Dog Walking in Bosworth

About: As a teenager I had a Labrador from birth which cemented my love of dogs. Due to work it was impossible for me to have another dog for some time but I always knew it was only a matter of time. 18 years ago I had a Sottish terrier from birth, Molly lived with us for 14 years. She was a typical Scottie, stubborn, inquisitive, loved to help me dig the garden and take up all the space on the sofa. After we lost Molly we did not want to rush into having another. However we became aware of an abandoned Staffie at the RSPCA. She was 17 years old named Lucy and had been returned to the kennels on 2 occasions due medical and socialising issues. We were told she is wary of other dogs, is not very friendly with humans, does not like walking and is incontinent. So obviously we adopted her. She turned out to be amazing. All she needed was love and attention and all the above issues disappeared. We were told she would be with us for 6 months to a year, it was 4 years before she passed. Since we lost Lucy work has become more demanding and we are not able to devote as much time as we would want to looking after dogs. So we have borrowed my sisters Labrador, my cousins Labrador, a friends collie cross and the neighbours Alsation as often as we can. As this fitted in with our workilfe and gives us quality time with dogs. I have recently been made redundant. I have loved caring for all of the different dogs out there, so now want to devote my time caring for other dogs We live in a village with many walks, surrounded by fields but we are also happy to go further afield. We have a local park a few minutes walk away where there are always other dogs to socialise with or if needed plenty of walks where you rarely see anyone Due to redundancy I am now available most days so I can devote all of my time to care for your dogs and ensure they are as content as possible while you are away Very sucure garden, surrounded by 6ft fence. Full sun but plenty of shade, all dogs are allowed on the garden furniture. Enough space to have a play.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always loved caring for them. I adore all breeds, though I’m especially familiar with Staffies and Cocker Spaniels, as they’re the ones I grew up with. I’m happy to start taking bookings for the Christmas period, I run my own online business from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I’ve recently returned home after completing my Mental Health Nursing degree. I work online from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I love going on daily walks, and having a furry friend join me would be perfect! I have a fenced garden, with no other animals in the house. I also live next to a park which would be perfect for walkies!! Plenty of treats to be offered too!!

About: Having my two of my own dogs with very different temperaments since a young age, I have been responsible for feeding, walking and daily care. I have just graduated from university and am taking a year out so have lots of free time and love spending it with your dogs! I allow for lots of play time and attention, but am also mindful of the given space and can adapt to different dog’s individual needs.

In a pet owner’s home, we always follow their routine as closely as possible so pets feel safe and comfortable. That includes feeding on schedule, fresh water, daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. We keep their space clean, give regular updates with photos, and make sure they get the attention they’re used to.

About: I have been around dogs and many animals my entire life! My parents have previously owned 2 boxer dogs and a jack russell, so i have experience with both big and small dogs. I also look after my aunties dog and cat regularly by taking him out for walks, feeding him and of course playing! She has also had 2 other cats previously that i looked after too. So i have the trust and respect you and your animals are looking for. My friends too have animals that i occasionally look after as they know i am capable. I am currently working part time at a cafe which will soon be full time. Please message me, even if i am unavailable i am very flexible! I usually go to others houses to look after so bringing other animals into my home won’t be an option unfortunately. I am happy to if it is urgent as i have an open house with a big garden that is all fenced off.

About: I am a proud cat owner of two beautiful cats and I have also got experience as a dog walker in an animal rescue centre. I love animals and I think they are part of the family. I treat my cats as two more members of my family and they enjoy our company. I make sure they feel safe and well looked after. I am a child mental health worker and often work from home, I would love to welcome all animals needing a warm, loving home for the night. I have professional experience working in a boarding kennels, including feeding, medication, grooming, walking and lots of play! About: I have taken care of my pointer since he was a baby. I am also a qualified dog groomer, and have confidence when handling dogs. I currently work part time, so I am available during the day and at evenings. I am also flexible to offer weekend doggy care. Any availability you are looking for, I will always try to cater for. I will discuss any requirements beforehand, such as on lead/off lead walking. Also home safety when I am sitting, this will be required to be shared by dog owner. I like to know as much information about your doggy , what they like, what they don't like etc.

About: I am a South African physiotherapist who has extensive experience house and pet sitting because I was the local resident that everyone would call when they went away to housesit their pet (As these weren’t booked on rover I have private referrals that I can send upon request). I have experience housesitting dogs as well as cats. I find any excuse to spend time with fur babies! I am an active and nurturing physiotherapist so your pets will be smothered with love and I’ll make sure to fit in some walks too! About: I had 4 dogs growing up from small to large breeds. I look after my friends pets from time to time. Have a very large garden for the dogs to play I currently work from home so I am able to look after pets without any issues and have a large garden to keep them entertained and lovely green spaces nearby for long walks I have fenced garden so your furbabies can play around. There is plenty of space for your furbabies to explore in my home. I can loom after them at your homes too

About: 20+ years with all breeds of dogs, I studied Animal Care & Management at Moreton Morrel College from 2007 to 2010 and passed with a triple Distinction. I also completed a dog behaviour course while in college passing with a Distinction. in 2010 i completed a microchipping course so i am a qualified micro chipper. I went back to college in 2013 to study level 1 dog grooming which i passed with a Distinction. I will also take none dog friendly dogs as I have a separate secure area in house, they will still receive all the care just like all the dogs in my care. I have grown up with dogs all my life, i have multiple dogs of my own. We all complete in an active sports Flyball. I mainly cater for high energy dogs as like my own i can accommodate their needs for long and fun packed walks. I can cater for dogs that need shorter walks, in the day when not out exploring i do odd games within the house to keep them active and make sure they have lots of fun, we also can travel to other locations to go on some amazing walks. I have 2 children who are very dog savvy, they have an understanding on dogs but they are never left alone with any. Full run of house, crated at night unless not crate trained. If none friendly they will be in a separate safe area, allowed on sofas, beds etc
