We received photos of Oreo's exploring and playing and to be honest I don't think he wanted to leave when we came to pick him up! “I was struggling for dog care as my original dog care had cancelled on me last minute. I contacted jade and she was very quick and efficient on getting Rodney booked in and was happy to rearrange her days to accommodate Rodney for the 4 nights. I was anxious at first leaving Rodney with someone I hadn’t before but Jade was so good and reassuring right from the off and within 5 minutes of introducing Jade to Rodney I felt so reassured. She listened and made a list of everything me and Rodney do and his needs and wants. She sent me so many photos and videos every day and updated me even when I didn’t ask which was amazing so I could go away enjoy myself and knew Rodney was being well cared for. I collected Rodney and he didn’t want to leave when I came to collect him which is a reflection of the amazing care and fuss he had received. It was like Rodney was Jades own dog and she said how she loved having him. Going forward I will be definitely using Jades dog care service again and I’m sure Rodney will be excited at the thought of this as well. Keep up the good work jade from me and my Rods and thank you so much again ❤️!”

About: Animals have always been at the very heart of my life. From the age of four, I grew up owning and riding horses, developing not only a love for them but also a deep understanding of their care and companionship. Collies have also been my loyal family pets for as long as I can remember, and they continue to play an important role in my adult life. Alongside my full-time job, I dedicate my time to working on a dairy farm, where I’m hands-on with livestock and experience the rewarding challenges of farm life. With formal qualifications in Animal Care and Management, I’ve combined my lifelong passion with professional knowledge, allowing me to provide the best care and understanding for every animal I meet. As I work from home 2 days a week I’m keen to open my home up to other four legged friends who would be happy with my 3 dogs. Drop ins that are local are welcome also. I currently own my own home and have a large enclosed garden which backs on to open fields complete with 5 ft fences so fully secure for all dogs.

About: I’ve always been an animal person and have had all sorts of pets over the years, including Chow Chows, Labradors, Staffies, Huskies and cats, so I’m used to different personalities and energy levels. I’ve raised my own pets from puppies and kittens, and I’ve also adopted and rescued animals, which has taught me a lot about patience, care and really getting to know each animal as an individual. I’m genuinely caring and will always treat your pet like they’re my own. When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always follow any instructions provided closely to ensure each pet’s routine, diet, and preferences are maintained. I understand that pets are cherished family members, so I treat them with the same level of care, attention, and respect. I take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs, whether they require lots of play and stimulation, a calm and quiet environment, or something in between. I adapt my approach to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy at all times. I’m also flexible with timings and can work around busy schedules to provide reliable and convenient care. In my home, I can accommodate other pets either alongside my own husky—who is very relaxed and friendly with dogs, cats, and children—or separately if preferred. I have additional rooms and a secure garden, allowing me to tailor my services to suit different animals, temperaments, and situations.
