We’ll start in the garden, allowing your dog to sniff around and get familiar with the new environment at their own pace. 2. If your dog is comfortable around other dogs, I’ll let your dog and the other dog(s) see and sniff each other safely from opposite sides of a 1.8m pet gate. 3. If both dogs remain calm, relaxed and comfortable, I’ll gradually introduce them one at a time in the garden, with close supervision. 2. Separate-Room Guarantee – Each client’s dog(s) will have their own dedicated room to sleep and settle in. Dogs will only meet or interact when both are comfortable. All interactions are carefully supervised. 3. Company & Alone Time – I work from home, so your dog will have company most of the day. If I need to walk dogs separately, your dog may be left alone for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours with a chew treat and the radio on. 4. Enrichment & Training – I provide enrichment toys every day and, if I have time and the owner is comfortable with it, can practise simple commands such as kiss, sit, stay, paw, or spin. 5. Comfortable home with air conditioning during hot weather & heating during colder months 6. Personalised Care – I follow your dog's usual routine, including feeding, walks, medication, and bedtime, to help them feel at home. 🐕 Dog Walking： 1. 30-min or 60-min walks with GPS tracking 2. Watchful of traffic, other dogs, and surroundings — secure handling always 3. Comfortable with all sizes and temperaments, from puppies to seniors 4. I carry treats to reinforce good behavior 5. Always clean paws before returning inside 6. Walk route updates and photos after every walk 7. Punctual, reliable, and communicative — every time 🔑 Drop-In Visits 1. Feeding, fresh water, playtime, potty break, and lots of attention 2. I stay the full time booked — never cut visits short 3. Can administer oral medication and follow special dietary instructions 4. Photo update at every visit so you always know your pet is doing well 5. Tidy up after feeding, make sure everything is clean before I leave 6. Reliable, caring, and fully communicative. 🚶 House Sitting： 1. I do not bring my own dog to clients’ homes, so your pet can enjoy a calm and stress-free environment without needing to adjust to another dog. 🐾 2. Your pets sleep in their own bed, play with their own toys — familiar surroundings help keep them calm, especially for reactive or anxious dogs who may find new environments or interactions with other dogs overwhelming. 3. I stay in your home to provide reliable, round-the-clock care. 4. I follow your routine exactly — feeding, walks, bedtime, special instructions 5. No guests over, doors locked, everything clean — treated like my own home 6. Daily photo & video updates so you can relax knowing everything is okay.

It was Ash’s first time staying with Jiahui and her pup. Jiahui was brilliant taking care of him and taking him for late evening walks during heatwave! Jiahui kept us updated everyday and asked questions when she’s not sure. Ash seemed happy when we picked him up. I would 100% recommend!!
My 7m old German shepherd with Annnie for 4nighte, she was amazing. My dog was well looked after I had regular updates with videos and pictures. He seemed really happy with her. Highly recommend!!
Jiahui looked after our 8 year old labrador while we were away at a family wedding, and we can't praise her highly enough. She is very polite young lady who obviously loves dogs and cared for ours and kept her happy , and sent us lots of photos and information to let us know how things were going which was much appreciated. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using her again in the future !
I would highly recommend Jaihui for dog/house sitting. She took great care of them both. My 2 dachshunds had so much fun with her and really enjoyed her stay. She took on board everything I told her about them and followed any recommendations I gave her about their routine. While I was away I received regular updates with photos and videos which meant I could relax about leaving them. Would not hesitate using her again.
Jiahui was fantastic! Riley is a difficult dog, but she managed to become his friend very quickly. He had a great time with her. I got lots of updates, pictures, so I had a very good time as well, knowing that Riley is in such good hands. Thank you very much, Jiahui and Rover Looking forward to our next meeting!
Jiahul (Annie) was amazing with our fur babies, she gave them so much love, cuddles and play time as well as lots of walks they were in their element! We are half way through a kitchen renovation which is always challenging to not have a kitchen but Annie worked around this so well. She kept to all regular routines from feed time, medication and keeping them cool. Our home was also very clean and tidy on our return back. Highly recommend and we will certainly have Annie back again as the boys had the best time with her. Thank you so much for everything you did and their lovely gifts 🐾 xx

Hi, you can call me Annie! I feel so lucky to be part of your furry friends’ lives and create wonderful memories together. 🐾❤️✨ I work from home, which means I get to spend lots of time with pets throughout the day. I genuinely love having dogs around me — whether they’re following me from room to room, asking for attention, playing with their favourite toy, or simply having a quiet nap next to me while I work. I’ve always dreamed of having a house full of dogs, but having several of my own isn’t really financially practical. Looking after other people’s dogs feels like the perfect way to have more furry friends around while giving them a safe, loving home-from-home when their owners are away. I have a rescue Whippet of my own, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone new. I’ve completed a Pet Sitting & Dog Walking course and received offline training in dog behaviour. I genuinely treat every dog as part of the family. Saying goodbye is always a little bittersweet, and I’m always excited to see my furry guests again in the future.

🏡 Dog Boarding: Your dog's safety and comfort come first in my home. They have their own dedicated room. I have a fenced garden with supervised outdoor time, scheduled separately. Emergency vet contacts are always on hand. 🚶 House Sitting: Your home and pets' safety are my top priorities. I keep keys secure, lock doors at all times, and never bring guests over. I follow your safety instructions (alarm systems, pet gates, etc.) exactly. I have emergency vet contacts ready and can handle medication if needed. 🐕 Dog Walking: Safety is always first on walks. I use secure harnesses/collars, stay alert to traffic and other dogs, and carry a phone in case of emergencies. I follow your instructions on handling — whether your dog needs space from other dogs or loves to say hello. Walks are GPS tracked via Rover for peace of mind. 🔑 Drop-In: I prioritise safety in every visit. I ensure doors are locked when I leave, food is stored correctly, and any hazards are out of reach. I follow your care instructions precisely and can administer medication, accommodate special diets, and handle senior pet needs.

🏡 Dog Boarding: 1. 🌅 Morning — Your dog wakes up in their own quiet room. Morning potty break in the fenced garden, followed by breakfast and medication according to your routine. 2. ☀️ Day — Playtime, garden time, and lunchtime breaks are all scheduled separately from my own dog. I provide a variety of enrichment toys and mental stimulation activities to keep your dog engaged and happy. I can also practise basic commands and reinforce good behaviours during the stay. 3. 🌆 Evening — Evening walk or garden time, dinner, and settling into their own space for the night with their own bed and toys from home. 4. 🌙 Night — Your dog sleeps in their dedicated room, in a quiet and comfortable environment. I’m home all night, so they are never left alone. 5. 📸 I send daily photo and video updates so you can see how relaxed and happy your dog is. 🚶 House Sitting： 1. 🌅 Morning — Follow your dog's morning routine: walk, feeding, medication 2. ☀️ Day — I work remotely from your home, so your dog has company all day. I follow your instructions for walks, playtime, and breaks 3. 🌆 Evening — Evening walk, dinner, and settling in for the night 4. 🌙 Night — I sleep over as agreed, keeping your dog comfortable and your home secure 5. 📸 I send daily updates with photos so you always know what's happening 🐕 Dog Walking: 1. Arrive at your home, check your instructions 2. Secure leash/harness, grab treats and waste bags 3. GPS-tracked walk along your preferred route 4. Return, wipe paws, refresh water 5. Send walk summary via Rover with route map and photos 🔑 Drop-In: 1. Arrive on time, check care instructions 2. Feed and refresh water 3. Potty break / quick walk (if needed) 4.
