly into my schedule. Leaving my 3 Girls with Sharron was difficult for me, but we had a meet and great and Sharron was great with my girls, better than that all my girls took to her, especially my Collie who is the protector of all my family. When I left them I was assured everything would be fine and I would get updates. I was relieved when Sharron sent some photos and that was my girls having as good a holiday as me. The photos put me at ease. They all came back happy and exhausted. Would recommend Sharron in a heartbeat. The girls will definitely be back for another holiday.

Ellie and her family are absolutely incredible, was let down last minute for a dog sitter, which was a blessing in disguise. My Oreo is a rescue and since having surgery she can be reactive to strangers, so I was extremely anxious, well there was no need Oreo made herself right at home. Ellie sent updates and photos that had me giggling. Would 10000000% recommend Ellie and Oreo would too. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing xx

Sophie was great with my cat and dog for a week while we went on holiday. It was the first time leaving my dog. They was both looked after very well. Had plenty of updates and photo of them both. As I don’t drive I paid the extra fee to get them both picked up and dropped off which was really worth it and made it so much easier. She only has animas from the same household at one time which is great as my dog hasn’t been done and a lot of places wouldn’t take him because of mixing with other dogs. I would use Sophie again if I needed a sitter again. I definitely recommend her.

Thank you to Samantha and her husband. Such welcoming hosts. Georgia was relaxed happy and well cared for. You couldn’t ask for more. Ruby was a fabulous and calm companion. Two bed fox Ted labs together you couldn’t tell one from the other . I felt so confident in leaving Georgia in their care. Hoping they will have her back as it was a mini holiday for her as well as me 😊x

From day one jessica texted us on holiday giving us reassurance that Frankie was happy and contented. Put us at ease with photos of Frankie every day with a blog of his day. She met us prior to our hols so that Frankie knew her and her little dog dumpling We would highly recommend jessica and will use her again for our future holidays.

Rover and Georgie our found sitter, was fantastic friendly always professional.they went above and beyond for Dalin who gave them concerns by not eating. Nothing was too much. We loved receiving pics and videos from them with Dalin enjoying adventures and cuddles. I 100% recommend “Rover” and Georgie till next time x

Jack had the best weekend, we received lots of regular updates and photos throughout the day, which was so reassuring. He came home happy, relaxed, and completely worn out from all the fun. It was clear he was so well looked after and would definitely recommend and will absolutely be booking again. Thank you for taking such great care of him

My Cocker Spaniel is full of energy and can be quite a handful at times, but Jay handled him amazingly well. He knew exactly how to keep him happy and active. I was away for a few days and had complete peace of mind knowing my dog was in such good hands. When I came back, my dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great time. I couldn't be happier with the care my dog received with Jay and his family! And their dog Buddy is a blessing too.

Wow an amazing experience from start to finish. We booked our Darcie girl last minute due to pet sitting problems. Jessica was accommodating and communicated well at time of booking. Whilst we were on holiday we got daily updates and multiple photos. Jessica put me an instead constant ease that Darcie was in safe hands. We will definitely book Darcie to go back to play with her bestie Ragnar!

Ralph had a lovely stay with Jenny and Dottie this past weekend. Jenny kept us up to date and sent lots of pictures of him having a blast. Really appreciated the love and affection shown to our boy. Will definitely be using Jenny’s services again. Ralph looked like he didn’t want to come home after! 🤣 thanks again

You will never get anyone better than Patricia she is the nicest person I've met and cares so much for my dog she really really takes care of her and I would never want to leave her with anyone else I found it amazing the contact she had with me while on holiday to with pictures and videos ect thankyou so much for all you do and I will see you soon xx

This is the first time we have left Dora with someone away from her home so we were very apprehensive. Dora is our beautiful, feisty Staffy so it was very important that she stayed with someone who understands the breed. From the first few messages with Gary, it was clear he had experience and knowledge about dogs and Staffy's. The first time we met Gary, Dora immediately took to him and Gary's love of dogs was very clear. He took us to his local dog walking area. and we talked about Dora's routine and personality. Following this we felt assured that Gary and Dora would get on well together so booked a trial two night stopover. We still felt nervous when we dropped her off but within 10 minutes we had a picture of Dora looking very much at home. Gary continued to stay in touch and update us about how she was doing along with regular pictures - this was so reassuring for us. We really feel that Dora was meant to meet Gary because they got along so well together. I would not hesitate in recommending Gary, he is open, honest and friendly and really has a special way with Dora (& other dogs I'm sure). We now know that she will be happy and well loved whenever she stays with Gary for a longer period of time. We feel very fortunate to find such a special person for our special pooch - thank you so much Gary.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
